About Last Night… is a book that I could not put down once I started it. It is a bit predictable and even a tad cliched, but for me, the enjoyment factor was off the charts so I gave it a full 5 stars. I don’t know what it is about this book, I just had so much fun reading it. I was smiling and laughing and completely falling in love with Mia and Quinn’s story.

Quinn is Mia’s brother’s best friend. They’ve only met once and it’s been a while. Mia is a tad bit shy and awkward. And she’s a virgin. Quinn is an escort. She knows Quinn is a professional. She also knows that he’s kind and sweet and won’t hurt her. So she goes for it. She starts to message him (under an alias of course) and they develop a friendship. You can only see where this is headed right? How is this going to work out… and add in these two start to fall for one another… and Quinn still doesn't know who Mia is for real. I loved the build up!

description

Let me give a bit of a warning here… There are things I’m sure other readers won’t love in this story so even though it’s not cheating, it might bother some. Just a heads up. It didn’t bother me because being in Quinn’s head, you saw where his mind was and when things changed where his heart was.

Friends to lovers, brothers best friend, escort- this book had a bit of everything. Hands down Belle Aurora is one of the funniest authors. She writes the best stuff that just makes me laugh out loud. It’s the perfect combo of funny, sweet, steamy and even a bit of angst for good measure. This book was a win for me. One of the most entertaining books I’ve read in a while.

Mia is a 27 years old girl who has struggled with self-esteem and body issues all her life. Now that she feels better about herself (she lost some pounds) she decides to hire an escort,

“Men. Hundreds of beautiful men smiled back at me, looking at me with unadulterated lust, their smiles whispering, Come hither.“

description

but not just any escort. She decides to hire, Matt, her brother’s best friend.

“His erection looked different than Marcus’. It looked thicker, manlier, and angrier. And secretly, I wished to taste it. It looked like this cock was made purely for the purpose of pleasing women.”

description

Why? Because she wants Matt to be the one to pop her cherry...Oh yeahhh...Mia is a 27 years old virgin.

description

I’m just kidding...Mia is really a virgin...everywhere.

But her ‘character development’ is done so well..

"There's blood on the sheets." I sniffled. "Now everyone will know what a harlot I am. The maids will talk about how much of a ho I am then they'll tell the cooking staff, and before you know it, the entire city will know."

description

Sometimes my expectations are too high and in this case they really were. Big mistake...I really wanted to like this one. Unfortunately I couldn't. When I finished I was ready to rate it with – 3 stars, but after I reflected a little...no...just no!

First...we have Mia...Mia who acted almost the entire time like a teenager. Secondly we have Matt who not only he can satisfy every client, but he also gets off every time with every single one of them

description

Yeah...moving on!

I didn’t feel any connection with these characters or any chemistry between them. None. Zero.

description

Ah...and let’s not forget about how detailed the sex scenes between Matt and his clients are. And there are many, many of them. I know this is about an escort, but come on...I have a limit!

description

It’s safe to say I didn’t care too much about this one! I know I’m in minority here, so read it at your own risk.

So...what I liked? I guess I liked the emails between them and the writing was ok...ah…and the cover. That’s it!

I'm done!!

This review might contain minor spoilers....

Mia has had a long time crush on her brother's best friend Matt, who is a male escort. When Mia moves back into town, she decides to contact Matt through his agency to set up a "date" with him. She is a 27 yr old virgin, (eyeroll, who acts like she's 14) and wants Matt to be the one to pop her cherry. She doesn't want to meet him in person before this date, so they start a friendship through texts and e-mails.

My main issue with the book, besides hating it in general, was that Matt's sexcapades with his clients were drawn out in a lot of detail. At the 30% mark, his "job" for the night went on for like twelve pages, here is a little sample....

"Camilla was wet already. Sopping wet. As I lay back on the bed with my hands on her hips, she ground her bare pussy into my thigh. My cock jerked. I could smell her. My mouth watered.

