This is a great insight into the thought process of a supervisor. I recommend reading this book for anybody who even has a slight supervisory responsibility. This can help you understand to communicate with your workers and also understand how a business could run in a beneficial, less stressful, and fully productive manner.
Awful book. The organization was alright, it followed a mostly clear logic from one topic to another but the content is lousy. At one point it suggests that a manager corner an employee and "give them an earful" if they resist any changes. Insane. Would not recommend this book at all.
