"Folks are usually about as happy as they make their minds up to be." — Abraham Lincoln
Motivation is actually the desire we have to do things. It is the distinction between waking up before dawn to get started on a specific project and lazing around the house all day watching television. It's the crucial element in setting and reaching goals. Research shows you can impact your own levels of motivation, but far too often, we fail to do so. Staying inspired can be a real struggle. When trying to preserve motivation, our drive is continuously assaulted by negative feelings and anxieties about the future.
Everybody faces doubt as well as depression at one time or another. What separates the remarkably productive from those who fail is the capability to stay motivated and keep moving forward?

Aside from the numerous typos and cringeworthy grammar, this book is full of vague and unhelpful tips you've probably heard a thousand times. Doesn't help that many of them are rehashed several times over, or that they're about as mind numbingly obvious as you can get. "Stay positive! Don't procrastinate!"
I'm just glad I picked this up on Kindle Unlimited. Wouldn't have enjoyed wasting my money on such badly executed tripe.
Has a lot of simple and clear instructions to help get over stumbling blocks like losing confidence in your work, being inconsistent, and forgiving yourself for making mistakes. Highly recommended.
