Each book in the Treasured by the Alien series can be read as a standalone romance. This sweet and spicy sci-fi romance features a protective alien warrior, a fiercely independent single mother, found family, forced proximity, and a hero who will burn the world to keep them safe.
We're back with a Cire warrior and his special someone and this time we get to see the lengths the Cire council will go to bring their people back from the brink. To be fair, the council is...well, they're trying desperately to hold onto what little power they still have and it might end up costing the Cire survivors everything. Except, you know, for the ones who have already broken free and figured out that a mate bond can be formed with a non-Cire partner.
Yeah, there's a lot of morally superior politicking going on and things aren't going to end well for the surviving Cire if things don't change.
Anywho. Melissa is a human woman stolen from Earth along with her baby son. She's terrified and furious and determined to figure out how to escape and keep her son safe no matter what. After everything she's been through, she has absolutely no intention of trusting the Cire warrior when he enters her cell, but his gentleness and straightforward manner win her over. Soon she's falling for the big guy with the wandering tail and noble nature.
On Becsul's end, he's torn between doing what needs to be done to keep his race from dying out and being horrified at the plans in place for the human women. To be fair, he wasn't entirely sold on what was planned before he met Melissa and became completely smitten with her fierce intelligence and willingness to fight to keep her son safe.
Soon the two are planning an escape (along with the other women who were being held) and trying to figure out what to do once they were free. As it turns out, there's a little planet off the beaten path where maybe a couple of other Cire/human couples are living that might just be perfect for them.
This is a fun sci-fi romance. It’s the 15th book in the Treasured by the Alien series of interconnected standalones.
Human FMC Melissa is trying to care for her infant son after being kidnapped by aliens and imprisoned in a breeding compound. Alien MMC Becsul is assigned guard duty at the breeding compound and quickly realizes the nefarious situation, immediately developing protective feelings toward Megan and her child.
I liked this book, not loved. Like many in the series, it’s a little dark with the kidnapping aspects, but Phillips does a good job of not making it feel too bleak. The Cire aliens in the series are so sweet and protective. They could never do anything wrong to these human females, and it makes for an enjoyable read. I also liked that this had a slightly older and more capable FMC. She was a fierce warrior herself.
Another fun read in the series. I look forward to seeing if some of the side characters in this one get their own books.

I've been trying to think of a way to say how incredibly good this book is. I absolutely adored Melissa and Becsul! Let's start with Melissa...she is such a strong woman and an amazing mother to Robbie, her 3 month old baby. But that's not all she is! She is also compassionate and smart. She doesn't only think of her safety, she thinks of ALL of the women who have been imprisoned. Then there's Becsul...probably the most awesome male ever written (well he's my favorite anyway). His heart is bigger than the world. He is also strong and so completely loving. Then we have one of the best villains bar none. He's not Twirl-the-moustache evil, no he is the what-i-do-is-right kind of villain. Those are by far more frightening because the can remove your humanity and hurt you any way they see fit all for the greater good, while smiling in your face. Then you add in the action, drama, and romance and you have one of the best books I've had the pleasure to read. Honey Phillips is simply one of the best writers and this is a shining example of her work. 5 galaxies of stars!
I have enjoyed these Cirie males finding human mate stories so much. I was hesitant reading them at first. I couldn't see a male who had Lizard features, in any way being attractive, let alone desirable, but the quiet , strength, and dedicated protection from them in each story, including this one, makes for such a satisfying reading experience. Melissa was a strong woman with an infant son to protect, and her intelligence to survive but the tall Lizard guard came to her with promised safety, and small extra things to keep her from going insane because of her circumstances as a kidnapped human for breeding experiments. I loved how they bonded without any outside interference, and the escape of herself, with her child, along with the other Mother and child, as well as the single woman was tense, but they managed a wonderful HEA ending. The Treasured by the Alien series continues to captivate with its latest installment, offering a compelling narrative that begins on the intriguing planet of Circe. The relationship between Becsul and Melissa emerges as a standout element, their bond both tender and resilient. Becsul's heroic rescue of Melissa, her son, Sarah and her daughter Katie, and Wai-lin creates a gripping opening that immediately draws readers into the story. The subsequent confrontation with the council member adds layers of tension and excitement, while the emotional journey navigates through powerful highs and poignant lows that keep readers thoroughly invested. The author's masterful world-building continues to evolve, providing rich context and depth to the expanding universe. For fans of science fiction romance, this series remains an absolute must-read, consistently delivering engaging characters and immersive storytelling.
Melissa and Becsul's story is so heartwarming . I loved the chemistry between them. I loved his truths , that he was honest with her even though lying would have been easier. Their journey to freedom had its own dangers. Along with Melissa and her son, Robbie they also had to help Sarah and her daughter Katie and Wei-Lin. I loved that they all were able to find a new beginning in a new galaxy. Steam to the eventual romance. I loved the suspense and the twists. And in this story there is even an evil villain that is Cire. They had to maneuver politics. Becsul collecting IOUs from people he had helped over the years was a plus to get to the elusive freedom they were traveling to. I especially loved the epilogue and the surprise they discovered. Can't ait for the next Cire to lfind his home.

