What happens in Vegas sometimes follows you forever.
Amelia Gallo wasn’t known for being wild. She spends her days working in her family’s bakery and her nights catching up on sleep. Average should’ve been her middle name. But when her friends drag her to a girl’s weekend in Vegas everything spirals out of control.
After a drunken game of truth or dare, Amelia wakes up with a hangover and a wedding ring on her finger. But Amelia has no memories of the ceremony and neither does the hunky, shirtless cowboy laying next to her.
Reed Anderson’s a country man who works too much. He’s too busy on his family’s ranch to have much time for anything else, including fun or dating. But when his friends drag him to a guy’s weekend in Vegas, his entire world shifts. Reed married a stranger and has zero memories of the entire thing.
A quickie marriage can be solved with a quickie divorce. Problem solved. But when he goes to Chicago to hand deliver the paperwork to the city girl who’s now his wife, he finds out she has an even bigger surprise for him.
And what starts out as an ending turns into ‘my wife’ in an instant.

When Amelia decides to enjoy a trip to Vegas with two of their best friends it takes a turn that she didn’t see coming. Not only did she marry Reed, a man she just met, but before the divorce is finalized she finds out she is pregnant and he is determined to be a part of her and their child’s life.
Reed works on his family’s ranch and is in Vegas with two of his best friends when he meets Amelia. He is drawn to her in a way he has never felt before, but marriage wasn’t something he contemplated. Now that they are married he isn’t sure he wants it to end and once he finds out she is carrying his baby there is no way he is walking out of her life and now he just needs to convince her.
It was so much fun to catch up with the Gallo’s, Amelia’s family, and to get to meet the Anderson’s, Reed’s family. Reed is so supportive of Amelia and is willing to be patient and show her that they are meant to be together and there isn’t anything he wouldn’t do for her which includes moving to Chicago to be with her. Jason Clarke and Samantha Brentmoor were the perfect choice to narrate this story as brought out the humor, heat and emotion of this story.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.
This is the story of Reed and Amelia. Both of them are on trips to Vegas. He works on his family farm and is there with two of his best friends for a little time away. The same for Amelia. She is there with her two besties for girl time. When Reed meets Amelia, he is drawn to her like he has never been drawn to anyone before. She is also drawn to him and when one wild night in Vegas is over, they find themselves married to each other. Amelia leads a really quiet life that is now turned upside down since she is married and doesn't remember a thing about it. Reed to is puzzled by his choice to marry Alemia, and for both their sanity, the only thing left to do is call it quits before it even begins. But one secret turns all that on its head and Reed is not about to let this woman walk out his life. I loved being back in the Gallo world. I really loved these two characters and watching them come into some things neither one of them planned in a million years. This is a heartwarming read that you do not want to miss.

A heartwarming return to the chaotic and loving Gallo universe that delivers everything you could want from a contemporary romance. Listening to this story on audio felt like slipping right back into a familiar room full of family, warmth, and just the right amount of drama.
The narrative centers on Amelia Gallo, a woman whose quiet routine is turned upside down after an unforgettable weekend in Las Vegas. When a wild night leaves her legally bound to a hansome cowboy named Reed, both are left trying to make sense of a impulsive choice they cannot fully recall. As Reed stepts into her world to adress the paperwork, an unexpected revelation shifts their trajectory from an abrupt ending to something far more permanent.
What I Loved
- Familiar Family Dynamics: Having binged the previous five installments on Storytel right before starting this release, stepping back into the Gallo family fold was pure joy. Seeing long-time readers' favorite characters in their roles as protective parents and extended family added incredible depth.
- Well-Executed Tropes: While the surprise pregnancy plot line is not usually a trope I gravitate toward, it was handled with such care and authenticity here that I completely enjoyed the progression of their relationship.
- Exceptional Audio Performance: The voice actors delivered an incredible performance that elevated the nerrative, capturing the emotional nuances and energetic banter effortlessly.
Things for Consideration
- Predictable Storyline: The overarching plot follows a fairly expected trajectory for contemporary romance. However, given the established tone of the series, this comfortable predictability fits the narrtive well.
- Series Context: Though you can follow the central romance on its own, having the background knowledge from the earlier titles makes the character interactions and family humor significantly more impactful.
Final Verdict and Recommendations
I give this charming story a 4.5-star rating (rounded up to 5 stars on Goodreads). It is a fantastic recommendation for fans who have been following the series, as wel as anyone who adores tight-knit family sagas, cowboy romances, and expertly performed audiobooks.

