About a month ago, I attempted to adjust to a polyphasic sleep schedule. I succeeded in getting my total sleep time down to a 3 hour core with a few naps during the day, although it all fell apart when I started doing more intense workouts.
This book was the blog I kept during this time.
Polyphasic sleep is amazing! I only wish I could do it while working out intensely on a regular basis.
Still, there are still some nuggets of wisdom to be gleaned from this book.