Would I ever get sick of sex? No. I didn't think so. I loved it too much."

"She was well and truly ready, my thigh covered in her juices. And I wanted nothing more than to eat her pussy till she came on my face."

"I loved it when they came in my mouth. It was dirty, and hot, and uncivilized. And I fucking dug it."

So after he leaves work for the night...he calls Mia to chat and make sure she's OK. I can't take his exchanges with Mia seriously, because I still have the disturbing images in my head of the other woman's juices being all over his face 20 minutes ago! ugh.

So, he and Mia do not meet in person until the 50% mark. IDK, I didn't think the big moment was anything to write home about. I was mostly annoyed I had to read that long to get to it. THEN, after the deed was done, Mia says some of the dumbest lines ever...

"Something caught my eye on the bed and, horrified , I gasped."Oh, God. Oh no!"

"My face miserable, I blinked away tears. "There's blood on the sheets." I sniffled. "Now everyone will know what a harlot I am. The maids will talk about how much of a ho I am then they'll tell the cooking staff, and before you know it, the entire city will know."

I can't even.

Thanks for the br Ami. Aww, the memories!

This book, OMG, I loved it!! Brother’s best friend books are my absolute favorite and this little sexy number is going down as one of my favorites yet!

We first meet Mia. She is back home from school and ready to really begin living her life. Her whole life she has struggled with self-esteem and body issues. She has worked hard to get healthy and feel better about herself, but she still feels awkward and shy around men. She decides to hire an escort to help her overcome her insecurities with men, but not just any escort.

Matt Quinn has been Mia’s brother’s best friend for the past five years. He had a terrible upbringing and with little education, sort of fell into being an escort. It’s odd to say that, but it really fits the story. Matt is a great guy, genuine and caring. He is the perfect guy for Mia. They begin talking gradually by email and text. Matt has no idea he is speaking to his best friend’s baby sister. They only met on one occasion and Matt was drunk and barely coherent.

This book takes brother’s best friend to a whole new level. It’s crazy sexy and I loved every minute of it. The connection between Matt and Mia grows from the very beginning. Mia already feels like she knows Matt from the pieces her brother shares. While Matt is completely smitten with the shy girl, with a witty personality. When these two do finally come together is crazy hot and well worth the wait. I loved every second of this book!

Even if you aren’t a super fan of brother’s best friend books I still recommend this sexy read! I loved the sexy, funny banter they shared via text and email. The moments they finally spent together were picture perfect. I loved these characters so hard and was cheering them on the whole time. This book delivers on all elements, heartwarming, sexy, and funny. I definitely recommend!

Originally Paused @ 65 % No inkling to return so sadly this is a DNF…

I have truly enjoyed this author’s other works and I didn’t find fault with the writing, enjoyed the dual povs, but the storyline had just too many aspects that I couldn’t get past.

The heroine acts like she was 18-23 years old when in actually she is a 27 year old grown ass woman!

description

The hero is an escort who’s every client is a hot lay and we are treated to what the hero and author deemed hot sex scenes with most of his clients.

description

Seriously, this is in fact an escort service that I’m supposed to believe that all the clients are fab in the sack and the hero gets off from every single one totally not buying it.

description

I did make till the part where the two finally meet in person and the heroine losses her virginity to the guy of her dreams (blood response…WTH?) and then onto the hero finding out that she is his best friend’s sister. Still I paused for Kristen Ashley Ride Steady and well just don’t care enough to return for more of this naïve heroine, every woman is a good lay hero, and the typical flamboyant gay neighbors.

everything she deserves.

With every additional moment,
I fell deeper and harder for Matt Quinn.
How dare he make me love him?
It was almost cruel.

So I love Belle Aurora work. I don't give it much thought when asked about my favorite authors because this remarkable one POPS in my mind. I was ECSTATIC for this read! She did NOT disappoint .. I quite enjoyed the story line. The emails and texts were my FAVORITE part. Matt and Mia were quite the pair. The off limits novels always seem to draw me in and this one KEPT me intrigued. It has gotten mixed reviews although it depends on the reader as no one (TRULY) ever reads the "same" novel.

