This story was a mess with a shit-ton of problems, amongst them the fact that I had to read with my own two eyes how one of the MCs justifies the fact that the other is raping him- and goes as far as saying that he's actually enjoying beign raped by a man who's supposed to be his best friend?
I cannot tell you the actual size of the NOPE that flew through my brain.
Apart from that, though, there's poor editing, and a ridiculous ending which makes absolutely no sense. Just get this out of my sight.
The title should be changed, the blurb should be changed. Better yet: THIS STORY SHOULD NOT EXIST. PERIOD. BYE.

Wasn’t sure what the point of the story is supposed to be but this is crap

This book was short, sexy and sweet with lots of twists! Loved the small town romance between Bobby Joe, the local sports hero and his best friend Davey! I definitely zipped through this one. The writing was clear and the pacing extremely good (and the parts that were steamy were very steamy). Good mix of romance and a bit of angst, not to mention the obstacles of perfectly believable homophobia on the part of some of Bobby Joe's other friends. Recommended for sure!
