They made her a weapon. She made herself something worse.
Stevie has spent her life pretending she’s normal—burying the fractures in her mind, ignoring the power that pulses beneath her skin, and refusing to question the darkness that feels a little too familiar.
But monsters don’t stay buried.
When the world begins to unravel and ancient forces rise to claim what was once theirs, Stevie becomes the center of a war she doesn’t understand—and may not survive. Because the truth is far more dangerous than anything she’s forgotten.
She was never meant to live this life. She was built for something far worse.
And now someone has come to collect.
Silas isn’t just a nightmare from her past—he’s the one who knows exactly what she is. Who she was. What she’s capable of becoming. He doesn’t want to kill her.
He wants to finish her.
As her memories return and her power fractures wider, Stevie is forced to face the most terrifying truth of the greatest threat in this war isn’t what’s hunting her—
It’s what’s waking up inside her.
Because the more she remembers, the less she cares about saving anyone.
Fractured was such an addictive read. The mystery surrounding Stevie, her fractured memories, and the darkness growing inside her kept me hooked from start to finish. The story is fast-paced, emotional, and packed with twists that made it hard to put down.
If you love dark fantasy with powerful characters, dangerous secrets, and a morally gray heroine, this one is definitely worth picking up.
This book has it all. A girl with a mysterious past in a modernized magical fantasy world. Even the transportation throughout the book is amazing. Really wish that witch portal service was for real life. Of course Tank the dog is my spirit animal. Zane is probably my favorite character with his hilarious comments. The author keeps it lighthearted even when the fate of the world is in the hands of someone who doesn’t know who she is. The playlist matched perfectly for an immersive read. Highly enjoyed reading.