You gotta know how to treat me like a lady

I must admit I do enjoy BAs writing style and the storyline had great potential. But overall this book was not for me. I found Mia very immature for a 27 year old. Quinn was a nice enough character but why oh why was there so many detailed scenes of ?!! I did like it enough to finish it though but there was too many eye roll moments for me to rate any higher.

TITLE: About Last Night
AUTHOR: Belle Aurora
GENRE: Contemporary Romance
PUBLICATION: June 28th 2015
MY RATING: 5 STARS!!

Going by all the reviews it looks like I'm in for one hell of a scorching hot read!! Brothers best friend this is my guilty weakness, I LOVER THESE kind of books!! And coming from this author I know it's going to be epic!! A beautiful heartfelt romance..

Quinn - Harry Bridgeton had been my best friend for the past five years. It was Harry who suggested I become an escort.

Anything by this author you know your going to enjoy, her writing style just pulls you in, the characters that she brings alive, they may not be perfect but you end up connecting with them on all levels and that's what I love the most about this author, her characters always have some small flaw, either being naive and insecure like Mia and Quinn who just had all the confidence in the world I connected with their characters..

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

The attraction these two felt for the other was undeniable..Quinn's dilemma when he realises that Minnymouse (aka Mia) is actually in fact his best friends sister..A enjoyable un - put - downable book, once picked up expect life getting put on hold whilst you devour the pages of this book..

What more can I say other than I Loved this book..

I knew I shouldn’t.
Oh, God. Somebody stop me!

Typing quickly, I covered my eyes before the profile loaded. There he was.
Matt Quinn. My brother’s best friend. And I was about to see something I shouldn’t ever have seen.

And that's where it all starts..One click..One email..One night..

Quinn - I read the email three times. Every additional time I read it, my smile grew bigger. I had dealt with a lot of women in my five years as an escort, but the shy ones were always the ones I preferred.

I hate when I have really big expections and then.. NOTHING like I expected happened for me!
Belle Aurora is one of my ALL TIME favourite authors and I would read EVERYTHING she would ever write BUT this book didn't work for me! I tried to love it, I tried to understand the MC's more but.. nope, didn't happened!

What I liked?

At first I really liked their conversations and awkwardness (more likely Mia's awkwardness..), their chatts were funny and sexy. Their first meeting was hot as well. Mia'a friends were really funny (expect of Ella though) and I realllly liked her connection with her brother.. till some point!!! What I loved till the end was Matt Quinn , well expect some issues I had with him! They had their sweet moments and because of that I was gratefull!

What I didn't like?

- Mia....! - TOO childish for my liking! She was supposed to be 27 but she was acting like a damn baby!
- Too many sex scenes with Matt's clients! Unnecessary!!!
- Their really stupid fights, AGIAN about Mia's desicions!
- Harry's reaction when he found out about them! Come ooon, I have a big brother too! It's not that BIG problem with every brother whose sister is going out with his best friend. And then when he reveals his true reasons about his blow.. AGAIN STUPID !
- I MISSED Belle Aurora's unique humour in this book and that's why I didn't enjoyed it much! Maybe I was not in a mood....

But after all I am excited about Harry's book !!!

I’m a bit up and down when it comes to this author. Some of her work I really love, and some of it I really struggle with. This book seems to reflect that perfectly because I did enjoy this one, but I had a lot of issues as well. But if you’re in the mood for a light, funny and smutty feel-good book, and are able to overlook some ridiculous, it just may be the book for you!

Quinn is an escort. After a rough life, he fell into the job, and has now been doing it for years. He’s good at what he does, he makes a fortune from it, and he genuinely loves it – perhaps a little too much? But more about that later.

