For the woman who will never lose herself again. You loved hard. You stayed too long. You gave more than you had—and called it devotion.
And when it fell apart, you didn’t just lose him. You lost yourself. Your judgment. Your instincts. Your ability to trust that you even know what love is anymore.
This book is for the woman who is done—but still doesn’t understand why she keeps ending up here.
The Feminine Code exposes the invisible programming that taught you to over-give, over-stay, and shrink yourself in the name of being chosen. It isn’t just about relationships. It’s about every time you’ve walked into a room and made yourself smaller. Every boundary you swallowed. Every time you confused being needed with being loved.
If love has left you questioning your worth, your judgment, or your power—this book will show you exactly what went wrong.
Felt so validating to read this as I’ve continued my own healing journey and have reflected on lessons learned in my 20s. So many times where I was snapping my fingers “omg I’ve been in this situation before” or at parts where I felt validated and felt like I’ve learned some of the lessons (heck yeah took some time but I’ve done it!). Wrote many lines down that I want to journal about including “Thank you but I’m safe” @ myself. Shoutout to all the girlies continuing to heal and learn and grow 🤍

Detached came to me at a time when I needed it the most and it is also a must read. I was thrilled to find out that Sabrina wrote the Feminine Code and I was hooked from the prologue! I’ve read it once but I am already rereading it so that I soak up everything! The person I am today is not the person I was when my journey started and these books have been instrumental in that process!! Can’t recommend enough!
This is my third book I read from Sabrina. I love how the stories from her books are so relatable - those stories are like mirrors to reflect on my situations. Easy to read, it’s a book that I will pick up again when I need confidence boost in my life.
