I love the dark daddy romances and this story is a great addition to the series. Vanessa works for Marjorie and when her boss disappears into the mountains, she's determined to discover what happened. She was NOT prepared for what she finds. Dane is the epitome of the lumberjack in this man of mountain men. He loves the outdoors and when he finds Vanessa and she runs, he lives out his capture fantasy with her. Surprisingly Vanessa is just as enthralled. These two are constantly playing a cat and mouse game as they figure out their relationship, but it's what they both love. The best part is we not only get a HEA for this couple, but more insight into that sexy sheriff and Poppy. I can't wait.

I’ve read a lot of DDlg books but nothing that’s made me feel uncomfortable. I tried to finish the book with an open mind but deep down inside I could not handle it. The way she was basically taken and thrown into their world with no explanation or choice in the beginning put a bad taste in my mouth. It made me extremely uncomfortable. It made me feel like they were brainwashing her into playing his wife.

Wanessa had been in the woods searching for her best friend who is also her boss, she had not heard from her for some time and was worried and was now standing outside an extensive log cabin. Imagine her surprise when she saw a larger group of men and some women that were playing and also getting their behinds blistered until they were crying, then they were being cuddled and loved by the male that had punished them.
Vanessa was horrified at what she was seeing and so had decided to record what she was seeing on her phone so that she could get help to get the women she believed were being held against their will. Then she had seen Josey the author that she worked for and was also best friends with, she has travelled so far to find her and will not leave until she is taking her home with her.
Then suddenly her phone is snatched away by a huge lumberjack with had then proceeded to chase her through the woods, she runs and nearly reaches her car when she is caught and taken to the large home where everyone is waiting to discover what is happening. She tells Josey she has come to rescue her but she is shocked when she is told that she is home and does not want to leave.
Then there is the fact that Dane has decided that she is little and that he is going to marry her and so she is going to be his but Vanessa most definitely has other ideas and she is determined to fight him every step of the way so that she can get away from this family she believes are running some strange cult.
This is such a simply wonderful addition to this read and I guarantee that readers will be blown away by the addition of this new little girl to the family and she will keep everyone on their toes.

**My favorite *Forbidden Pleasures Mountain* couple yet!!**
Sadie Minx has completely won me over again with *Daddy's Hunted Bride*. From the very first chapter, I was hooked on Vanessa and Dane's story, and by the end I couldn't imagine a more perfect match.
Vanessa's fiery personality was one of my favorite parts of the book. She's stubborn, determined, and refuses to back down, which made every interaction with Dane that much more entertaining. And Dane? He was the perfect combination of dark and sweet. Protective, possessive, and absolutely devoted once he claimed his girl, but with a softer side that made it impossible not to love him.
I especially enjoyed getting to know both characters on a deeper level throughout the story. Watching Nessie gradually fall in love not only with Dane but with the entire Thorne family was such a rewarding journey. One of my favorite things about this series is the sense of belonging and found family, and this book delivered that beautifully.
The chase scenes were fantastic and some of my favorite moments in the book. The suspense kept the story moving at a breakneck pace, while the chemistry between Dane and Vanessa kept me glued to the pages. It was the perfect balance of action, romance, and deliciously dark tension.
And once again, those little snippets involving Grey and the sheriff have me absolutely desperate for their book. Every glimpse leaves me wanting more and counting down until I can finally get their story.

Vanessa has gone in search of her missing boss Marjorie. She's found her boss, and she's being held captive. She decides to record what is happening inside the cabin; otherwise, she won't have any evidence to give to the police to rescue Marjorie. Unfortunately for Vanessa, she doesn't hear someone sneaking up on her. Dane has snuck up behind her and wants to claim her as his little. Vanessa takes off running and heads for the forest to escape Dane. But Dane knows the forest like the back of his hand, and it doesn't take long to find her. He claims his prize and tells his family to begin wedding plans for him and the little he has claimed. But Vanessa isn't going to be kidnapped by anyone, and she keeps getting into trouble with her new daddy and his family with her many escape attempts.

Vanessa was in over her head. Tracking down her boss was one thing but now she has been caught. Dane wasn’t expecting to find his little girl hiding in the bushes spying on his family. But Nessie isn’t about to be taken. She is a fighter. She earns every single spanking she gets and more. She will escape these crazy people and save her boss. Dane has his hands full with Nessie. She fights and lies at every turn. He is enjoying the chase and the backdoor punishment. But will she every truly want to stay or keep trying to escape. Vanessa slowly learns from each of the women how they got there and even how they landed their daddy. We have a lot of naughtiness happening here. Dane may be the “lumberjack” of the family but he has a soft spot for his little. There was a bit of a scare but it was ok. With every spanking and training, Nessie learns to trust and fall in love. She now has a family that loves her and cares about her. We seriously need to find out what is going on with Grey and Reese and even Poppy. There is a story with those three I know it. Looking forward to Elias’ story.

Wow! I am disturbingly loving these stories. Dane is the most disturbing of the Thorne siblings in his dark delight in raining down punishment to his newly captured Little girl. Vanessa is very anxious about Marjorie and her long stay away from New York and when she finds a post about a book signing in a small town in Colorado, she knows something is up. When Dane finds her outside their cabin, window recording, Marjorie receiving a punishment, she is deeply disturbed and is determined to rescue her and take her back to the city. What she doesn’t know is that Marjorie is very happy where she is and doesn’t want to return. Vanessa or Nessie as she is called by her friends find herself in a predicament that she did not plan for. While she constantly is fighting to escape, she find herself being drawn to Dane and gradually fall in love. I enjoyed her journey and how she realises what kind of relationship she really has been craving for and finds with the Thorne family. Thea story ends with a hint of the story of how Elias’s story begins.

