I just can’t stop smiling after reading Double Dare by Taryn Elliott! I love that she took a moment of pop culture, a YouTube Kiss Cam video, and turned it into the most amazing love story. An awful blind date leads to a dare of a kiss to so much more. Love at first sight? Possibly, but for sure lust that turned into more as two people who meet by accident, kiss on a dare, and take a chance on something that feels so right.
Presley (aka Goldie) Warren is a talented but frustrated jewelry designer and the minute she meets self made millionaire Vance O’Neal she knows there is something special about him. Fate throws them together and they wind up spending an incredible night where they both discover they want more. I loved these two together and from the minute they met there was this simmering sensuality between them. Their sexy banter, their little dares, and their chemistry made for one sexy as hell story.
I hated that Presley was in a bad place with her family’s business even though I admired her dedication to it and I understood her frustration that Vance was able to convince her father of something in less than an hour that she’d been trying to make him understand for years. I loved Vance’s fun personality but it was easy to see that underneath that there was one hell of a businessman who was use to getting his way. At times he was a little overbearing but it wasn’t malicious I believe he truly was trying to help Presley in every way he could.
It’s hard to believe that this was a novella because there was so much depth to this story and the characters were very well developed. While the romance moved at a fast pace, it felt right like these two were destined to be together and fate put them in the right place at the right time. A fantastic addition to the Carly Phillip’s Dare World; Taryn Elliott’s Double Dare is flirty, fun, outrageously sexy and not to be missed!

This is my first time reading Ms. Taryn Elliott’s work. Boy, did I miss out, BIG TIME! Double Dare is a fun, laugh-out-loud and sizzling read! I loved everything about it. Presley is a strong, independent and witty woman. I like the fact that she can hold her own. Just the way I like my heroines. And don’t even get me started on Vance. Oomph! The man is delicious in every sinful ways. He is an alpha with a golden heart. Dominant yet so caring and sweet at the same time. Their chemistry is instant and combustible. I had to fan myself while reading the scorching scenes. I also enjoyed their playful bantering, especially their “dare” and “double dare” challenges. They just fit well together. Within a short time span, they seem to know each other so well, as if their souls recognized each other. I highly recommend Double Dare. You won’t be disappointed. Ms. Elliott, you have earned a permanent place on my Must-Read list.

I popped my Taryn Elliot cherry and boy am I glad I did! Double Dare was flat-out FUN. Presley is having a horrible time on her blind date, but is enjoying the small snips of conversation she's been having with the guy in the seat next to her. When the Kiss Cam rolls around and her date continues to ignore her, the man next to her takes advantage of the moment and dares her to kiss him. Sound familiar? There was a You Tube video that went viral not that long ago with a very similar situation. I don't know what happened after that video, but I sure hope Taryn's version is close. I don't think even Vance could have predicted that daring the hottie next to him would result in her coming home with him, but he was certainly happy with that outcome. Vance and Presley steam up the bedroom and take the time to get to know each other. I am really impressed by how much story was put into this novella. I really felt like I had a chance to get to know the characters which is usually very hard to do in such a short amount of time. I really enjoyed Taryn's writing style. The sex scenes were hot and the emotion between the characters felt really genuine. There were times when Presley annoyed me a bit, but given the stress she was under (mostly self-inflicted since she wouldn't open up to her dad) I can see why she made some of the choices she did. Vance is a little too perfect but I loved it. He tried his hardest to support Presley and only wanted the best for her in every way. Also even though this book is part of the Kindle Worlds Dare to Love series it can totally be read as a stand alone-although you should read all the books in the series cause they are good reads too.

As a longtime fan of the Dare series by Carly Phillips, I was excited to see that other authors that I love would be adding to this world with their novellas. Taryn Elliot, another favorite of mine, has done an outstanding job with her offering. Vance and Presley have a chemistry that is palpable from their first meeting, a connection that makes their story engaging, believable, and, yep, hot as all get-out. For all of his success, Vance is extremely down-to-earth. He hasn't met anyone like Presley before, and finds himself completely smitten. Presley is strong and independent; family-oriented to a fault, she has put her own dreams aside. Vance is just what she needs to realize that anything is possible with the love and support of those closest to her.
I started reading Double Dare and did not want to put it down, because I was going to make sure that their ending was the one I was hoping for. Taryn has done it again, and I happily give Double Dare 5+ hot, sexy, and heartwarming stars. Do not miss this one!

