This is my absolute favourite cookbook.
This book has such a wonderful variety of vegetarian recipes. I've made at least two thirds of them so far and they have all worked well. This not the kind of book that tries to replace meat, you never feel like you're missing out be and that it could be even better if it just had a little meat.
I cook recipes regularly from this for myself (vegetarian for 18 years), my housemate (not a big meat eater) and my partner (hard core carnivore) and we all enjoy them.
Lots of pictures, which I think is a must have for any good cookbook.I love the information about different vegetarian food cultures and the ingredients.
Really though, its all about the fabulous food, this book is well worth getting.