A Vegas shocker turns to forever!
Amelia Gallo goes to Vegas with her friends and ends up with cowboy husband. Reed Anderson is drawn to Amelia as soon as he meets her. Then a challenge turns into a hangover with rings and promises neither remember making.
When a quickie divorce is not so quick, she just wants it done and over. He is not so sure that he wants to end it. Hand delivering divorce papers seems like the best way for him to see if it is what they both want. But when he gets to Chicago she has a surprise for him.
Reed is now sure of what he wants and will fight for it. Even if that means fighting his wife.
In true Gallo fashion, everyone has an opinion on what they should do but all that matters is what their hearts are telling them.
I so love Reed and his steadfast determination to keep the vows he still does not remember making. There are times you will want to shake Amelia. And times you want to sit her down and hear her confusion. Another Gallo Family winner from Chelle Bliss!

And baby makes three!
You always know that with a Chelle book you'll get spice, chemistry and family. Amelia and Reed meet in Vegas, get drunk and get married but don't remember it. When they decide to get the marriage annulled, it becomes more complicated when Amelia finds she's pregnant. Will they stay married and raise their child together or will what happened in Vegas, stay in Vegas? This was another addictive read for me and I couldn't put it down!

Promise! What a fun read!
Reed and Amelia have a perfect start to their HAE. They meet in Vegas, and Amelia quickly learns that you might leave Vegas with more baggage than you arrived with. I loved Reed! He's a real cowboy! Very Sexy!
Amelia was a bit too stubborn about her doubts, which got a little tiresome when someone like Reed tried to get close to her. Reed is just as stubborn, though, because he makes sure she knows he's the one for her. He convinced me they are perfect for each other.
The way Reed and Amelia interacted with family kept me smiling throughout the book. The Gallo family is always the best, and Reed's parents and siblings give off that perfect Gallo Vibe. This story is great, and I’d definitely love to read more about this South Dakota family!

Thank you to Chelle Bliss for the gifted ebook copy.
A Vegas wedding meets the South Side Gallos? Yeah, sign me up! Oh, and a surprise baby? Yeah, couldn't be more in. Reed Anderson might just be the swooniest book boyfriend ever after he meets Amelia Gallo in Vegas. I loved every single thing about Reed, Amelia, and both of their families. Amelia and Reed's immediate attraction, and the fun and saucy banter kept me turning every single page toward their happily ever after.
"I'm not going anywhere, sugar. Everything I ever wanted is right here on the sidewalk with me, and nothing in the world could ever make me leave."

I really enjoyed this book! There were parts I felt were fast paced but overall I loved the story. I need to reread some of the previous books for the whole Gallo family!

