This was my first book involving a Phoenix or a necromancer and honestly...I loved the ride.
This was funny and heartwarming. Gave me all the feels *including anger towards a character I wish had been battered and deep fried*.
Both characters brought out the best of one another. They fit that profile of Omega and Alpha that you would expect. There's spice but more than that there's a story. And the funeral home rooting for them was an added bonus.
I enjoy this authors writing very much and I'm honored I was given the opportunity to ARC read this.

This is an ARC I received from the author herself(LOVE HER VERY MUCH!)
This book was perfect when it comes to needing a good laugh and good vibes all around. The relationship is the perfect fit when it comes down to Alphas and Omegas (If you’re looking into getting into Omegaverse, I would start with this book 100%)
Both of the characters are very lovable and they’re the perfect match for each other. Truly a 5/5 star read.

After this book Steele is officially on my " One-Click Author" list!! I love the way they can write books that are so funny yet heartwarming!
Ember and Sunshine are so cute! Toddler Ember was hilarious! Gave boss baby vibes!! I was hooked on this book! While I usually like a bit more spice in my books the amount in this one worked so well with the storyline! It flowed so well! And Eric was in this!!! Freaking adore Eric! I am dying for his book!

Oh, it was so much fun and occasionally funny enough. Rory has a good sense of humor and it never fails to make us entertain...
And ofc Eric never fails us to bless us with his presence...

Enjoyed this one more than the first, but I think this will be the last of this author I will read :(
