This is a great way to gain an overarching sense of a country in an easy to read format with visuals. The book highlights Bahrain’s geography, history, government, economy, environment, people, lifestyle, language, arts, leisure, festival, and food. It was a lovely reading experience. The book is part of the Culture of the World Series published by Cavendish Publishing geared toward students. I will be checking out other countries in this series, especially countries or locations difficult to find books about.