Promise is book 6 in the Men of Inked Sinners series and follows Amelia Gallo as she finds true love with Reed.
Amelia is an only child. Her father is THE Vinnie Gallo who used to play professional football. She is his little princess. She has always wanted a little brother or sister, but it was not meant to be. She decided years ago that she wanted to have more than one child, since she knows the downfalls of being an only child. She is close to all of her Gallo cousins and enjoys going to family dinners at the family bar.
Reed is one of six children born to his parents. There are three girls and three boys. Perfect mix. He has always wanted a big family just like his. He has grown up on a ranch his entire life and has never wanted to leave it. He loves his family, but keeping secrets in it is not always easy. Everyone is in everyone's business.
Amelia and two of her girlfriends take a quick trip to Vegas. Reed and two of his guy friends also take a quick trip to Vegas. What are the chances these two meet?
Well lucky for Amelia, her friend Cassie hooks up with one of Reed's friends. Then her other friend hooks up with Reed's other friend. That leaves her and Reed as a pair. They decide to have a drinking contest. Yeah, how do you think that turned out?
The next day, the girls are hanging out at the pool, recuperating from the night before. They guys show up in their cabana. Everybody pairs off and heads out leaving Amelia and Reed in the cabana together. Reed is surprised the girls have a cabana, but he has no idea who Amelia is.
Later that night, everyone meets up at a nightclub and the drinking commences again. Only this time, Amelia and Reed will not just have a hangover from the night.
Everyone flies home, after a rough start to the morning. Amelia is in denial and waiting on Reed to take care of everything, since his brother is a lawyer. But it is not quite that easy. Especially when circumstances change. What happens in Vegas does not always stay in Vegas.
When Reed comes to Chicago to deliver the papers to Amelia for signature, she has to tell him. When he finds out, things change for him. Everything is put on hold. He flies home to South Dakota and tells his parents what is going on. They take it remarkably well and even tell him they knew it was just a matter of time before he left.
Next thing Amelia knows, Reed is her next door neighbor, her security guard, and her cowboy to ride whenever she has the need, which is all the time. He rubs her feet for her. Makes sure she eats. And her family seems to truly adore him.
But will Reed be able to win over Amelia? Or will she send him packing?
I love Amelia. She reminds me so much of me growing up. Being an only child is hard. Yes you have cousins, but it is not the same as having a sibling. You have to entertain yourself. You cannot screw up because there is no on else who could screw up worse than you. But you become strong, determined and self sufficient. And that is exactly what Amelia is.
Reed is determined to win Amelia over. He does everything to support her. And he is a bonafide cowboy. Save a horse, ride a cowboy, girl!!! Especially since he is so into you he cannot see anyone else. Yeah, it may have been a fling, but he is all in.
I did have to laugh at Amelia when she and Reed were talking about how many kids they wanted. She said she wanted two or three. He said he wanted six, like his parents. I thought she was going to pass out. Yeah, I get it girl. Hard to imagine six kids after being an only child.
Jason Clarke is always a dream to listen to, but his cowboy-ness is the best. Samantha Brentmoor is at the top of favorite female narrators and this story proves why. She handles so many female voices in this story with all of the cousins and Amelia's mom and gram, plus Reed's mom. Way to go you two.

Promise is the 6th and to my understanding, the final Men of Inked Sinners book by Chelle Bliss. However, knowing her, she has a new series cooking up in her imagination. Until then, we have Amelia Gallo, the daughter of Vinnie and Bianca Gallo, whom we first met in Men of Inked Southside. Amelia is their only child and unlike her cousins, seems a bit aimless. She may work and have a stake in her Aunt Tilly's bakery but that's wasn't exactly her life's ambition. Nevertheless, it's how she keeps her independence from her famous parents.
In the start of the book, we find Amelia on a (secret) weekend getaway with her girlfriends, who, unlike herself, are very extroverted and looking for a good time with random hot guys. In their case, 3 hot cowboys. Since it's not in her to be fake, Amelia just wants to relax, eat good food, and maybe have a bit of friendly banter. She is NOT looking for love or even just a one night stand. Yet, life has a tendency to surprise you, more so for her and her "husband" rancher Reed Anderson, whom she wakes up next to after a night of heavy drinking.
Aimless or not, being married, let alone to a stranger, was not on Amelia's Bingo card. It wasn't in Reed's plans either, yet he doesn't seem to be in much of a rush to divorce as she is. They each have their own different reasons for why they want to remain married or to continue with the divorce. Either way, they do not see eye to eye in this situation. Nevertheless, Reed doesn't deny his attraction to her, especially after he finds out about their Vegas surprise! I can't lie, Reed is perfect, notably for how well he treats Amelia. If only we can all meet such a gentlemanly stranger on a drunken weekend trip.
Now, fortunately I was able to receive an advanced listening copy from the author in reciprocity for my sincere and truthful review. Chelle's choice in narrators are always spot on! Jason Clarke's (one of my favorite male narrators whom she often uses) Reed gives such a respectful alpha cowboy protector. Reed's Momma definitely raised him right, and Jason voicing the entire Anderson family seemed like such easy task. I readily fell in love with them, just as I did with the Gallos.
Samantha Brentmoor (another oft used favorite) was able to voice everyone as well, respectively. Yet, it was her Amelia, who was somewhat introverted, but still Miss Independent, that made her the perfect woman for Reed! They say opposites attract, but these two have a lot of similarities, that really made them fit so well with each other, much like puzzle pieces. They are now one of my favorite couples of Chelle's Galloverse. If this book IS the last book of the Men of Inked Sinners series, I'm glad it ends here. Not that I really want it to end, which is why I give it 4.5 ⭐ because it's going to be so hard to let the Southside Second generation go.

