Jess enters this book like a walking cautionary tale wrapped in emotional exhaustion and caffeine fumes. She loses her v‑card in a plane bathroom — which is already a red flag the size of Russia — and then discovers she’s pregnant with triplets. TRIPLETS. From one flight. One. Flight. The universe didn’t just throw her a curveball; it launched a whole meteor shower at her uterus.
Fast forward six years and Jess is a single mum doing the absolute most with the absolute least. She’s juggling three kids, a job hunt, and the kind of sleep deprivation that makes you hallucinate. She’s tired, she’s stressed, she’s one spilled juice box away from a breakdown, and honestly? She deserves a national holiday.
Then she walks into her new job and locks eyes with the man she thought she’d never see again. Nadir Medvedev. The Bratva king. The CEO who rules from a glass tower like a morally grey Disney villain. The man whose eyes say “I’ve seen things” and whose vibe says “I own the building, the city, and possibly your soul.”
Jess freezes. Nadir freezes. My soul leaves my body. Because this man — this cold, ruthless, terrifyingly controlled man — is the father of her triplets. And he has NO idea.
Jess tries to play it cool, which is hilarious because she is about as subtle as a fire alarm. Nadir, meanwhile, is staring at her like she’s a ghost who owes him money. The tension is so thick you could spread it on toast.
And when he finds out the truth? Oh, he doesn’t just react. He transforms. This man goes from “emotionally unavailable CEO” to “I will burn the city to the ground for my family” in under three seconds. He becomes this silent, immovable force of protection — the kind of man who doesn’t yell, doesn’t threaten, doesn’t posture. He just decides. And once he decides Jess and the kids are his? That’s it. The universe can pack up and go home.
Jess, bless her chaotic heart, is overwhelmed. She’s been doing everything alone for six years, and suddenly she has a Bratva king rearranging the world around her like she’s royalty. She doesn’t know whether to cry, scream, or take a nap. Honestly, she needs all three.
This book is pure Archer madness: dramatic, addictive, emotionally messy, and absolutely drenched in that “I didn’t ask for this chaos but I’m strapped in now” energy. Jess is a lovable disaster, Nadir is a silver‑fox menace with a CEO title, and the triplets are tiny agents of chaos who deserve medals for surviving their parents’ emotional roller coaster.
A wild, dramatic, heart‑squeezing Bratva romance where Jess tries to stay afloat, Nadir becomes the terrifyingly devoted protector she never expected, and the universe sits back with popcorn watching the chaos unfold.
Mile High Triplets by Liz Archer was such an intense and addictive dark romance read. From the beginning, the story pulls you into a world filled with secrets, obsession, emotional tension, and complicated relationships. The atmosphere of the book feels heavy in the best way, keeping the stakes high and making it hard to stop reading.
Nadir was exactly the kind of morally gray character that makes dark romance so entertaining. He’s possessive, protective, and emotionally complicated, especially when it comes to Jess. His need for control clashes constantly with the vulnerability he tries so hard to hide, and that conflict added a lot of depth to his character. Even during his darker moments, you could still feel how intense his connection to Jess really was.
Jess brought strength and emotion to the story in a way that balanced Nadir perfectly. She isn’t passive or easily controlled, which made the tension between them even stronger. Their relationship is messy and emotionally charged, built on attraction, trust issues, and the constant push-and-pull between wanting each other and resisting the chaos surrounding them.
What I really enjoyed was how the book combined emotional vulnerability with darker relationship dynamics. The chemistry between Nadir and Jess was intense from start to finish, but there were also quieter moments that showed the emotional side of their connection beneath all the drama and obsession.
Overall, Mile High Triplets was a gripping dark romance with morally gray characters, emotional tension, and a relationship that keeps you completely invested. If you enjoy darker love stories filled with obsession, complicated emotions, and high-stakes romance, this one is definitely worth reading!
This was a nice story plot wise, intriguing and well-developed. I liked how strong, stubborn and determined Jess is, despite her vulnerability. I didn’t like Nadir that much, even if he gradually grew on me to an extent. Jess and Nadir meet on a flight and join the mile-high club. Six years later, fate brings them back together, as Jess starts working for his company in finance. But Nadir is not just a successful businessman. He is a Bratva Boss. He never forgot Jess, even if he still believes that women are just a distraction that never comes close to what really matters, which is his empire. Jess is proved to be an asset for the company. But what happens when he meets her children or when her ex, who is also Bratva and his opponent (albeit Nadir considers he is not a viable threat), comes into the picture. A lot of things happen, Jess is showing bravery, intelligence but also vulnerability all in one breath, while Nadir seems oblivious to the fact that these are his children, that Jess is more than a distraction for him or that his empire means nothing without all of them. It takes a while for him to catch up, despite having feelings of his own. This is the part of his character that I didn’t really like. I can understand both of them to an extent, as both Nadir and Jess’s pasts played a fundamental role in how they are shaped nowadays, but I admit that I didn’t like Nadir’s initial reactions. So, a nice, well-written story overall despite the characters' flaws. 4 stars.

