If you like a story of a soldier caught in a nuclear blast and sent to a new world - with only his rifle with one bullet left in it - then this is the story for you.
If you like a story with a hero who gives you 350 pages of sarcasm. Non stop sarcasm. Sarcasm at the drop of the hat. Sarcasm when it is not really necessary.
Then this is a story for you.
If you like a story of a soldier with a rifle that now has no bullets in it . A bow - that does not like him - and that he can't use. A story with a wild flying cat creature that befriends him. Then this is the story for you.
I you like a story where over half the book is dedicated to rescuing slaves by a soldier who lugs around a rifle with no bullets, a bow he can't pull and a wild creature with empathy - then this is a story for you.
Who would ever have through that slave rescue would take half a book.
What will the sequel cover?
If someone reads the sequel - send me a note and give me the 50 word version.

3.75 🌟 Pretty good, enjoyed the first half more though

DNF at 56%
Sadly, i never got immersed in the story. A lot of nonsensical things happened (like the switch of inability to understand the language to being able to use it perfectly), the MC kept being snarky like his lire depended on it, people seemingly forced themselves on the MC to support him and all of a sudden, they all try to liberate assumed slaves, which easily could be dangerous criminals or just servants.
There was no world building, no wonder about the new world and no thrill but plenty of plot armor. The MC seemed to be showered by boons but couldn't properly use them.. Nix was cute though.
In the end I stopped caring about the rudimentary plot.
Criticism and comments
Maybe the author thought that the constant sarcastic comments of the protagonist are funny but i found them just really tiresome and increasingly annoying.
I had two ongoing questions: when will the moron increase his strength to use the bow properly and when will he finally drop his empty rifle? Maybe an increase of his intelligence would have helped..

Great Writing Great Story
A military sniper is reborn in a litrpg world; he's weak and under pressure from the beginning. His weak to strong story capitalizes on his training, perception and willingness to act. It's gritty; he's playing a dangerous game with stronger opponents. He's sarcastic and suspicious and in people's faces. It's a grown up tale with too much tension without a break. And the author of this fantastic tale never has to write a curse word to make it a powerful story. My hat is off and he has my heartfelt thanks for writing a story that's worth any readers time. Well done! ❤️

Snarky! Strangely compelling. Not your average LitRPG book.
I really enjoyed this book, so much so that when I woke up at 3 am, I felt compelled to open up my kindle and finish it! Interesting characters, buckets of snarkiness and a story line that kept me wanting to read to see what happens next. I hope he puts out a sequel, because I already want the next book.

A good read along with a better story line than most.
Some stories just click and this is one of them.
The protagonists don't walk out of action unscathed and the snark reminds me of the military where it hid all to many fears and doubts. In all well done and a good read, I hope this is the first of many installments! 👍😎☕

Path of the Bow, book one of the Sniper Reborn series, is an ebook I borrowed through Kindle Unlimited (KU). I enjoyed the way this character's, class, Stillshot Apex Hunter, abilities and skills form into a unique main character, Sean. I was sucked right in and I'm hoping to see more books in this series.

Interesting AI story
Disappointed that I enjoyed it. Maybe I'm wrong and it was just edited badly with some filler AI. Because the bones of the story are good and then this weird description-less dialogue fills the next few lines that just seems to take up space. But I like the story over all but less stars for the rhythm of the story.

Great Snark
Main character is very snarky and funny. Team formed is adequate. The addition of a mage might decrease injuries and increase survivability. I would definitely read a sequel. Banter is great as well.

Good book!
I enjoyed reading this story. Sean is transported to a new world and wakes up on the edge of a battlefield. It pretty much excitement all the way through. He makes good friends that help and gets into a whole heap of trouble. It's worth reading!

Eh...
This is almost guaranteed to be written with AI. Repeated dialogues, stunted patterns, jokes that only partially make sense. It does take you out of the story and I can't really recommend this to anyone.

DNF at around 60%. Nix was adorable. We had friends that I felt imposed themselves on the MMC (mainly I think cause Silas is a jerk) and next thing we know we're rescuing slaves. It's a good thing to do but not a world I want to explore more.

A bit of ocd by the hero which is the trait of a sharpshooter. The lack of automation in the first scene I disagree with for all the rangefinder, wind, etc stuff.

Very good read.
