Not the best volume, but it really does help to set a lot of pieces in motion and give a clearer idea where everyone stands. Still a great series, but vol 4 is for sure more set up.

Decent. It primarily sets up the board and rehashes known facts and dramatis personae, mixing it with a few tense moments. Hopefully, the next volume will be more satisfying.