This is a treat that has adventure, risk, humor, lots of demands, and smoking chemistry.
Jess and Nadir were never meant to cross paths again after one airplace trist changed both their lives. Jess is looking for a solid job to support her triplets, and has no idea the mafia billionaire who owns the company is the same man from 5 years ago.
I enjoyed the grit of it being a bratva romance. Also I liked that Nadir wasn't hiding at all how much he wanted Jess. She has a pull he's never felt before, and there is LOTS of line crossing. Also that he pulls out the stops to protect her and the kids without knowing they are his, and because he can't imagine her getting hurt.
Its nice to see Nadir soften for the kids, and Jess to believe she can have more than one night with the mafia boss with all the rules and none of the explanations. Nadir's right hand man can see how Jess is changing him, and as a new hire how much if a difference she is making in the company. She has talent and Nadir almost misses that.
Its got great action, lots of rules and demands, which leads to many hot HOT moments, tenderness for the kids, and a HEA they fought hard for with othes and each other to make happen.
Mile High Triplets by Liz Archer is a steamy, drama-packed romance that starts with a mile-high hookup and lands six years later in the middle of a boss/employee bombshell. Jess flees her stalker ex, shares one unforgettable flight with a gorgeous stranger, and ends up pregnant with triplets. Fast forward to her new job interview… and surprise! The ruthless CEO is also her babies’ father. Talk about workplace tension. I loved the mix of chaos, chemistry, and heartfelt moments. The triplets add emotional weight and sweetness, and the sparks between Jess and Nadir are instant and intense from thirty thousand feet to the corner office. There’s great growth as Jess balances single motherhood and unresolved feelings. I did wish for a little more depth in a few emotional scenes, but overall this was a fun, swoony, high-drama read with plenty of steam and a satisfying HEA. If you love surprise babies, powerful heroes, and second-chance sparks, this one’s for you.
When Jess is trying to get away from her stalker ex she finds herself on a flight to Miami. And she finds herself getting lost in the most perfect eyes. When he invites her up from her middle seat hell to sit next to him in first class she goes if for no other reason but to find out who he is. But then she finds herself joining the mile High club with him. 6 years later she is back in Boston getting ready for an interview that hopefully will be the break she needs to give her and her Triplets a better life. And she gets the job. On her first day she gets introduced to the CEO who also happens to be her babies daddy. But she senses something off so she doesn't tell him the truth. But things get really crazy after that. Great book. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Mile High Triplets by Liz Archer was such a fun and emotional read! This story had the perfect mix of drama, chemistry, and heartfelt moments that kept me hooked from start to finish. The surprise pregnancy storyline with triplets added so much chaos and emotion in the best way, and I really enjoyed watching the characters navigate everything that came with it.
The chemistry between the main characters was strong right from the start, and the tension made it hard to put down. I also loved the emotional growth throughout the story; there were definitely moments that pulled at my heart. While I wanted a little more depth in a few areas, overall this was a really entertaining romance with plenty of steam, feelings, and swoony moments. Definitely a solid 4-star read for me!
I’m not a fan of mafia/Bratva stories, I really don’t enjoy them at all. I accidentally accepted the book to review and didn’t want to disappoint the author by rejecting it. It went exactly like I thought it would. There was lots of violence and a lot of drama and action. There was the romance factor involved in the story where the two characters, Nadir and Jess slowly work through their own problems to reach the final conclusion of living their version of happily ever after. The three children were adorable, but the overall mafia/bratva element really put me off but if you enjoy this type of book then I’m sure you will love it.

