Aside from 'The Glory Game' I think this is the best book I've read about my beloved Spurs. On the surface it seems fairly straightforward, Novick has picked his dream XI plus Burkinshaw and Nicholson and simply asked them to describe their most memorable match. It's so much more than that though, Novick really gets all of them to open up about so much more of their experiences at N17 and his passion for the club really shines through. I particularly loved the knockabout journalistic style of his writing and at the end of the day who wouldn't want to here the likes of Hoddle, Jones, Mackay, Lineker and Mabbutt tell their stories anyway? To coin a phrase it's a must-read for any Spurs fan.
