Not a proper review*:

*This is for my own reference. But you're welcome to skim through it.

1. Know the importance of Time-management in today's world.

2. Set small but achievable goals and to-do lists.

3. Spending time on something that rewards both your personal and professional life. (Learning a new language etc,)

4. Declutter your minds and environment.

5. Eating, exercising, and sleeping on time sharpens and freshens your brain.

My take:

Can't understand why this book has an average rating of just 3.33. It'd serve as a decent handbook for beginners who wish to learn Time management tips and tricks. It's not comprehensive. But it covers the basics well.

The best part of the book is a survey to see where you rate on the time management scale. The rest of it the book is very high level and just common sense, you don't need to buy a book to learn common sense. Write things down, make lists, allow extra time, have deadlines. I was able to read the book cover to cover in 10 minutes.

I finally found time to read it. I didn't learn anything new but I will commit to writing my "to-do" list the night before.
