Camille Harrington Greene has built a life no one can question.

Her New York brownstone is flawless. Her business empire is thriving. Her children are grown. And after years of grief, Camille has become very good at appearing untouchable.

When an old business partner of her late husband reaches out with a warning, Camille is pulled toward a truth she never wanted to face. Daniel, the man she mourned and protected, left behind more than memories. There are hidden accounts. Unexplained documents. Financial risks tied too closely to the life Camille thought she understood.

And every answer seems to lead back to the same dangerous places.

At the Montauk estate, Faith’s final manuscript is no longer just a private reckoning. It is moving closer to publication, and with it comes the kind of attention the Harrington sisters cannot afford to ignore. Joanna is watching the family’s past sharpen into something political. Faith is determined to bring the truth into the light, no matter who tries to stop her.

And Camille is beginning to realize Daniel may have been connected to the very secrets their mother tried to bury.

As her polished world starts to fracture, Camille must decide how much of the life she protected was real, and how much was built on silence. Her sisters are asking her to let them in. Her children are seeing the cracks.

For years, Camille believed strength meant holding everything together.

Now, she may have to risk losing the image of her perfect life to uncover the truth that could change the Harrington family forever.

Because some betrayals do not end with death.

They wait in the paperwork.

Book Four of the Harrington Saga is an emotional women’s fiction novel about sisterhood, family secrets, and the cost of protecting a life built on silence.

This is a continuation from previous books and Camille's story.

Camille is the sister who needs to seem like she has total control and life is flowing smoothly. Since the death of her husband a few years ago, she has been able to keep up that facade.....until recently.

An old business partner of her husband Daniel, has made Camille aware of some business dealings he kept secret, including a loan using her business as collateral. In an effort to not lose her livelihood, Camille starts digging into the past. As she goes, she may discover and wish she kept secrets well enough alone.

Meanwhile her sisters seem well but the potential book release is always looming, along with threats to the release and family.

Can Camille keep her business? Will she finally admit to her family what is going on?

Fracture is book 4 in the House of Harrington series by Kimberly Thomas 4.5 stars

Up next is Camilla’s story of finding her perfect world was not as perfect as she thought, her late husband had secrets that could destroy her business. Not wanting to bring anyone on board while she searches but this is more than she can handle alone. Secrets, family, more questions than answers and in the mix is the manuscript her sister Faith is working on and soon to be published.

I voluntarily read a copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

This was Camille's story. This was captivating from the very start. Camille faced some very shocking and heartbreaking news about her deceased husband and the mess that he left behind. It was really good.

Book 4 in The House of Harrington series is Camille’s story. Camille is the flawless sister. She owns a thriving business, has three successful children and is always in complete control of her life. She misses her husband, David, who died in a car accident but her memories of him are happy memories of him as the perfect husband and father. When an ex-business partner of David’s gets in touch with her, it isn’t to share fond memories. Instead, he wants to warn her that David left some questionable documents behind – papers that indicated financial risks that would cause her to lose her business and indications of money laundering. At first, she believes that the friend is just bitter and doesn’t want to believe him but the deeper she digs, the more questionable business practices she finds in David’s business – things that will still affect her life and business.
She tries to be strong and keep the truth about their father from the children but when the evidence piles up, she realizes that she can’t handle things by herself and that she needs to share it with her children and sisters. While all of this is going on, the manuscript that Faith is writing is getting closer to publication and rumors are swirling about it in the media. Will the sisters be able to remain strong despite all of the things that are coming to light about them and their mother?

Kimberly delivers again with a compelling fourth installment that keeps the momentum strong. This book stands out for its well-paced twists that genuinely kept me guessing, rather than feeling predictable. I especially enjoyed how the story centers more deeply on one main character while continuing to strengthen the bond within the group, making the family dynamic feel even more authentic.

The emotional connections are believable and thoughtfully developed, adding depth without slowing the pace. Each interaction feels purposeful, drawing you further into their world. By the end, I was completely invested and already looking forward to seeing where Kimberly takes these characters next in book five.

I don't usually review a book mid-way through a series but I'm reviewing Fracture (Book 4) hoping to encourage more readers to delve into this wonderful, engaging series and become part of the Harrington family. Another reader only gave it 2 stars because the author gave a lot of background story. That's what a good author does to remind readers who's who and what previously happened. It especially helped me since this installment was a long time coming. I'm starting Book 5 now and hope Book 6 is all ready to read - not another lingering couple of months. How author Thomas came up with this amazing story is a mystery. Especially since the series is based around four sisters. Dive into the Harrington sisters' overlapping stories and become part of this special family.

In this book 4 of the Harrington House series, Camille’s world comes crashing down as she finds out about the poor business decisions her husband, Daniel has made. Still reeling from Daniel’s death, her business, The Rolling Pin is now in danger.

Camille is normally very cool under pressure and likes to think she can handle everything. She does not want to involve her children or sisters in her crumbling world.

Family remains steady and offers the strength and support she needs. Her son Daniel Jr, becomes essential in helping he Mr unravel the paper trail
Of her nightmare. Her sisters offer support in every way they k ow as the family gathers at their loved Montauk.

Thank you to the author for this ARC. This review is my honest opinion.

Book 4 of the series, Camille’s story, continues the Harrington saga and how the sisters deal with the death of their mother and the information in her journals. The relationship of the sisters has gotten stronger as they band together to protect themselves and their children from the fallout of releasing their mother’s memoir and the damage it may have on some political figures.

I continue to enjoy this series and am looking forward to reading the last 2 books

So far, the best book of this series IMO. In previous books of the series, oldest sister Camille was not at all likable. And yet here she is able to break through the family constraints and share her piece of the puzzle in this complex history. The development of the mystery is intriguing. Looking forward to the next installment. Being very careful here to avoid spoilers. But after the 2nd and 3rd book, I had considered just junking the rest of the story. Now I look forward to what comes next.

Book 4 of the series, Camille’s story, continues the Harrington saga. This one was my least favorite, this author goes into alot of detail some books need it and they are appreciated but this one was very wordy, i have to say i skipped several paragraphs. I will continue with the series but hopefully less words

Many changes, many lives....

The Montauk house was overrun by a fractured but strong, family. Decisions were made and friendships formed. The memoir was finished, but the family was not. Thank you KT
