When you are woven into the very fabric of the stories within a book, and when you have watched its narratives take shape in realtime, it becomes your destiny to be its truthsayer. I can swear on the absolute authenticity that every single page of this book bleeds of.The author has spilled his life,his thoughts and his deepest convictions into these pages. Be assured that these ideas have the power to profoundly impact how you react to your world. I believe BNS has the potential to tweak your life atleast by a few degrees today, but on a long enough timeline, those few degrees can completely alter your course.Coming from a leader who famously lifted his team up with him, it serves as a practical manual written straight from the trenches of real world practice. It is a magnanimously light read while remaining incredibly profound.The author could easily have dressed these ideas up in complex, high brow language,but that wasnt the intention. The goal as i understand was to ensure that, for the reader...better never stops..