**Audiobook Review**
The moment this book was announced, I couldn’t wait to start it. “Promise” is a heartfelt, swoony and romantic Vegas marriage, he falls first romance that was a great addition to the series.
Amelia Gallo is never one to stray from her routine and doesn't take any risks. But when she goes on vacation to Vegas with some of her childhood friends, she meets a swoony cowboy with a dazzling smile. Reed Anderson is on vacation with his friends and notices Amelia right away. And after a night with too much tequila and a dare from their friends, they end up getting married. It should be a quickie divorce but in the few months that it takes to set it up, Reed starts to develop feelings for Amelia. And once he gets to Chicago to deliver the papers, Amelia has a surprise for him.
I love a surprise Vegas marriage and Ameila and Reed definitely have one for the books. Amelia is kind, sweet and loves living in Chicago. She’s co-owner of the family bakery and loves being a part of that world. She’s the only child of Vinnie and Bianca but has a huge extended family. Reed is smart, driven and I loved how protective he is of Amelia, especially of his “my wife” moments. He comes from a big family in South Dakota and seamlessly fits into the chaos of the Gallo family. They might not have remembered their wedding night but the chemistry between them both is still strong. I loved how they worked their feelings and realized how much potential they had between them. The ending was so sweet and as always, I’m ready for more from the Gallo Family.
Samantha Brentmoor and Jason Clarke narrated as Amelia and Reed and they were fantastic bringing this story to life. Samantha’s narration was sweet and independent just like Amelia. And I loved listening to Jason as the protective and caring Reed.

This new installment of the Men of Inked Sinners series had me hooked from the start! I loved Reed and Amelia's story!
The saying what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas is not always true and that is the case for Amelia and Reed. The pair meet as strangers with their respective friends and spend time together during their respective weekends away in Vegas. Both not looking for anything but after a drunken night and Amelia's inability to look away from a challenge, the pair wake up to find themselves married. They both agreed to look into a divorce but there was more in the cards for this pair than that drunken night - like a baby on the way too. Will this pair figure out if they should stay together or will they separate??
This is a great read. The characters are well written and they had off the charts chemistry. I enjoyed that Reed was willing to put the work into his relationship with Amelia and not give up easily. I was a bit frustrated with Amelia for not willing to accept any assistance from anyone even when they are looking out for her. I also enjoyed the return of all of the Gallo Chicago family members - even if to just touch base with them. I did think that the ending of their story was a little rushed since Reed no more than made important changes to his world and Amelia had one eye opening experience and then it was meet the family to then skip to the epilogue.
Overall, this is a great addition to this series and I enjoyed it like the other books of the series. I look forward to seeing if there will be one more book to this series. I would recommend this book and series to others.

Promise is the 6th book in the Sinners series and it might be my favourite one.
Feel like love with Amelia and Reed from almost the beginning. These two were meant to be together.
The old saying of What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas didn't work this time.
Amelia's friend Cassie plays a mean game of truth or dare. Amelia doesn't back down either.
After a night out and way to much to drink her and Reed wake up with hangovers and rings on their hands. They realize the mistake they have made and decided to get a divorce and Reed's brother is a lawyer so he goes home and gets the ball rolling. Flash forward 3 months. They have been texting
back and forth for the whole 3 months. Amelia realizes after looking at her calendar that something isn't right.. take a test and 2 pink lines appear... changes everything
What she doesn't expect is Reed showing up with the paperwork and after finding out about the baby not only does he not want to end the marriage but move his live to Chicago from South Dakota. She fights him tooth and nail about it. He moves into the apartment next to her so he can be close.
They keep going back and forth on the subject. He is become very protective of her and even saves her from a robbery in the baker.
Her family loves him. Not helping her at all.
Finally after lots of nights together he finally comes clean to her about loving her and wanting to stay married.. she breaks down and tells him she love him too.
They get their well earned HEA.
Thanks Chelle for another amazing Gallo story.

