Whoa
A short read but the storyline holds your attention. The winters family run harlem and they not afraid to show how ruthless they can be. Lyric melody and zyaire are the oldest siblings trained by their father onyx after their mother left to be killers. Lyric has twin boys she raising after their father was killed. Melody isn't into settling down but she and tre have a no strings attached thing. Zyaire is his sisters keeper and dating their best friend Skye hes found love. Going to war with an unknown person causes the clan to put in work. 10 years gone their mother returns declaring war on them all. Now at war with the mother and trying to handle their personal lives the winter children surprise you with a few secrets and revelations. Can't wait for part 2 tho.

I absolutely loved this book! It was the first I've read from this author & I'm definitely looking forward to reading more from her!
I loved the story, itself! It was well written, flowing great together! I loved each one of the main characters, they were unique in their own way.
I highly recommend this book to others! It is different from the majority of the books that are out (well, those that I've read already anyway)! The suspense & twists will definitely keep you reading! A very quick & interesing read that I'm sure you are going to love just as much as I did!
I'm not giving out any clues this time :-), let's just say ...you need to read this book to find out about what it beholds!

Very enjoyable
This was a very enjoyable read. There was a lot going on to keep you turning the pages. The storyline was good and fast paced. There was plenty of craziness to keep you interested, and the ending was an OMG moment. Somehow I already knew who the mystery man was before I got there. Now I have to get part 2 to see where this story is going.

Yes, I loved this book, it's sad that after ten years they had to kill someone that they thought was dead umbrage first place , I'm glad mel was able to get the that life out of her and give love a shot, I felt so sorry for lyric, she cried a lot in the boon over kai and what she been thru. I just knew he was going to come back to her thoe, and skye just need to learn how to forgive and let go. I can't wait for part two, I need it yesterday

Okay
I like the story but a lot of things in this story was really just not believable even for a fiction book. For example living in a mansion on the upper east side of Manhattan, parking a Porsche in from of a trap house in Brooklyn, I'm from New York City and I know for fact there no space in Manhattan for a mansion. There are also some grammatical errors. Good book but needs to be a ill more believable.

Enjoy it
I enjoyed reading this book, the ups and downs and the mystery had me wanting more. I felt that ending coming and I was actually happy about it and now we can get some answers as to why he been on the low for five years. Now I can't wait to see how this will all come together.

I really didn't know how to rate this book. 3 1/2
I didn't know whether to give it a 3 or 4. The story was good but just a little too much was happening for my taste. .The story had some twist and turns and very exciting moments. It was full of action which I loved truly. I will be reading part 2 real soon.

Why the ending leaving me hanging. I knew something was up with the creep Mark, but them sisters are ruthless as hell as they say shoot first questions later. Pops old and still think he a young spring chicken fucking them young gals.

This was a decent story with some twists and turns. The Winters family is a family that doesn’t mess around. A few errors, but did not take away from story.
