The only thing keeping me from giving this book 5 stars is that I’m a petty Liverpool supporter. I knew of the connection Sir Matt Busby had with Liverpool and I picked up this book more of a “know thine enemy” history lesson. Then I couldn’t put it down. It’s an incredible story about a seemingly incredible guy. Highly recommend for any football history nerds like myself.