Double Dare by Taryn Elliott
I really loved this Kindle World Novella that's part of the Carly Phillips' Dare to Love series! While this is part of a series, each book can certainly be read alone. While I'm not normally a huge fan of novellas, I think the author did a great job with this. The story is about jewelry designer, Presley and the delicious Vance who meet on a blind date - just not theirs! I really liked the characters although I did feel that a smack was in order at one stage. The sexy times were steamy enough for me to feel a little deprived and make me wonder where I can get a Vance of my own. While this was only a novella, I think that the author did an amazing job in creating all the right 'feels'. I definitely recommend this and look forward to reading the other books in this series.

We are introduced to Presley (Jewellery Designer) and Vance (Computer Programmer Millionaire). Presley is set up on an awful blind date by her best friend. Presley and the date from hell go to a Miami Thunder football game and this is where she meets Vance. With the stars in alignment Vance and Presley are seated next to each other, when the kiss cam comes around. Her date is so absorbed in his phone and ignores her. So Vance dares her to kiss him. The instance chemistry between them, they both can’t deny. This is when Vance double dares her to leave with him. The story then follows their journey. You will need to read the book to see how it ends. You will find yourself laughing and finding a fan for the hot moments.
I highly recommend Double Dare to everyone.

I loved Double Dare by Taryn Elliott so much! This story had everything I love in a steamy romance story...sexy, dominant hero with a heart of gold and an intelligent, passionate heroine who can't resist a dare. Vance and Presley had incredible chemistry right from their first meeting and I really enjoyed the witty dialogue between them. I loved the dare that got tossed out there resulting in a delicious first kiss and so much more. These two burned up the pages and the garage sex scene was hot as hell. The author did a great job developing these characters and I could feel the emotions coming across through the storytelling. Vance and Presley really enjoyed being with each other and I liked how well they already knew each other in such a short period of time. Another winner from one of my favorites.

I love the concept of this book......what happens when you throw cation to the wind and kiss a stranger at a football game. Presley is at a football game with a (loser) blind date set up by her best friend. When the kiss cam lands on them, he refuses to play along. Seated on the other side is Vance, close friend to Ian Dare. He's been admiring Presley since they walked up the stadium steps near each other. He was more than willing to give Presley the kiss she deserves. The rest of the book follows along with what happens after that "double dare" kiss. This couple had off the charts chemistry. Presley is trying to become a breakout jewelry designer and I just wanted to be able to see the pieces described in real life. It was a fantastic read.

I want my own Vance. WOW. Hot guy with lots of money, romantic and a fixer. Who wouldn't want that? Meanwhile, jewelry designer, Presley Warren, with a business to run and the worse first date meets him at a Miami Thunder football game and the sparks fly. Gotta say when it comes to Taryn Elliott's writing, I get sucked into the world she creates and as all good authors, she makes me not want to leave. This is one romantic novella that does NOT lack in the heat department. Another WOW. If the KissCam kiss wasn't hot, the aftermath and that garage scene were steaming off the page. I double dare you not to love this book.

I was given an ARC of this book for an honest review and I can honestly say I loved reading it. This is a very cute love story. The start of the couples relationship is something that actually happens a lot only the way it is described has you laughing all the way through. Love the Dare and Double Dare they use on each other throughout the book to get their way with each other. It is very well-written. Will definitely look for more from this Author.

Another great read in the Dare to Love kindle world. I absolutely love Vance and Presley! From the start this story was great. I loved the bad blind date and the way these two meet and continue to go. The chair...that's all I'm saying in that! This was my first time reading Taryn Elliott and it's not going to be my last!

I always enjoy watching the couples on the Kiss Cam at sporting events (as long as they don't show me and hubby - he'd be the guy to make a face or lick me LOL), so the way Presley and Vance met was fun to read. I liked both of them and the sex was really hot! The only thing I didn't love was that I would have liked a full-length novel! :)

Super sweet and very cute!
I loved the concept of the dare between them for so much of what happened in their story. The game to start the book was adorable and it just kept going from there. It was a book I couldn't put down and am glad I was able to read it in one sitting.

This was so cute. I love how they met at the football game. Their relationship was lovely and I loved how it was written.
