WOW 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I couldn’t even find words to put in the headline. This book kept me on the edge. Each one of these guys came with big boss energy. When they sat their eyes on something they had to have it. Starting with Shadow he didn’t care what Promise had to say he was getting his woman. Then there come Greer at first I thought I wasn’t gonna like her but she turned out to be a good woman after all she just wanted someone to love and even though she wronged Ace I’m glad they were able to work pass it. But she better stop playing with Amari because that fool not playing with a full deck, I hope she tells Amari about her past with Bosh before it’s too late. Now for Nyke and Ace they on a whole different level. This man barged in Ace life and trying to take it over and don’t care about who got a problem with it not even his so called wife lol. I hope part two doesn’t take forever because that ending made my nerves bad and I know Shadow is about to paint the city crimson red. Great job

Damn
Finding out your mama ain’t your mama is a tough pill to swallow but how about discovering that you’re a mafia princess and are set to marry a complete stranger. Promise’s life wasn’t all sunshine and daises however she made the most of and made a life for herself. I thought Shadow got her fired from the club no not even. Her newfound brothers are on it when it comes to their sis. Ace and Greet pissed me off in the beginning bc Greer knew she was wrong and Ace was just crazy smh. Amari that dude and so is Nyke and I love them with Ace and Greer but Nyke is withholding information about himself. Nyke has some things to sort out and I’m happy Aron is a thing of the past literally. Amy and Lidar are great parents to Promise esp having not since her since she was a baby. Promise and Shadow are definitely a good look for one another and I absolutely love that. Whoever took Promise gonna have 3 angry men after them bc Amari and Nyke don’t play about her and neither does Shadow. Great job boo you really did that but that’s all the time

Whewwww!
First off, Glitz, you play toooo much!! Why you had to pull me all the way in and leave me stuck??! I love every character in this book! (Maybe not Hazel, even tho I definitely understand why she feels how she feels) I love that Promise is getting to live the life that was supposed to be hers from the beginning, she seems very deserving of it. Even tho I side eyed Greer thru more than half of the book, she seems like she really is a good friend in the end. I also take my hat off to Ace for being able to forgive her. Amari and Nyke are sumthn else lol. I love that they don’t play about their sister or her friends. Nyke had me on the fence when his truth came out, but I see that he’s not fina play about his baby moma or his seed and I love it. I feel like Shadow is EVERYTHING and I believe these folks done played wit the wrong one! I can’t wait to see how he’s really cumn bout his wife!! He already proved that he’s not fina play, but I’m ready for the real action! Please let book 2 come soon baby cause I’m really on edge!! Good read from beginning til the end, now book 2 me puleeze!

This is a first
I love this author, she is always an automatic buy from me. This is the first I have ever read one of her books and I don’t understand what is going on. It focused more on the side characters than the main. I am confused and there isn’t much talk about her background, family, a lot of loose ends that isn’t tying together.

whats going on. NYKE need to get his life in order he should have left Greer alone knowing he was married. Ace an amari the only 2 thats not in a love triangle. Part 2 where u at!

Satisfied Reader
Now what kind of ending was that. I don’t know who to trust now. Po Promise has been thru it and all I want is happy ending. Is Shadow into some deep ish. Nyke is a piece of work but I like him for Ace but he’s so wrong. Amari is just being him. Greer idk yet lol. I hope my girl will be ok and pt.2 better be in the works

Good storyline but this book could have used some editing. Repetitive words like then and after were used. Promise was adopted but I’m still kind of lost with how the man she was suppose to marry found her before her real family did. I needed more context on that.

This story has everything you need in a good book. The drama is endless and twists keep on twisting. Promise's and her best friends' lives are flipped upside down every since her birthright was revealed. And with that ending, things are bound to get messier and crazier in book two.

This book was so good I loved promise Ace and Greers relationship! Promise was royalty and had no idea I enjoyed the bond her and Shadow created. I love Amari and Nyke is crazy definitely a must read hurry up part 2....

Omg this book was off the chain I’m soooo happy for promise and shadow but the ending had me mad with the cliffhanger lol I like Amari and Gneer together and ace and Nyke together although both of the brothers are insane I already know Hazel is up to something overall very good book

I’m so lost how can the bride get took on her wedding day when her husband was a gangster and so was her family but yet Security was so slack they let her get to hope the next book is better than the way this one ended.

I can’t wait to see what’s really going on with Promise’s identity that would cause her to be kidnapped. Shadow is going to tare the Africa down to get her back. I can’t wait to see how it ends with all the couple’s; especially Ace and Nyke.

The last few pages made the most sense out of the whole book. There were a lot of thoughts and unnecessary details. Like I’d rather know what country in Africa they are in or the arrangement than the brands they are putting on.
