Luckily for the human race, most men and women who marry each other want very much to have sexual intercourse. They see the marital contract as not so much a bind, but an absolute licence to have it off morning, noon and night, to the applause of grinning relatives and friends who shoo them off on their honeymoon, and plot their progress discreetly ever after, in the form of a silly question: 'Shall we soon hear the patter of tiny feet?' The patter of tiny feet is usually the last thing on the minds of the deliriously fornicating couple. For which, let us give praise. Sex can be smashing, and everybody should engage in it as often as they can. Providing there is mutual agreement. It doesn't always work, of course but there you are, the world is not perfect, and the law is sensible: you can't bring a partner to court for failure to please.
If you could, and we were honest, the courts would be packed with litigants.