Mia has had a crush on Quinn for ages. He is the best friend of her older brother, and even though they only met once (and he was drunk at the time), he was sweet to her, and encouraged her in a way that she clung to that memory as him being the first man to look at her and truly see her, and not a shy, overweight wallflower. When she discovers that he is an escort, she hatches a plan to hire him to pop her cherry – at the ripe old age of 27 she’s sick and tired of the thing.

And so she makes contact with him through his agency and explains her situation and exactly why she wants to hire him. Quinn can tell that she’s painfully shy, so he tries to put her at ease and they start chatting, and over email, text, and eventually phone calls, they banter, get to know each other, and start to become friends… and then something a bit more important than ‘friends’. And the whole time Quinn has no idea who she really is (she’s using a fake name), and their appointment for Mia’s deflowering is looming ever closer.

No surprises here, you can totally see where this book is going, but I thought the set up was great. I loved the way they got to know each other - their conversations are witty and entertaining, but also have a lot of depth, they genuinely like each other, and their playfulness was fun to read. The actual scene of their night together is hot but really sweet, and the inevitable scene where the big secret is revealed is well done, and pleasantly lacking in stupid. And I love the way the rest of the story plays out after their big night, and how they navigate the ‘feelings’ part of the relationship.

She bit her lip, fighting a laugh. Something came over me. I gently pulled her lip free, running my thumb over it. “I want your smiles. I want to hear your laugh. This is us, Mia. Just us. I don’t want fake … I want it all.”

Having said that though, I did have some issues.

Firstly, yes, Quinn is an escort, and we all understand what his job entails, but there are some VERY detailed sex scenes featuring Quinn with a number of his clients, all meant to be very hot I’m sure, but they just felt weird and out of place. I don’t want THAT much detail about all of the things he does to other women while he constantly glories over how much he loves sex. Granted, it does show some character development as Quinn’s feelings towards Mia start to change, but I don’t think we needed quite so much of it, or for it to be quite so graphic.

And then there’s Mia, who is very immature and a little too naïve at times. She’s 27 but has no friends, no furniture in her apartment apart from a bed and a beanbag, and she’s still a virgin. OK, no comment about the virgin thing because I guess it could happen, but she’s never even had an orgasm, or masturbated – and she requires instruction from Quinn on how to do it. Ummmmm… ok.

The sex is frequent and explicit (both with and without the heroine), but I have to admit that I giggled through a lot of the ‘deflowering’ scene. I know it’s supposed to be hot, but I thought some of the reactions were a little ‘off’ . And trying to actually picture what was going on was difficult at times – for example, they’re kneeling together on the bed, kissing, and his erection is poking her in the breast. Really? How hung is this guy?

And as much as I enjoyed the romance, it did move really fast. Not insta-love, but pretty freaking close to it. .

If you’re curious about how the relationship works with the escort thing…

Mia’s neighbours were fun, but seemed a bit clichéd in their flamboyant ‘gayness’. And then there’s the storyline featuring her boss, that came out of nowhere! And then there’s a random chapter thrown in there towards the end from the boss’ POV to finish off her very own storyline which has absolutely NO bearing on the main storyline. Again, weird.

So yeah, clearly I had some issues with this book, but overall I still thought it was a fun read. I really liked Quinn, he treated Mia beautifully from start to finish, and I thought that the two of them were great together. Luckily I was in the kind of mood where I could laugh at some of the annoying bits, and skim others, and I think it’s a really entertaining read – as long as you don’t think about it too much. Not the author’s best work, but I still enjoyed it.

I hate that I'm giving such a low rating to one of my favorite authors but I just couldn't get into this one.

Matt Quinn is an escort living his life free and easy and in a mass supply of pussy. Mia is a shy twenty-seven year old virgin who is on a mission to finally lose her virginity. Her plan is to hire an escort, but not just any escort, she wants her older brothers best friend to be the one.

