The thing I like best about this series and this author’s writing is that it is different and unique from most of the other biker/MC romances out there. We get a good look into the real life politics within a real 1% club. Along with this look into the real past, we get a good dose of the love and romance surrounding so many club members and their women. The time period in these books, the 70’s and 80’s, was a time I remember well. I liked the way the author smoothly incorporated so many different couples and characters into the story and kept the story moving and not confusing.

We met Nails and Jo in Wild Child (book 1 of the series). They make a cute couple but all is not well with their relationship. In this book Nails moves up in the club hierarchy while Jo continues to become more and more dissatisfied with being basically ignored while Nails takes care of club business. Jo decides to leave Nails and we then see Nails agonizing over club loyalty while worrying about Jo and their unborn child. We get a look at Nails teenage daughter and a possible romance further up the road. Kima is still her strong willed self but the good news is that Vieko redeems himself from book one. We find out more about Thrash and what a witch China is. Then, of course, there’s Jersey and Joy. Jersey is definitely one that I would have loved to meet in real life. Elena and Hunter have trouble looming on the horizon. I could go on more but suffice it to say I love following these characters and finding out more and more about them. It’s a little like a MC soap opera with a big dose of reality thrown in.

I’m very much looking forward to the next book in this series. I can see the author developing and refining her skills in delivering an enthralling look into the real world of MC’s and the choices, good or bad, we all make sometimes in our wild youth. If you’re into fantasy romance then this may not be your book, but if you like seeing a circle of friends and enemies fall in love, fight, love and protect each other, then this is your book. I will definitely be reading the next book in this series and I highly recommend it to other biker/MC romance lovers.

Best ever

This lady knows how to tell an MC story. Characters are interesting and the story has many layers. I laughed and wanted to punch some bikers as well as hug a few. Wish this had an audible version.

Good Follow-up!

Wasn't as "meaty" as the first book but was still enjoyable. Loved the continuing saga of Kima, V, Jo and Nailz.
I love the interactions between characters and how the individual stories are forming a cohesive family.
On to book 3!

I really liked the first book in this series a lot...Jo and Kima were the free spirited girls you would expect to see during the 70's...and the fact that they ended up loving bikers was expected but somehow still out of their comfort zone.
Jo and Nailz are expecting a baby and things are not so happy at home right now leaving Jo wondering if she should just get out of there and go into hiding. Being the old lady of a biker is not such a happy place to be...what with kidnappings, violent attacks, abuse and rape of women and your man just up and leaving at the drop of a hat (or at the call from the club)...and Jo has had enough. Kima and V have been reunited but Jo realizes that Nailz has been keeping secrets from her about club business and she doesn't feel like she can trust the man who would be her child's daddy. Add into all this drama the other brothers, dancers, moms, dads and kids and OMG, there is so much going on at some points you need a score card to keep up with all the action and follow the players from all the different clubs as they merge together, backstab and fall apart.
I like how this author speaks in a no-nonsense tone, fusing real-life dangers with some romantic fantasy love stories and yet keeping the players down to earth and relatable. There were a few parts that made me cringe and read with my mouth almost hanging open (a torture scene involving a crematorium) and a few special parts where some lying troublemakers "get it" real good that made me nod my head in agreement.
Of course there is always room for love and families coming together for the good stuff when it matters most and even though Jo and Nailz start off the book on not-so-good terms, they are in for some big surprises that knock them both off their feet and cause a big transformation in the stubborn biker who always said "NO" to marriage and liked to keep his true self hidden. While V and Kima are back on track, some other couples hit some snags and are in for bitter disappointments and I hope we get to see more of them in the next book...and maybe find some more HEA for some who really deserve it!
Another strong sequel to a series I will be following...lots of core family values but with a heavy dose of violence and not-so-nice realism.
I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I'm extremely surprised at all the good reviews this book got. I started to read this but couldn't continue. The story begin with CONFUSION.
Wow she can't stand up for herself, her mom's ring goes missing but doesn't want to say anything. He leaves her for many nights in a row to go drink with his brother. Yells at her but has no problem with him coming hone to have sex but still not talking to her.
I so confused on why you think we should like her? She is just so stupid, I don't trust the brother because he lies, cheats and steels. Next page she is going off a lone with him to a bar where drifter is at. Right smart person picks up phone to call the brothers who are already looking for him. But nope she trust him and goes off a lone with him.
There is just to much stupid for me to believe this story. I have never done so many eye rolls reading a book.
She had no self respect, he won't talk to her but she still gives him sex. Can you not give her just a little bit of pride.
If some stole my dead mothers wedding ring, I would say something but not her.
So she's beaten and burned with cigarettes, he comes for her and all is forgiven with a simple I'm sorry.
The book is basically him treating her like crap, not talking to her unless its to yell or during sex, but still has the to many sex scene for this short of a story and then after a I'm sorry she forgives him and agrees to marry him. I mean she forgives him as she is laying in the hospital bed she he is the kind of man she wants. Really, eye roll.
So if a man leaves every night to go get drunk, doesn't talk to you or believe, treats you like one of the whores, a simple sorry and you can forgive him.
Where is the redemption, where does he show he is sorry, not in this book.
The story's ends at 83 percent, really. She just sad and really pathetic. I don't even like him in this one.

