Another banger!!

This whole series has been banger after banger 💥 Piper is a five two girl that loves to read romance books and rather stay in reading or binge watching shows than going out. Hunter is a man that lives by a strict schedule and control. After Piper’s one night of true freedom leads her in a sticky situation, her battle between can’t and want. As for Hunter, who’s lived his whole live by always being in control soon discover the one and only thing that makes him unbalanced and feel things he’s never felt. He will do whatever to make her his even if that means becoming her professor and will hurt anyone who gets in his way. Check tw before reading can’t wait for the rest of the series to come out!

Just when I thought I couldn’t possibly love this interconnected series more… S.B. Lennox said bet.

Every single book makes me more obsessed, more unhinged, and somehow even more attached to this entire world.

And Hunter and Piper??? EXCUSE ME.

The way Hunter pines for her. The way that man does not give a single shit what stands in his way. The devotion. The obsession. The “I want her and I’m not backing down” energy??? Yeah. I ate that shit UP.

But ALSO—

SHE WAS MARRIED TO HIS PIECE OF SHIT FATHER?!?!

Did I see that coming? Absolutely the fuck not.

The drama. The tension. The interconnected storylines. The way every new reveal makes you rethink something from another book. I’m at the point where asking me to pick a favorite couple feels genuinely offensive because HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CHOOSE?!

And that ending???

I need the next book like… yesterday. Immediately. Inject it into my bloodstream.

AND WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO ELEANOR?!?!?!

Because you cannot just drop that on me and expect me to continue living a normal life.

I liked this book! It was a good read, and most importantly, there was no cheating or unnecessary other-woman drama, which I really appreciated. I also liked the characters and the overall story, and the happy ending was definitely a plus. ❤️

My only issue was the pacing. The story felt a bit repetitive at times, especially with Hunter constantly saying he was going to find out what she was hiding, only for nothing to really happen. There were several moments where I thought, okay, NOW he’s finally going to find out, but then the conversation would get postponed again. 😭

The story really picked up for me around 60%, when her secret finally came out. That was the point where things became much more interesting for me, and I was genuinely surprised by the reveal.

Overall, though, I enjoyed the book. I just wish the secret had been revealed a little sooner and that some of the repetitive scenes had been shortened. Still, a good story with characters I liked and a satisfying ending. 💕

Omg how I LOVED this book. I actually have nothing else to say except that this was a masterpiece from atart to finish.

I can't wait for the next book, ao far this series is one of my top favorite reads of this year.

I really like this series, I like how fast pace it is. I was a little worried about the professor x student dynamic but it was done rather well in this book.