4.8⭐️ Strong, independent woman learns to depend on an alien warrior
Another excellent story from Honey Phillips! I can always know that I will enjoy any story she writes! I love Becsul and how he cares for Melissa and Robbie. He rescues her in small ways before he truly rescues her. I love how he does not rush her and even tries to slow things down so she doesn’t regret anything later. I love how strong Melissa is. She is smart and independent. She’s never relied on a male for anything, including having a child. When she finds one that she can truly rely on and she learns to trust that, it’s a beautiful picture of what love is supposed to look like. If you like steamy alien romances with a HEA, you will enjoy this!.

I know I said it before that this series is one of my favorite alien series. Although I really need to read her other series. This one is a little different. It is set on the Cire Home world. And actually, it is a cire that is a villain as well. Such an amazing book with Melissa as a super strong human woman with a baby. Along with another mother and her five-year-old daughter, and a very quiet yet strong woman that resembles a warrior.. but what Melissa had found was Becsul. A cire warrior who made it his mission to free these women and children from the experiments going on. The story is exciting a little dangerous and so much fun with the children. They need to escape the planet and the charges filed to truly be free. It’s a long list of things to get their freedom, but they are all willing to do anything. It was an amazing book. All the characters were impressive.. Can’t wait for the next one.
Melissa is an acclaimed fertility specialist. She is abducted from Earth along with her baby boy Robbie. She is locked away and subjected to countless medical procedures as well as mistreatment. Bescul is a Ciresian warrior and thought of highly by his peers. He is assigned to watch over the three human females and two small children. A pull is noticed immediately and a mutual longing is developing. Bescul is torn between his assignment and searching for a way to protect those in his care. Melissa and Bescul work towards relaying on each other the formation of a family in addition to building friendships and exposing cruel treacherous inhumane medical experimentations. Book ends in an HEA with great success.

“…the voice of a politician justifying the unjustifiable.”
Becsul was uneasy with his new job from the moment he heard about it. The more he learned, the worse it got until the moment he realized he could try and be the one person in this messed up situation who retained as much of his honor and morals as possible, and maybe, managed to protect others along the way.
Melissa had a career she cared about, but now she’s discovering an entirely different perspective on multiple aspects of her life. The amazing thing about this character is not just the hope she manages to retain, but the way she uses her mind, and continues to help others through it all.
This done in one, stand alone kindle unlimited book moves the series forward, looking at things we have seen before from a different perspective, and giving us a glimpse of the people still on the Cire home world.
Honey Phillips' Return of the Alien Warrior is a warm, fuzzy alien romance. Fertility specialist Mellissa wakes imprisoned, destined to be a brood mare for an alien people whose women died of a plague. Scientists have had little success, though, as the mating bonds has been missing from their sterile experiments. Melissa submits to testing to protect her newborn son conceived on Earth through insemination. Then warrior Becsul is assigned to the secret facility and nearly immediately bonds with Melissa. They, two other women and a child escape to a space station where they are finally free and expose the evil done to the women. Finally, they arrive on another planet where other interspecies couples live and have created new children the old fashioned way. Such a wonderful story.
Honey Phillips has the ability to surprise us with the unexpected in a beloved series like no other author! I have loved this series since the very first book, and this addition to the series is no different! Wow! It was amazing to have this story set on Ciresia, and to find out the Council is not the perfect representation of this civilization their reputation led everyone to believe. Melissa and Becsul had a more difficult, and slightly darker, journey than most, and yet, the core of hope, love, and found family remained. There were quite a few wonderful side characters, who I hope we see again, an adorable baby, and a happily-ever-after ending! This series is crazy satisfying, and it always leaves me smiling.
This is truly an amazing series and Honey is an exceptional writer. Her words come to life with each of her stories and this one just blew my mind.
Becsul is an extraordinary male who finally comes to the understanding that truths he had learned all is life were not exactly accurate. His beliefs comes to a halt when he is introduced to a human female, Melissa. Once that tail starts navigating and wanders without permission then all bets are off 🤣
This is a touching story not just for Melissa and Becsul but for all the women, children and allies that aided Becsul in this harrowing endeavor.
I have read everyone of Honey's books and I am thankfully in so many ways to her dedication to give her readers exactly what they need in a story.
Action, suspense, romance, and a huge green alien with an uncontrollable tail, yes, please!!!! This is another fantastic addition to the Treasured By The Alien series. Melissa and her baby son have been abducted by aliens, and now they are conducting experiments on her. So when she meets Becsul, she has no reason to trust him. But his tail recognizes instantly what she will become to him. I absolutely adore the Cire warriors, and Becsul is an excellent guy. This is another wonderful book by Honey Phillips, and I will definitely be reading this one again!