Anything worth having is worth not giving up on!

Nailed is a great read and I would recommend it to anyone that loves MC books.
Nailz is in love with a woman that is much younger than him, Jo. Even though sometimes he don't want to be. Jo is in love with him. Even though he won't open up to her and she doesn't want his style of life. They have a crazy relationship. Nailz is a member of the Bound for Hell mc. That complicates things further because he loves his woman but the brotherhood comes first. His thinking you love the man, you love the club. Jo, not so much. You mix into that a lot of complicated friendships, Kima and Veiko, and a couple of others mcs and you have bumpy roads.
I could write paragraphs of things you've read on blurbs when you come down to it this is one of the best books this year. It is refreshing and that makes it different from most books out there. It has your hot alpha bikers, your sexy women, and your rivaling mcs like the rest but with a touch of heart and realism. This book shows relationships and friendships are worth working for instead of walking away from.
Another great job Needa Warrant. I hope this series goes on a long time because I am loving them.

I love how Needa Warrant takes you into her stories and not only wraps you up in the Characters you have been waiting for, but others you have only read a little bit of. Another back to the 70’s book which will not disappoint. Nailed is a work of Art. This story show us how it’s not easy being an Old lady to a biker, and that the lifestyle is trying and very hard at times. This story has angst, and so much emotion rolled up within the pages, you can’t help but keep turning them to see what will happen next. Needa Warrant walks us through a lifestyle that is dangerous, full of rowdy bikers and the ones they love and gives us a romantic version of 1%’er love. Once again I look forward to more and can’t wait for the next!

Expected better

Wild Child set the bar and this one didn't make it. There wasn't enough story between Jo and Nailz. I was more interested in V and Kima-will they, won't they- rather than Jo and Nailz getting over their non issues. There was no real conflict with them. They love each other, they are having a family, just make it work. The setup for future stories was more intriguing. Joy and Jerzey, Darko and maybe Dusty? Wasn't too impressed, 3*

fantastic book about the Bound for Hell MC. I am an avid fan of the MC genre and I have read many. This book is so much more realistic and Needa Warrant's style of writing is unique, in that it pulls you right in and keeps you riveted to your seat.I loved Wild Child which is her first book in this continuing saga. You don't really need to read the first book but for the whole exciting experience, I would. You won't find any other MC book out there as realistic as this one.

Awesome book

Really do love this series. I love the story line, the passion, the drama, the anger, the love, but mostly I love the Brotherhood that the MC has for each other. Thrasher I hope this book comes soon, I like him the most. I recommend this series and the Author. Can't wait to read more.

Absolutely fantastic! I can't get enough of this series! no matter how many times I read it!
Nailz and Jo's story is definitely not a sweet romance. It's raw, gritty, full of angst, suspense, with lots of twists that will have you turning the pages faster to see what's next. Another great addition to this amazing series!
I strongly recommend this book and series!

This book continues from Wild Child. All your favorite bikers and ol' ladies are back, plus a few more. Nailz and Jo's story is as good as Kima and V's. Expect true to life biker action with a Jersey twist. Thankfully the next book is already out. I need to know what happens next!
