Five Days From Hell: A True Story of Family Secrets, Loss, and Redemption

Rate this book
Some stories are hard to tell. This one was hard to live.

In Five Days From Hell, Lisa Lynn Knight shares a deeply personal journey through family secrets, heartbreak, faith, and redemption. Raised in a small town where life seemed simple and steady, Lisa believed she knew the truth about her family and the people she loved.

She didn’t.

As long-buried truths come to light, old wounds resurface and relationships are tested in ways no one could have imagined. Then life takes an unexpected turn, and the most important days of her brother’s life become the most uncertain.

Through pain, grace, forgiveness, and unwavering faith, Lisa discovers that even in the darkest moments, God is still writing a greater story.

Raw, honest, and unforgettable, Five Days From Hell is a true story of family, loss, mercy, and the power of redemption just in time.

Wow, once I picked this up, I couldn’t put it down till it was finished!
Warm, intimate story covering very human experiences and emotions.
Lisa shares her family’s highs and lows, beautifully and her dedication to them and God spills out of every page.
My only criticism is - I want more! I want to hear all the fun growing up stories, all the fun and laughter with “ violin” - this seams like the appetizer!
I wanted to hear it all and more!

A true story. Lots of funny parts and sad parts, all true, because not only did I write it, I lived it.

I was able to find forgiveness and redemption
