“One of the great truths in life is this: When it comes to love, there is no rhyme or reason and love is never planned. It just happens. It just is.
Joy and pain, wonder, beauty, ecstasy, tenderness, completeness, hurt and healing, a feeling of being whole. Being in love–truly being in love–encompasses all these things.
Or so I have heard.”

When Masai Grant went on her first cruise to celebrate her thirtieth birthday, she was not looking for love, but forbidden love found her. That was four years ago.
And now her heart is irrevocably tied to a man she can never have.

I am a mother of eight, and grandmother, a published author and motivational speaker.

ATTENTION: Occasionally a title or two will show up in my list of published books that are not mine but are written by another author by the same name. I write clean romance and many of her titles are erotica. This is NOT cool and I have no idea why this keeps happening. If you are unsure about which titles are mine, please visit my Amazon page.

I truly enjoyed this story by Jewel Adams! It is about the relationship between a woman named Masai and a man named Lee who works on a cruise. One of my favorite things about it was that they are an interracial couple, she black, he from the Philippines and there aren't many stories where you see that. I also loved the strength that the characters derived from God which being a person of great faith I believe is greatly important. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great, well written short story.

This is the most adorable love story ever! Sometimes a person is in the mood for a clean romance with no complications or conflicts... just a simple and beautiful love story. This is about a love that began on a cruise four years ago. Realizing their attraction to one another, they decided to email one another. Now they meet once again on the same cruise to renew their friendship and much more. --Review by Author Linda Weaver Clarke