Another fantastic story in this obsessing series in my opinion it’s a little bit darker than the earlier books for reasons I leave to others perspectives decide on there own. I love the female lead character she fits right in for lots of fun reasons like her personality I just couldn’t get over her actions and sassy self! Couldn’t stop laughing as well never give up energy no matter how much trouble it comes down! I felt so included reading this book saw parts of my personality in this lovely lady especially her trying to help her friends among other things. So much suspenseful moments I felt like I was falling of a cliff during some of activities dangerous parts. Definitely a enjoyable experience I’m so glad with how things turned out and I’m so looking forward to continuing this crazy adventure full of enemies to lovers and other vibes:) this series is so well written and keeps you always wanting more no matter how well the author ends the story!

Sadie Minx definitely didn't disappoint me with Dane and Vanessa's story. Vanessa'ssearching for her best friend Josie; Vanessa's found a lead on a small town where Josie is planning a book signing. She is not drinking the Kool-Aid; with this insane family, she must escape and save her brainwashed friend from this weird cult. I absolutely loved Vanessa's sass. Although it may have cost her an extra red tushie, I found her interactions to be amusing. I enjoyed her playful side when it emerged, as she became more resigned to the situation and her desire to run was tempered. But, not too much...
A bit of a departure from meet, fall in love trope, this one was hard won with a lot of denial, naughtiness and several forays into wilderness. How could you not fall in love after all the lumberjack yummies Dane has to offer?
I very much enjoyed devouring this book and can't wait to see what the author has up her sleeve for the next one.

Another amazing addition to forbidden pleasures! What happens when your author friend and boss stops responding? Of course you try and find her, only to realize she is held captive. Unfortunately, Vanessa is not as sneaky as she believes and is quickly captured. I loved the fact that the kink and relationship is done very differently to Natalie’s book in forbidden pleasures island with the same hunt and chase kink. This was just an all together amazing story with mischief and giving her daddy hell from start to finish!

Predator and prey makes it a delicious read. I loved reading this story and how clueless Vanessa was about her own desires until she had numerous internal arguments with herself. It took her awhile to realize that she actually loved the punishments she got from Dane when he caught her. Dane is the perfect Daddy for her and she is the perfect masochist for him. If you like primal play with an edge this book is for you but be sure to read triggers.

This is another great book in this series. I sometimes find it disturbing that I enjoy reading non-consensual books. But this is fiction, not real life. The Littles in this series eventually come around, but the journey there is always fascinating.
Vanessa is searching for her boss and finds a Daddy instead. She is so sassy and strong-willed. It's going to take a strong Daddy to win her. I enjoyed the hunt and chase and the camaraderie with the other Littles. Excellent story, and I look forward to the next addition to the series.

Vanessa comes looking for her boss/friend and ends up being “captured” by Dane. Dane has finally found his Little Girl and won’t let her go no matter how many times she tries to run away. Vanessa is in over her head with the Thorne family but she fits right in with all of the Little Girls. When his “little fox” tries to escape and has a tumble and ends up in the hospital Dane is beside himself with worry. Will the big bad Daddy loosen his reigns for his little fox?

I should probably be horrified but instead I love this series! This is the darkest of the series so far as Dane loves the chase - not the "chase" but the Chase, as in through the woods. I had never heard of Primal Play before attending a book conference last year but this book is all about it. Be warned - there is chasing through the forest and there is a scene of knife and blood play but there is also the bond of the family. The author does give fair warning!

I loved sweet protective Vanessa from page one. She arrives looking for her boss and Dane finds her. And he keeps her. Dane is an overbearing protective Daddy and just right for Nessa. This is a hot erotic sexy very well written page-turner. I received an advanced reader copy of this book and am leaving an honest review. All the characters are very well done, real and rounded. I am looking forward to the rest of the series and the stories for the others in the family.

Vanessa was snooping trying to rescue her boss when Dane snatches phone and she goes running through the woods and he chases her and takes her into the cabin and tells her she is his bride . Marjorie tells her she is happy here and in love with her daddy dom. Vanessa keeps trying to escape but keeps getting caught until one day she gets hurt trying to escape and realizes she is falling in love with Dane and wants to stay

Who doesn’t love a bit of a chase if that’s you then this is definitely a book for you. Me personally I loved it. I love a feisty stubborn fmc wow oh wow this one made me want to turn the next page. But beware some aspects of this book may not be for you but it’s definitely for me. It is maddening how much I am loving these dark books for Sadie minx all I can’t say is keep em coming. The hints for the next book I can’t tell you how excited I am !!!

This was a great book. Vanessa and Dane's story really has a sharp edge to it. I really felt for Vanessa and the situation she found herself in and how much she just didn't know about herself. In the end I thought these two were perfectly matched and I loved them.

I read it for my kindle reading challenge other wise I wouldn't have finished it. It was good, but felt very rushed. Could have had more time to introduce things, but overall a nice read.

I loved it what a perfect couple. Vanessa and Dane's story really is intense as she's found snooping one look and Dane has found his little girl. Hes very protective and she is one strong willed little girl.
The chase is on and Dante loves a good chase, lots of spanking and a beautiful found family.

Absolutely incredible! So dark, dirty, depraved and just a perfect addition to this series! Vanessa is looking for her friend and when she finally finds her, who shows up to stop her, Dane! He is so big, and so handsome and has finally found his Little girl! But Vanessa has no idea what she is in for! I love the push and pull and how she constantly keeps him on his toes! Can he show her that she belongs to him and his family? He will do anything to make her stay, even if he has to chase and catch her. The antics of the other Little girls made me laugh out loud. Vanessa is such a delight! And Dane is so protective of her! Such a fantastic story!
