A lovely little book mainly comprising of short extracts from historical texts. Mainly old beliefs, rituals and stories - not much here for practical things to do for solstice as a modern practitioner (and after all there are plenty of those on e.g. Instagram), but very interesting. A quick read too - ideal for the few days leading up to the solstice. Will continue to collect these.
