I really wanted to LOVE Reckless Devotion, but unfortunately it didn’t quite hit the same for me as the other books in this series. 🥲
There were definitely parts I enjoyed, but some moments felt a little rushed, and I struggled to connect with the characters as much as I had in the previous books. I think that made it harder for me to fully get swept up in their story and emotions.
That being said, I still enjoyed being back in this series and there were plenty of moments that kept me turning the pages! I just wish the pacing had been a little slower in places so we could have had more time with the characters and their relationship.
Overall, a solid 3.5⭐️ for me — just not quite the emotional connection I was hoping for. 💕

I expected more from Chase’s book and I was disappointed. I felt like too much was going on. I didn’t like how their relationship came together either. One minute Chase fancied her and the next thing they’re having sex and on holiday. I wanted more from the conversation between Chase and Mason too.

I loved this whole series so much!
It’s so witty.
And the banter and side characters are very fun and add to the story.
This book in particular had some off timing and how the characters got together eventually. But overall very good.
One thing I will say is that this book covered some very serious and heavy topics and absolutely requires a TW page.

I adore this series!!! So witty and fun, but still has depth! I loved Chase in every book so I was soooooooo excited for this one! He did NOT disappoint. Pepper was perfect and Sunny was a gem! Absolutely perfect.

Absolutely devoured this book in less than a day. Loved it from start to finish. Really enjoyed the dynamic between Chase and Pepper. Can't wait for the next one but for now I'll have to read the series again to get my fix!

As the other 3 books it was spectacular!!! Caroline never disappoints! The banter 🤣 the quirks 😏 the SPICE 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ Def a 5⭐️reading and a great end to my August reads! Can’t air for the next one 💛💛

I love all the books in this series but this has to be my favourite of them all. Chase and pepper have great banter and sexual chemistry. I demolished the book in 2 days, would have been faster but a girls gotta sleep when working the next day lol

I really enjoyed this story, loved seeing chase finally find love, god I hated mason for most of this, I don’t remember him being that nasty in any of the other books, loved the little family they created, also loved Terrance
