CeWyon Chandler-Ward is a certified transformation coach, speaker, and founder of Facet & Flame Press, a publishing imprint dedicated to stories about identity, self-discovery, and becoming whole. She’s known as “the Chick who quit her dream job with Usher”—a story that anchors her broader work exploring what happens when women stop using excellence as camouflage and finally believe they belong in the rooms they’re called into.
Her coaching is rooted in one belief: awareness is the first step to change. Through her memoir, Who Does She Think She Is?, and companion workbook Who Does She Think She Is?: The Work Behind the Woman, CeWyon creates spaces for women to examine the beliefs and patterns that shaped them—and rewrite the narratives that help them get out of their own way.
She owns and operates a Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa franchise in North Decatur and builds community around women’s stories. She and her husband Reggie live in metro Atlanta and are proud parents of two adult daughters, Taylor and Reagan.
