Reflections on mortality

Rate this book
When I wrote this essay, I had recently attended two funerals of young people I knew, one a close friend, the other a cousin. As an atheist and a scientist, it caused me to reflect upon what death means for human life, and how our evolutionary past influences the way we think about death and about family.