I could not stand Mia! She was the typical shy little virgin girl who apparently missed sex-ed and made you want to slap her. I couldn't stop rolling my eyes at her dialogue and she didn't come off as shy, she came off as stupid and immature. Seriously, I was so done by the time I reached a part where Quinn gets her a vibrator and when she takes it out of the bag and see's it, she screams and throws it across the room. They laughed...I did not.

Was the story okay? Yes. But Mia just ruined it for me. I didn't have any complaints about Quinn until the end but I hated how many detailed sex-capades we had to go through while he was thinking out Maya a.k.a Mia. I wish I could have given this book a higher rating but I was just too annoyed with the story while reading it.

Okay this is gonna be short since some reviewers already shared their feeling because mine isn't far different. I'm love with Belle Aurora since RAW (Yay for Twitch). I was hoping for another book with dark romance. When I heard that she finished About Last Night... I didn't expect that much.

The story about Mia; 27 yo girl who is a virgin and VERY RARELY interact with man beside her brother, Harry. She hire an escourt, Quinn who happened to be his brother's best friend. She trust Quinn to popped the cherry. Quinn is experience escort who love sex. Mia's request stunned yet intrigued him.

They've emailed each other and i like their interaction. Cute, sweet and funny. But i don't feel enough chemistry to connect them *shrugs* Like we all know, this is a kind of romance with tame sex. Very decent. Yes, this book has it.

What I didn't like is the sex scene between Quinn and his client was too detailed. I didn't need that. I almost DNF this book because nearly 40% is only about Quinn who can't satisfy his client without thinking of Mia. Ugh... Well, the rest is okay... I mean, like other romance. Jealousy, miscommunication, and misunderstanding are always the problem. About Last Night contains HEA, so don't worry ;) Again, this is not really my type and Belle Aurora failed it. Please go back to your dark and smutty romance.

i feel bad giving such a low rating to an author i usually love but this book was so hard for me to finish. i skimmed a lot from 50% onwards. mia is 27 but acted very immature for her age and i didn't find her as humorous as it was intended to be. matt, i just couldnt connect with at all. also, escort or not i really didn't need the detailed client hook ups he was working and i just didn't buy their feelings for one another. unfortunately this one didn't live up to my expectations but you can't win them all. still an auto buy author for me but not my cup of tea this time around.

This book was sooooooo awesome! I seriously expected drama, love and angst but the author created something unbelievable. She took a story that's been told before and turned it into something sweet and heartwarming.
Mathew Quinn is a male escort; a very succesful male escort. Women pay him large amounts of money so he can make their sexual fantasies come true. He loves women, he doesn't judge them and he finds beauty in every client he has to service.
When he receives an email from a shy, but extremely witty woman, he is curious to get to know her. Their relationship develops and before they meet it has turned into friendship. Quinn is attracted to the very insecure and inexperienced Maya and slowly but surely, his prolific job turns into a chore. He is surprised how much control Maya has on him.
Things take an unexpected turn when he realizes that Maya is in fact his best friend's sister. Her lie wounds him and the situation gets tricky for our two characters. Will this revelation put a stop to their bond or make it stronger?
I loved Mia. She was a very real character, an imperfect woman that I could connect to, although at times I was shocked by her naivety. Quinn was beautifully wrong for her but I was immediately drawn to their chemistry.
If you are looking for a sweet, sexy yet, emotional read, then this is for you. The book left me with a smile on my face.

4.5 Stars from me.

MEEEEH!!!

Anyway...

4.5 Star read

Story type: Contemporary, Brother's best friend, Escort

Storyline: This is the story of Mia and Quinn (or Matt Quinn). Mia gets in touch with Quinn through the escort company he's working for to lose her virginity. She has always been shy and awkward around men and she's fed up with still holding her v-card. She is hesitant to meet face-to-face with Quinn (partially because she's afraid he'll recognize her as his best friend's little sister), so they end up having an ongoing witty and flirty conversation via email and eventually text. She has lost a lot of weight for health reasons and the only time they've met previously was years prior to the story and Quinn was drunk. They eventually have their night together and then their relationship changes. They have some obstacles, but eventually find their HEA with each other.