Another fun Gallo family story
Saying goodbye to Chelle Bliss's Men of Inked: Sinners series was bittersweet, but what a terrific story to finish on. PROMISE was so easy to devour with its humour, emotions, and big family moments.
City girl Amelia Gallo has been dragged to Vegas for a weekend of fun by her two besties. Reed Anderson is a cowboy on vacation in Vegas with his friends, from the moment he sees Amelia he can't take his eyes off her. Neither are looking for anything from the other, but a drunken night as a result of too much tequila and a friendly dare finds them waking up the next morning married. Both agree to a quickie divorce, but things don't go exactly as planned.
I adored Amelia and Reed, their chemistry, the sweetness, the vulnerabilities, the protectiveness, the charm, the growing feelings, they were perfectly matched. I loved that Reed was drawn to Ameilia's stubbornness, and when he found out she had a surprise for him he knew she was "the one". Falling in love with Reed's charmwas easy for Amelia but she worried everything was moving too quick. Will they stay together or go their separate ways?
If there is one thing I love about Chelle's stories is the families she writes about, whether they are by blood or found. They are big, loud, humourous, chaotic, and they know how to love and support each other. To me, this is the reason I love her books, and PROMISE wasn't any different.

Promise is book six in the Men of Inked Sinners series and it was a wonderful addition.
Amelia Gallo has snuck out of town with her friends to go on a trip to Vegas. Yes, she's an adult, but her very large, very loving family is always keeping an eye on her. When she and her friends meet a trio of men in Vegas, she ends up hitting it off with rancher, Reed Anderson. They spend time together and after a dare from one of Amelia's friends, they end up in bed together sporting matching gold bands. You know that saying about What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas? Well, maybe not this time...
Reed has a brother who is a lawyer, so he tells Amelia he'll have him handle their divorce. They keep in touch via text and some calls in the interim, but when the papers are ready to be served, Reed heads to Chicago from South Dakota to deliver them himself. What he isn't expecting is the additional piece of news Amelia imparts. Will her news change everything for them?
I really liked both Amelia and Reed, but there was something about Reed I fell for fast. I liked that he had no hesitation about moving to Chicago knowing that would be best for everyone. He was caring, considerate and totally down to earth. I also enjoyed having the other Gallo's around. What isn't to love about that family?! Definitely one to pick up!

It's been a bit since I have read about any of the Gallo's but it completely felt like coming home and like I haven't missed a thing.
What started out as a what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas kind of girls weekend, quickly turned into so much more than Amelia or Reed even imagined. Spending most of the weekend together as their respective friend hooked up over the weekend, there was an easy quick chemistry between these two, though Amelia was a bit hesitant to get too close. Though the girl that grew up in a bar, quickly schooled everyone in drinking, sort of. Waking up in bed with Reed, realizing that nights challenge got a little bit too serious.
Heading home their separate ways with plans for a quick divorce from their drunken mistake, they decided to keep in contact while they wait. But the more Reed talks to her the more he isn't so sure he is ready to be finished with what could be him and Amelia. Can he convince her to give them a try? When he gets to her, he gets a big surprise but not an unwelcome one. A life changing one that he is not willing to walk away from. As much as she tries to push him away at every corner, he has decided he is staying and hoping she will come around.
Could this be a chance meeting, a lot of fun, with a side of relationship and love you never expected.
Grab your copy and see how Reed and Amelia's story unfolds. I'm positive you will enjoy it as much as I did.

Promise is book 6 in Chelle Bliss's Men of Inked Sinners Series.
Amelia & Reed are a unexpected fitting couple. A wild fun time in Vegas for each of their friends groups, turns into a Love match that burns full force. Amelia & Reed have an amazing connection from the start. Attraction, common interests, genuine intrigue for wanting to know more about each other. Their time in Vegas is a fun time that's ment to let lose and give them both fun memories to think back on.
However, What happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas...
A wild time, a drunken night due to not being able to back down from a challenge or a dare and Amelia & Reed leave Vegas and go back to their homes with the titles of wife and husband now attached to them. Both of them are in board about Planning on getting a divorce. Reed inlists his brother to help. Amelia is keeping her wild time on the down low. Until the 2 lines pop up on tiny stick. Now she has to let the cat out of the bag to her Family, tell Reed while they're still talking and becoming great friends they are still planning fast divorce. This makes things more complicated.
Amelia & Reeds story is a sweet & Spicy contemporary romance.
Even though unplanned pregnancy isn't a favorite Trope of mine I ate this story up. The Gallo Family banter and the warm, fast friendship & love connection between Reed and Amelia made me completely invested into their story and I couldn't put it down!

