There were great moments in this episode, with Maggie finding a bite on her neck. The beginning of a feud between Barnabas, Maggie and Willie Loomis and of course a great cliffhanger! 9/10
PART TWO: A brilliant continuation! Maggie Evans is sent to Wyncliffe once more for her safety. But there are terrors lurking in the old institute. Whilst Quentin and Angelique have problems of their own. And Barnabas is out thirsty for blood. This episode was beyond fantastic with great performances and has an incredible cliffhanger! 10/10
PART THREE: Compared to the previous parts, this is quite weak but it's still good none the less. It was nice seeing a familiar character return and the story dealing with everyone's worst fears, including Quentin's Werewolf curse. 8/10
PART FOUR: What a great conclusion to the set! Nothing too epic, so don't get your expectations too high but it was a great send off for the set! Concluding the character arc's of this series, Maggie Evans finally accepting the darkness around her. Quentin Collins and his relationship with Susan Griffin, Barnabas and his sudden thirst of blood again and of course the final showdown for the main villain of this series Serapth!
But it is also new beginnings for the series, a new arc looks to be in place and it sounds exciting! The writing has been stellar this series and the actors gave incredible performances throughout this incredible set! 10/10
This was a pretty good Dark Shadows story. It takes place right after The Rage Beneath, in 1983. Maggie is missing and Barnabas and Quentin are apparently dead. The new villain is Seraph, the keeper of the Kingdom of the Dead and he is trying to rise up in the real world and create a life there, but he needs someone to take his place.
