Jesse and Penny have strong chemistry from the start, with a fast-paced connection that keeps the story engaging and emotional. The mountain rescue storyline is exciting and fun, while the characters feel well developed and believable.
While the story drags on a bit, it still offers a heartfelt romance, passionate moments, and a satisfying ending.

If you must know why this romance book is a perfect 5 star read then grab it and see for yourself. It has the most amazing storyline/romance, characters and a terrific HEA ending.
So, what better way to start your day or weekend off my reading, swooning and fanning yourself by reading this book by Ashley. It's a real page turning book.

The way Jesse was there to save Penny had me hooked. I loved seeing the two of them and their moments together. He was so sweet with Penny and I loved seeing them build a friendship that turned into more. Jesse was a hot and steamy kind of guy, but so kind at the same time. I enjoyed their banter and their time together in the wilderness and more. And when they finally came together, it was definitely hot. This was a really good and beautifully intense story. I loved these two so much.