I'm always happy to visit the Gallo family in any capacity. In Promise, we get Amelia, which is Vinnie Gallo's daughter, and Reed's story. They meet while on a whirlwind trip to Vegas. After way too many drinks, Amelia and Reed wake up with not only some intense hangovers, but also the fact that they got married. This is not the way Amelia normally acts while going out with her friends, but this is what happens after drinking too much and a game of truth or dare.
Reed and Amelia go back to their prospective homes and Reed agrees that he will take care of the divorce paperwork. Since he can't get Amelia off his mind, he decides to just take the paperwork to her in person in Chicago. Once he is there, Amelia has another surprise for him, which completely turns Reed's life upside down. But instead of being upset about this change, Reed is all in. He immediately decides he is moving to Chicago to be closer to Amelia to be there for her.
Amelia kept telling him to not rush into anything and to think about it. She kept pushing Reed away, which I didn't really understand or care for. She should have been ecstatic that he was even wanting to be around. Amelia's parents finally come on board with Reed moving there and slowly she finally gives in to him.
I really loved Reed and how he handled the entire situation. Amelia bothered me a bit, but I was glad when she finally realized that Reed was there to stay and was good for her. I really liked them together. I loved that Amelia's father, Vinnie, loved Reed almost more than Amelia did by the end.
I'm always happy to read another Gallo family story. Love that this family is so big.

Promise is one of those books that holds your attention from start to finish and leaves you not wanting to end your connection with the characters. Amelia and Reed's story was what happens in Vegas definitely doesn't stay there and I was so thankful for that as the chemistry and connection between these two was amazing. Reed was an absolute sweetheart who steals your heart very quickly and I loved that when it came to fighting for Amelia he wasn't going to back down even when it came to standing up to her family including her Dad. Amelia was feisty and fought their connection every step of the way, ensuring that he knew she was independent and didn't need anyone. However, Reed had other plans and was happy for her to keep her independence but also to know that he was going to be there for her every step of the way and he was not going anywhere. The witty banter with the Gallo's is always entertaining and leaves you at times laughing out loud. The heat between Amelia and Reed was off the charts and there was no denying the chemistry that radiated between them. My favourite part of their story was when Reed tells her and her family just what it is about her that he loves. This is the moment that steals your heart. Another beautiful love story in the Men of Inked Sinners series.

You know the saying "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas"? Well, not all the time, especially for Amelia. Once again, we are blessed with another fantastic Men of Inked Sinners book and I am loving this series. Each book gives us an unforgettable story with memorable characters.
Promise is the 6th book in Ms. Bliss's series and it is one where you'll be shaking your head, laughing in a few spots and cheering for the MMC, Reed. One weekend in Vegas, the "boring" Amelia catches the eye of Reed, a rancher who isn't looking for anything, but that changes fast. He is instantly attracted to Amelia but she has some reservations since she is not looking for a weekend fling. Things change because she can't ignore the challenge of a truth-or-dare game. Rings on fingers, flights that need to be taken and the promise that all will work out and be taken care of. Or so Amelia thought. When she gets two surprises, her world is tilted.
I love how Reed was determined to get her to fall in love with him. He was not going to leave her alone and was patient for her heart to catch up to his. The banter between them and with family and friends had me laughing at times. They really did belong together. He was her country boy to her city girl but he was willing to become a city boy just for her. Now, if that doesn't scream love, I don't know what does.

Let me start up by saying if you haven’t read any of the Gallo books…… You should! I’ve been waiting to read Amelia’s story and I couldn’t put it down! They have a chance meeting in Vegas on her girls weekend and things will never be the same! What happens in Vegas does not just stay in Vegas! I don’t wanna tell you too much about the story because it’s so much more fun to read! But I can’t tell you that Amelia gets married and has a baby! LOL! The dynamics between these two as a little like sugar and spice! With Amelia being the spicy one, of course she is a Gallo!! Reed works hard with his sweetness, charm, and tenacity and wins her over in the end! Who doesn’t love a cowboy who says such sweet things. “Sometimes the things we don’t plan are the things we love the most” “I was in deep the moment I met her”. He loves her stubbornness and strong well, and she falls in love with his cowboy charms! This book is another amazing read by Chelle Bliss and you’re missing out if you don’t buy it!! you honestly cannot go wrong with any of her books! They’re all love stories with a little bit of grit, a little heat, and a whole lot of love! The Gallo’s are big Italian family in Florida and Chicago.

