I Like Your Last Name, Can I Have It?

Rate this book
Officer Ryan has a fairly calm life. Serious and responsible, she has it all under control; until she meets a fashion model with an extremely similar name. Now it seems like Officer Rose has her own personal damsel in distress; she has to rescue the famous model again and again.
Rose Ryan is a model trying to make it big time. She's got the look, but actually she's a sweet home town kind of girl with ridiculously bad luck! The only good thing that has happened to her lately is meeting her own personal police woman who keeps saving the day.
Can these two women make it through all the miscommunications and find love by any other name?

This is absolutely, positively, the sweetest and most adorable tale I've read in quite a while. I'm still smiling from how nice and sincere it is. More lesfic should aspire to be have old-fashioned romance and wonderfully quirky characters who deeply care about each other. I would have paid twice what I did for such a charming read! :)

It is a sweet story, but really rushed, so I was torn between a 3 and a 4. I've rounded it down because there were some really annoying grammar mistakes in it, like "are" instead of "our" and some missing prepositions and articles here and there.

Cute, but so rushed at times it feels more like an outline than a proper book

This book was free on Amazon when I got it. The main story was ok but it was really rushed. I think that one could've been a lot better if it was longer and fleshed out more. The characters were likeable and seemed to be good for each other.
Every story is full of insta-love and bringing a uhaul to their second date. Ok, that last part isn't exactly true, but it might as well be. I got bored halfway through it. There were also quite a few grammatical errors.

Why

Just why do I keep reading these books by this author when they are all so immensely stupid. The plot development sucks.