In this book we meet Jess Radcliffe & Nadir Medvedev. Jess is on her way to take a flight while walking back to economy class she catches the eye of Nadir. What she didn't know is how important that one look would be. Nadir thought that flight would be the only time he would think of Jess but he can't seem to forget her. Little did either of the know that one encounter would leave Jess with something she never thought she would have and Nadir found a woman he couldn't forget. Can they find a HEA or will that be more than either can find?
Another amazing story by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
She's on the run from her ex when she encounters Nadir at the airport. One scorching look turns Jess into a puddle of goo tripping all over herself and landing her right where Nadir wants her, as his extra next to him. It leads to an intimate induction into the mile high club with lasting repercussions. Years later when she lands the job of her dreams, she reconnects with Nadir and their journey really begins. Their journey is filled with exciting twists and turns that had me cheering this couple on to getting their chance for happiness.

Liz Archer is a master at the dark mafia romance. This book had a magnetic push-and-pull tension that was captivating. I absolutely loved Jess and her spirited yet innocent personality; she had just enough defiance to handle the ruthless Nadir. It was addictive watching them try to avoid each other but fail every time. The high-stakes suspense and extremely spicy moments were balanced perfectly, making it impossible to put down.

I have read loads of books by Liz Archer and have really enjoyed them all. Except this one! I just did not get the feels, sure the heat was good, the story line was okay but Nadir had so many persona’s that you could get whiplash from one page to the next. Jess had an attitude that I recognise but even she had problems with him. The Bratva thing could have been dumped completely at the beginning. There was enough going on at the business that the Bratva became irrelevant and the kidnapping could be put down to rival’s jealousy.
This story is brilliant, I didn't want to put it down. I love Liz Archer's writing. This is hot and steamy, a little graphic in places but that just makes the story that much better, it is a bratva story after all. It keeps you on your toes and the humour is very good too. I would happily recommend any of Liz's books this one included.

Nadir and Jess were definitely a power house couple especially once you put those heals on and gained her confidence! I loved Jess and her take no BS from Nadir once she started getting suspicious of things. Nadir was a both hate love character. By the end though he redeemed himself. Fun read with a light Bratva Trope.

I enjoyed the story of Jess and Nadir. They were amazing together, a powerful and strong couple. I loved their connection, and also the fact that she didn't let him get away with nonsense or put up with it. In the beginning, you didn't know whether to hit Nadir or hug him :). Good storyline with characters that made it hard to put the book down.

When two lonely, damaged people collide, sparks will fly, steam will definitely rise, and heads will butt! Tempers flare as they both remain in stubborn denile and do their best to sabotage themselves from their happily ever after! Even so, they can't deny the shared triplets or the electric chemistry. With revile Bratva/crazy ex causing chaos the whole way, this kept me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end!
I loved every moment of this book. I was sucked in from the beginning and spat out at the end. I couldn't put the book down for fear of missing something, knowing I wasn't. Jess and Nadir pull you completely in with their chemistry and tension. You get secrets, obsession, and emotion. By the end you are so happy with the ending. I highly recommend.

Nadir and Jess meet on a plane and have a one night stand. They good their own way and she became pregnant. Not knowing who he is she gets a job working for him. They are shocked to see each other after all these years. He finds out about the babies and he won’t stop till she and the kids are his. Great book.
Another Fantastic book by LIz. I absolutely love reading her books and get so much enjoyment out of them. You always have some sort of comedy, drama and spice in the books. Can't wait for her next book to come out!.

This was an enjoyable book. The storylines were fast paced, and the characters likable. The book was similar to other mile high stories, but it was still a good read.