⭐ eBook/Audiobook Review
Promise is the sixth book in the Men of Inked series, and like the others, it can be enjoyed as a standalone. If someone wants to dive in right here and then explore the rest of the Gallo universe, they absolutely can — and with how many books there are, that’s a fun rabbit hole to fall into.
This story follows Amelia Gallo and Reed Anderson. Amelia is the daughter of Vinnie and Bianca, and thank goodness there’s a Gallo family tree out there because this family is huge. For anyone who wants to trace the connections, Vinnie and Bianca’s book is Hustle from the Men of Inked: Southside series.
My Favorite Quote
“What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.” “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas is a complete and utter lie.”
I highly enjoyed reading Promise. It’s full of that Gallo energy we all love. What a GOOD BOOK!
The audiobook narrators did a fantastic job. Jason Clarke and Samantha Brentmoor brought Amelia and Reed to life with so much emotion and personality. Their delivery made the story even more addictive — truly a great listen.

The Gallos are back for the final book in the Men of Inked: Sinners series, and they are just as loud, fun, and full of love as ever! 🤫
Amelia is the quiet Gallo who prefers to blend in, but a wild weekend in Vegas changes everything. A few rounds of tequila and a game of truth or dare later, she leaves Sin City with a wedding ring AND a bun in the oven. 🤫 Three months later, cowboy Reed shows up in Chicago with divorce papers, only to find out he’s going to be a dad. Amelia expects him to walk away, but Reed has other plans. He is persistent, sexy, and completely irresistible. No matter how hard Amelia pushes him away, he fights back with humour, love, and protectiveness.
Chelle Bliss writes family dynamics so beautifully. The Gallo banter is top-tier and ruthlessly funny, plus I completely adored Reed’s family. I am crossing my fingers for a South Dakota spin-off featuring the Anderson siblings and the last single Gallo cousin!
Honestly, I'm devastated this series is over. 😭❤️
If you love accidental marriage, surprise pregnancy, and a relentless cowboy MMC, add Promise to your TBR immediately!
My thanks to Chelle Bliss for my copy of Promise. All thoughts expressed are my own. 😊

Amelia isn’t the wildest of the Gallo’s she likes a nice quiet life. Her friends however convinced her to go to Vegas and have a wild weekend; Amelia still wasn’t convinced. She thought the cowboy was cute, and there was definite attraction, but it was only one weekend, and Amelia wasn’t like that at all.
Until she wakes up and finds a ring on her finger. Until her friend shows her the video, neither her or Reed can remember a thing, and find out it was a dare, a dare that drunk Amelia couldn’t refuse.
Reed can’t remember a thing about the night, but the definite attraction is there, the solution is simple, they get divorced and then they can start again not drunk this time.
The only problem is when he goes to Amelia with the divorce papers, she definitely has a surprise that changes everything.
Amelia thought it was simply telling Reed get him to sign he’d be gone. Even her family didn’t scare him, they liked him. As much as she tried, she even liked him a little bit each day, he was determined, he was showing her that he wanted everything. Amelia just has to work out if it’s what she wants, Vegas was meant to stay in Vegas

Amelia Gallo, from the Chicago Gallo family. Goes to Las Vegas with her cousin and friend for a girls weekend in Las Vegas. What happens in. Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas. The few days they are there are spent in a drunken hazy and a hangover hazy. Her friends meet 3 guys who are there for a guys weekend. She meets with Reed Anderson who is a cowboy from South Dakota.
Reed has a great time with his friends and with Amelia and her fiends while they are in Las Vegas. But after they go back home Reed is still thinking of Amelia. He texts her and they have a few video and phone calls also. Reed wants to see Amelia and get to know her more. But it’s Amelia who is stopping things.
Amelia doesn’t like the attention Reed gives her. But she wants the attention Reed gives her. When he shows up at her bakery one day she isn’t sure what to do. Hug him? Yell at him? Ignore him? What will her family say? What will her parents think of him? Can they be more than a long distance romance?
I did receive a free ARC copy of this book from my the Author Chelle Bliss. I am freely leaving a honest book Review.

