This is a fantastic little cookbook!! I really appreciate that Storey puts out these little guys. Rhubarb is something that a lot of people don't eat often, and most people have no idea what to do with it. Except, of course, for strawberry-rhubarb pie. It's pretty much the only recipe anyone knows.

This little book remedies that problem entirely. It has 38 recipes in it (yes, I counted) but even better it has a *canning specific* section. Granted, they only give 5 canning recipes but that's 5 more than I knew before. I'm absolutely thrilled with this book!

If you are interested in this kind of thing, I also recommend "Great Green Tomato Recipes", also a Storey Country Wisdom Bulletin.
