I have been looking for answer to my weight problems for years not that I have tons of it but I've always wanted to lose some and feel better. This book opened my eyes to a lot of factors that I was completely unaware of. In addition to my weight questions this book brought up two other problems that I have struggled with for many years and that is IBS and migraines.
Not one doctor that I have seen has ever told me that these could be helped with a change in my foods. I am encouraged as to how much this could help stop these.