H rating: 4 stars. Quinn. He is a sexy, dirty talker with a heart of gold. He appreciates women of all types, and is really kindhearted in how he treats them. He doesn't come from the prettiest of homelife as a kid, so the only family he feels he has is Harry (Mia's brother).

h rating: 4 stars. Mia. She is a awkward, shy girl that is after my own heart with her sarcastic ways. She has a great personality, and really needs someone like Quinn to adore her to make her self esteem grow. She too has a heart of gold and I loved how she was always helping others.

Angst level: Minimal. There were a few tense moments, but nothing that made me get out my tissues.

Heat level: High. There were definitely some steamy moments in the book.

Descriptive sex: Yes

Sex scene with OW or OM:

Cheating:

Possible Triggers:

Closure: This book did include an epilogue with a HEA that I felt satisfied with. The couple seemed to be in a stable place that they could find their happily ever after.

- likeable heroine and hero
- hot sex scenes

What didn't work for me was the fact that it did seem to drag on..
Mia was a tad bid childish, though she was likable, she was immature.
27 virgin, that has not masturbated? A bit unbelievable?
You're on a budget about clothes, but you have two thousand dollars to blow on an hour for a prostitute?

I love male escort books and can not tell you how many I have read. I know what a male escort does with his clients, but I do not need details once the heroine is introduced. In ABOUT LAST NIGHT, the hero gave details about which client was hot and great at making him come. Even how their "smell" turned him on. I think that was the 50 year old client, not sure. There were so many clients that turned him on, I could not keep them straight. Then there was detailed description of the intercourse while the hero was communicating with the heroine. It just was uncomfortable. He would have sex with a client that he loved making come and then email the heroine. WHAT?!?!? I do not want details of how the hero has great sex with women who are not the heroine!! It was not for me. It did not feel like a romance between the hero and heroine.

I want to add that I have enjoyed Belle Aurora's other books. This one was not for me for the reasons I stated above.

2.5 stars...I'll admit I'm a pretty big fan of the "best friend's brother" storyline, it's usually a guaranteed great read for me. Unfortunately I felt like "About Last Night" was just ok. I think it just took too long for things to get going, the MCs spent the first 50% only communicating through email/text. At first I thought it was kinda cute but it started to annoy me after a while, I started to skim to when they finally meet! Then when they finally do meet...well...it was pretty anti-climatic.

Don't get me wrong - I am a fan of Belle Aurora's work and I will definitely read her future releases, it's just this particular book didn't work for me!

"You know what Minnie? You're going to bloom into a beautiful butterfly. I know it. And I don't mean you have to be the prettiest girl or the thinnest girl to make that happen. You just have to live a full life and experience real-life things to blossom."

Until I read "About Last Night," I had only ever read one other book by Bella Aurora. That book was "Raw" and it made a huge impact on me, so much so that I instantly became a fan of this author. When I was given the opportunity to read this new novel, I jumped at the chance and I am so glad that I did because "About Last Night" was simply wonderful. I enjoyed every single minute of being wrapped up in this delightful story.
It was a bad idea. I knew I shouldn't, but I was too far-gone in all that was Matt Quinn.
I loved Mia and Quinn, the main characters of the story. Mia was just so lovely, she was sweet and funny and someone that I could easily relate to. Her story truly resonated with me and I think that it would for a lot of women out there. I got the impression that Mia was once a bit of a social outcast. She was a girl who had had weight issues and grew up with very little self esteem. She was also a little shy around men so she had very little experience when it came to the opposite sex, leaving her feeling like she was missing out. Mia longed to do something about this but there was no way she could approach a man the normal way and start dating. What she needed some practice first and this was how Quinn, the male escort came into the story.
With every additional moment, I fell deeper and harder for Matt Quinn. How dare he make me love him? It was almost cruel.

