It's clear to see why this booked topped the charts! I'm a visual learner but incoherent or inconsistent messages are often confusing. In this book, not only does the author, Susanna Reay, talk about frameworks, she shows us how they are proven models for success (along with plenty of visual, easy-to-remember examples). We often rush into things or deliver them half-heartedly, and this book demonstrates why we should take time to lay the foundations. And on top of all this, where else would you see frameworks named after Mary Poppins, Santa Clause, or the Phantom of the Opera! P.S. as much as I enjoyed the Kindle version, I'm a paperback kind-of-guy, so I bought that too!
