A graduate of Ohio State University School of Journalism, Sherryl spent more than ten years as a journalist, most of them as a television critic for newspapers in Ohio and Florida. For several years she also coordinated a motivational program for the more than 8,000 employees at the University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Medical Center.
Her first book, RESTORING LOVE, was published in 1982 by Dell Candlelight Ecstasy under the pseudonym of Suzanne Sherrill. Her second book, SAND CASTLES, under the pseudonym of Alexandra Kirk, was published later that same year by Bantam. She began using her own name when she moved to the Second Chance at Love line at Berkley Publishing. In 1986, she began writing full-time and also began her long career at Silhouette Books with the Desire title NOT AT EIGHT, DARLING, set in the world of television which she covered for so many years.
In addition to her more than 75 romances for Silhouette Desire and Special Edition, she has written thirteen mysteries — nine in the Amanda Roberts series and four in the Molly DeWitt series.
When she's not writing or reading, Sherryl loves to garden, though she's not at her best on a riding lawn mower. She also loves tennis, theater, and ballet, even though her top spin has long since vanished, she's never set foot on a stage, and she's way too uncoordinated to dance. She also loves baseball and claims anyone who's ever seen Kevin Costner in "Bull Durham" can understand why.

So much for editing
I didn't finish the book. I'm sure it's a good story, but where is the editor? There are so many grammatical errors in the book. I couldn't take it.

Stubborn and willful Lizzy Adams is used to getting her way. She always had her heart set for rancher Hank Robbins. She decides to find out what their feelings are for each other. The passion is strong but solutions about what to do about their relationship are up in the air. Things become even more unsettled when they get some unexpected news.
Can Hank and Lizzy find a compromising solution where they each can get what they want and be happy?

Lizzie Adams has been in love with Hank Robbins from the neighboring ranch since she was 16 years old and her Daddy made her believe she could have what ever she wanted until she grew up and wanted to be a big city doctor and saw that she could not ask Hank to leave his ranch.
After some compromising the worked it out and found their HEA. Look forward to more from this family.

Hank Robbins has been in love with Lizzie Adams since she was too young to understand. She's now in medical school and she is all grown up. They belong together but they need to figure it out for themselves. Lizzy has always had the way smoothed for her by her powerful father. She has to grow up and figure out her life for herself. There are a couple of surprises in store for them, too.

This was one of the 1st books 📚 I read after I sent a mail in monthly subscription I was just 12 😇 and falling in love with Romance Novels for the 1st time. I have since re-read it and I still enjoyed the writing and cute story.