This was another enjoyable standalone story in the Treasured by the Alien series and took place on Ciresia. Becsul & Melissa have a rocky beginning but managed to overcome it along with tackling the obstacles that faced them. I enjoyed seeing how Becsul interacted with Melissa's three month old son Robbie and how quickly their bond formed. The epilogue of this story was really sweet and I look forward to reading the next book in this series Bride of the Alien Warrior later this year.

This is a solid installment in the Treasured by the Aliens series. An ideal quick read, perfect for the weekend or vacation. They’re all variations on a theme, same general plot, characters, etc., an enjoyable reading nonetheless. Not a huge amount of character building or world building goes on in this series, but the romances are satisfying. Honey Phillips writing style makes them a pleasant read. I much prefer her cyborg series, personally. It tends to have more lighthearted moments that are missing from this series. All in all I recommend.
'This sweet and spicy sci-fi romance features a protective alien warrior, a fiercely independent single mother, found family, forced proximity, and a hero who will burn the world to keep them safe.'
Can be read as a standalone.
The characters were very appealing and complex and complicated and absolutely perfect together. Plot was intriguing and exciting and well paced. World building was excellent and impressive. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend.

This is my favourite series and I say that with absolutely no shame. Strong heroines, honorable warriors, and a plot that somehow keeps getting better with every book. The chemistry between the main characters was so natural and real that I found myself fully invested in every scene they shared.
I also really appreciate how the larger story keeps evolving while still letting me revisit familiar settings and old favorites. It's one of those series that feels like coming home, but with enough new twists to keep things interesting. Highly recommend.
I enjoyed reading this story. The author has made the main characters in the extremely strong personalities. You would think this could cause clashes but instead created an amazing ride toward their found family. Every time they get into difficulties, it seems that having a past of helping others comes round to benefit.

Love A Cire Warrior Mate Story! This is one of those stories that makes me feel happy. Becsul is a cire warrior who takes a secturity job at a secret facility on his home planet. Melissa is a human with an infant who was kidnapped to be used for breeding experiments. But a mate bond forms between them and it becomes a race against time to escape including taking the other two women who were also held captive. Adventure, romance and friendships make this a fantastic story!
It's been a while since I have read anything in this series. This was a great one to pick up with. Melissa and Becsul are great characters. They are complex and have interesting backgrounds. Melissa is smart and driven to protect herself and her baby. I like Becsul's background, he isn't okay with what is going on, but still has some understandably conflicting issues with the general world/setting. It's a really entertaining read.
Honey has done it again. I have read every book in this series and have enjoyed all of them. This love story is full of adventure, despair yet with hope, some danger and facing an uncertain future built on love, hope and dreams. This book, like all the others in this series shows the possibility of inter species love overcoming the differences and customs of different races throughout the universe. An interesting theme.
It's true that a lot of series that copy each other in some things and specially romances but I have to say that I like reading each of the characters and learning to see if I like them or I hate them. I like seeing that each character is their own person and well there's similarities there are enough differences to make them separate stories that are in the same universe. Also I can never wait for the next one to see what kind of character I will meet.
This was such a wonderful installment and just like always with honey Phillips she takes you where you think is back to the beginning of the series but really she insert you at the perfect place and she takes you through these peaks and valleys of relationships and situations and pops you right where you need to be on the front lines of a beautiful story highly recommend this book
Captain Becsul has always believed that his race, the Cire, can only mate with other Cire. But when he is assigned to a secret lab where human women are being held captive and experimented on he realizes that one of them is his fated mate. Now he must find a way to escape. Good story.

I love this story! Treasured by the Alien is one of my favorite series! This story is particularly rich with so many things happening with this small group of people. There is so much danger and excitement, while the two main characters (Becsul and Melissa) are firmly cementing their relationship. Excellent storytelling! The ending is just what I like to see.
Spicy, male female, 3rd person dual point of view, paranormal romance. This is a fantastic series and I enjoyed this installment very much. Great overarching plot and very engaging characters (I hope Veyalor gets a book🤞). And though it's been years since I had a 3 month old baby I really empathized with the female main character. I can't wait to read the next book!!
I absolutely love this series. I honestly don’t think I can critique it at all. This is the 15th book, and somehow every single installment still delivers the same comforting, uplifting feeling. It just gives me such good vibes—reminding me what it feels like to love wholeheartedly and without hesitation.
Oh my! I think I feel in love with Becsul nearly immediately. He is swoonworthy with his love of children and gentle but powerful strength. Melissa is tough but caring and will do anything for her son. I love their connection and chemistry!.