When I discovered that this book contained a male escort, I expected someone who was vain, arrogant and egotistical but I got it so wrong. Matt Quinn was the complete opposite of my stereotypical view of what a male escort would be. He was gentle and caring, acting so thoughtful ly towards his clients and treating each and every one with respect. Quinn sure knew how to treat a woman. I found every single thing about him to be deliciously sexy. He was so easy to fall in love with. Ladies, you will be swooning like crazy when you read this book and get to see this man in action. He truly was Mr Perfect!
She was the person who hung the moon in my sky. She lit the dark and made me want more than I was comfortable with.

Quinn and Mia's story was a beautiful one. I adored how Quinn took care of Mia throughout this story. He treated her so tenderly, as though he cherished everything about her, even in the early days of their relationship. It quickly became apparent that Mia and Quinn's feelings for each other went way beyond the feelings of a personal escort and his client. The relationship that they formed was something special, falling hard and fast for one another. But could Mia and Quinn seriously contemplate a future together? Not only did they have the problem of Quinn's profession to get around, but there was also the small problem that Quinn was the best friend of Mia's very overprotective older brother. This couple had a few problems to solve if they were ever going to find their HEA.
Oh shit. I'd eaten my best friend's sister's pussy. And I liked it. I was going to hell.
I loved every minute of drowning in this gorgeous story. It was a sweet and swoony romance at its best. A complete change from "Raw" but equally as fabulous. I was once again impressed by Bella Aurora's talent to write a fantastic book that kept me engaged through every single page. I cannot wait to read more from this versatile author. "About Last Night" gets ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
We stared at each other for a long while, neither of us daring to speak a word. Because talk was talk. And we had something more than words. We had love.

I loved this book! This was funny, sexy, sweet, and had an epic romance all in one. Quinn is an escort and he is damn good at his job. He knows how to make women feel special and he loves women - all women. He knows how to appreciate and pleasure them. Mia is Quinn's best friends little sister. He only met her once and doesn't remember her much but Mia remembers him - he was the first man to make her feel special. She was overweight and self-conscience but Quinn made her feel beautiful. Years later, Mia has changed her body but is still shy about men so she decides to hire an escort. She chooses Quinn because she remembers how he made her feel and with how often her brother talks about him, she knows he's a good guy. Quinn has no idea the funny woman who set a date with him, is his best friends little sister. They strike up a friendship through text and email before meeting and their conversations were hilarious. I loved the chemistry between these two! I highly recommend this - especially if you love a best friends sister type romance!

YAY!! This was exactly the book that I was looking for to dig me out of the book hole I was slowly slipping into. I absolutely loved this sweet, sexy, (and what I would call) romantic comedy that just screamed Belle Aurora with her incredible humour.

Ummm MALE ESCORT/BROTHER’S BEST FRIEND ALERT!! I couldn’t pass up an opportunity to get stuck into this book before it was released and I am so glad I did, I don’t think I could have waited much longer for this highly anticipated book that Belle just sprung on her readers one night. I was counting down the days till I met Mia and Quinn (Matt) and I was not disappointed.

The writing style flows easily, the story line believable and light. The sex scenes are steamy and the characters are really easy to relate to.

She’s off limits.
He knows better.
Staying away from one another is easier said than done.

This book is all kinds of fun and if you’re a fan of Belle Aurora then you will get what I mean when I say that this book is typical Belle. It’s everything I love about her work. Definitely read this if you’re a fan of her Friend-Zoned Series as well as her awesome standalone (and a top favourite of mine) Willing Captive. And if you are new to Belle’s work, you can most definitely start here.

4.5 stars!!

Note: My tablet is currently not working (waaa!) and all my favourite quotes are highlighted on there and can’t be accessed at the moment so writing this review was a little difficult without anything to back up my words with. So sorry!!
