Cute as a Glitterbug: A Cozy, Low-Stakes, Slice-of-Life Sci-fi Adventure

Can't beat a classic… once you buff out the dents

Heya, friend. Rusty here, swapping "shipping and handling" for "spit and polish." Word has it a classic spacecraft show is rollin' into Concourse City, with enough shiny prizes and bragging rights to fill a cargo bay. And ever since Jenna caught wind of it, she's had a sparkle in her eye and a blue ribbon on the brain.

As well she should. Her pride and joy, Glitterbug, has a real shot at a trophy. Picture a classic microbus decked out in purple metal-flake paint, with a pair of engine nacelles perched on the roof like she's about to boldly go cruise for cupcakes. Only trouble is, we had a mishap a while back that left one of them nacelles looking sadder than a roadkill armadillo.

So our crew is putting on some hustle to upgrade Glitterbug from "worse for wear" to "best in class." But with the clock ticking and a whole lot of work to do, we're gonna have to round up a posse. And honestly, that's the best part. Nothing makes a project into a party like your friends turning wrenches, swappin' stories, and jump-starting a dream come true.

Roll up your sleeves and bust out the buffing wax, 'cause we're gonna make this old girl shine like the star she was meant to be.

No Stress Space Express is a series about finding your true family, told with the common-sense wisdom of Jerry Boyd's Bob and Nikki series (Bob's Saucer Repair), and the low-stakes world building of Travis Baldree's Legends & Lattes. Join Rusty and his crew for a heart-warming, laugh-out-loud adventure with no tension, and no drama. Just good clean fun, great friendships, and a little romance too.

Glitterbug book 12...it's so good.

Thank you Jack...another winner!

Nobody should start a series in the middle...if you're reading this and haven't read any of the series...start with book 1. This particular story is one of the best in the series...but it's how they got here that makes it so special.

Fun read with our friends at No Stress Space Express. Did you realize that mechanics fixing broken things and creating new parts to fit when replacements can't be found is fun? It is nice to be where people help each other and get along just fine. Read this book and you can "be where" also, along with plenty of appropriate humor. This series is recommended.

Excellent series

This has been one of the best story book series I've read in a long time. I recommend reading this series starting with book one. The characters and the story line is awesome. Getting to know the characters likes and dislikes and their adventures is a real treat.

Book 12 in the series

Mike and the rest of the crew hear about the Supercluster Classic Spacecraft Show and decide to enter Glitterbug. But there is a problem. The damaged nacelle needs to be repaired and they have only four days before the show. Can they do it well enough to enter? Read this great book and find out.