What happens in Vegas did not stay in Vegas this time. After a drunken game of truth or dare, dare being the winner, Amelia and Reed wake up after a blackout night, only to discover they got married. Reed tells Amelia that he will have his brother take care the annulment and everything will be back to normal.
During those 3 months, they stayed in touch through text messages. Reed takes more time than necessary because he did not want to stop talking to Amelia. Reed decides to fly to Chicago to surprise, unfortunately bringing the paperwork. But the real surprise isn't Reed showing up, it's finding out that Amelia is pregnant.
Amelia cannot fathom Reed leaving his ranch in South Dakota and his family to move to Chicago to be with her and the baby. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞 is the 6th book in the Men of Inked Sinners series by Chelle Bliss, featuring Amelia and Reed’s entertaining city girl/country boy romance, complete with a drunken Vegas wedding and a surprise baby to melt our hearts! One things for sure, Gallos know how to have fun, so when Amelia and her Chicago girls headed to Vegas for the weekend, I knew it was going to be a good time! Martinis, and cowboys, and dares, oh my!! I loved the banter, the chemistry, and the world-altering surprises! For two people from completely different worlds, Amelia and Reed just had an irresistible dynamic, when she wasn’t fighting him! I’ll admit, at times I found myself wanting to shake some sense into her!😅 Reed represents one of my favorite types of MMCs… the all-in, protective, determined cowboy with the perfect blend of sweetness and spice! The family element is always top notch with the Gallos, and this time we also got the fun dynamics of the Anderson family, too! As thrilled as I am to get to know more about Reed’s family, I am a bit bummed that this series is ending with one Gallo cousin still single. I hope we get his story sometime.
As far as audio, you can’t do better than Jason Clarke and Samantha Brentmoor, both of whom were phenomenal as these expressive characters. They definitely had me in my own feelings as I laughed and blushed and reacted to every nuance of the story! The Gallos are loud, fun, and full of love, and these narrators reflected that so well! They also made it clear that the Andersons are going to be just as lovable! Bring on the ranch life!
Thank you to Chelle Bliss for this ALC. My opinions are my own and are freely expressed.

I absolutely loved and devoured this book. How could you not love spending more time with the Gallo family but also the very hunky cowboy Reed. Reed and Amelia just fit like a perfect puzzle piece and although they have a rocky start, with Reed’s determination and strength him and Amelia find their way to each other for a lifetime of happiness and love. They do everything in reverse, firstly a quickie wedding in Vegas and both vow to get a divorce but they really do have some feeling for each other. When Amelia discovers she is pregnant and she tells Reed it is Reed that puts the brakes on the divorce and thus begins their journey. The Gallo family is loud and crazy and I love that that about them and they all get involved in everyone’s business but you know that they all mean well and they help Amelia realise what is in front of her. I love this series and I love all the characters and I just love Chelle’s writing. These books are absolutely fabulous so you really need to read them as you will not be disappointed.

A drunken wedding in Vegas between a Gallo and a cowboy? Yes please! Amelia Gallo has done it this time when she comes home to Chicago from a girl's trip in Vegas with a secret husband in South Dakota. The plot is cliche, but super cute and Reed's devotion to her once he realizes how he really feels is really sweet and heartfelt. I loved every minute of their story. Lots of chemistry, laughter and family camaraderie along the way to their happily ever after.
I loved Reed so hard! Who wouldn't want a supportive, protective, all around good guy like him chasing you across the country? He's a sweetheart ... and sexy to boot.
I highly recommend this book as well as the entire series to anyone who enjoys a loud, overly close family who always rallies around through ups and downs even when their interference is NOT needed as each child, sibling, cousin finds their one ... and they do it with love!

“What started out as attraction quickly turned into so much more.” Reed gave up everything to be with Amelia. Never thought twice about it. He didn’t see their marriage as a mistake, Things happen for a reason and he was determined to make it work.
Amelia is an only child and has learned to be very independent. She has learned not to rely on anyone. Accepting help from Reed was hard for her. Deep down she was falling in love with him but fought it for so long.
I totally fell in love with Reed. From the beginning he was all in, He was super close with his family but when the time came Amelia became his family as well and he would not leave her.
Chelle Bliss is absolutely incredible and her importance of family is one of the many reasons I love her books. I love the Gallo’s and their family values and closeness but this story has introduced a family just as close. Mayne one day they can have their own series.
