Wonderful book of short stories, one of my very favorite, and short stories are my favorite type of storie4s. Lahiri captures everything it takes most writer's a whole novel to do in about 15-20 pages.

I read the book, not the study guide 💀

The short stories were about Indian immigrants to the US. They were all informative and I came to care about the characters. That being said I would have like anyone of these stories to be a novel.
