Dima is the fbi agent, and he bout go undercover for a mission. Oh, I know this is going to be good.
His uncle Atlas is also an agent but tried to block him from cases he thinks would hurt him, but dima went above him to get this assignment.

His father was also the fbi agent, but his relationship with him was not .
I love his bond with his uncle, and that man loves him so much. He just wanted him safe .

I dont have a good feeling about Agent Fitz.
Not going lie I never been a fan of fbi or law enforcement. I get they gotta do their job, but a lot of them are dirty and corrupted .

Maeve couldn't do certain things given who her father is, which is why she loved that liyah was her best friend and she didn't lose friendship like her other friends in the past . Guard is the only she trusted beside her father she wanst fan of going to the compound . Her father loved her mother it changed him for sure, and the grief 😭

I was crying a bit when she was talking about her mom cause she lost her mom but her grandparents lost their daughter 💔 yes that shit hurt so bad ,I love how close she is with her grandparents and the stories they share with Maeve a way for her to know her mom and what she was like etc.

He was goner for maeve, and im loving that .the more he got to know the crew, especially bishop, he could see how he treated the men ,maeve. he respected him for that, especially the way he loved his daughter. Nothing was more important than her. She wasn't dumb and knew she was attracted to him but didn't trust him something she couldn't pinpoint what it was.

I felt for maeve after she heard his call. i know she probably felt like he was using her, but he never expected to fall for her . But maeve would never let anyone try to take her father down she may not like what her father does, but she would never want him to get caught up if she can stop it.

Holy shit bishop surprised tf outta me, but i know he's a smart man. I know it shocked, maeve. Dima's father is trash & evil. Part of me feels like he has personal beef with bishop .

I was laughing at the end cause of dima's momma & Bishop IYKYK.

Dima and Maeve!!

Going undercover in a MC, the last thing Dima expects to find is the woman of his dreams. Dima knew he had a job to do, but Maeve captivated him from the very beginning. Maeve didn't quite trust Dima, but she couldn't help the developing feelings she had for him. Dima's daddy and his handler could kick rocks as far as I was concerned. I loved the relationship that Dima and his Uncle Atlas shared because he was a huge support to Dima. Dima and Maeve did not let anything or anyone come between them once they declared their love for one another. There was a lot of intrigue going on in this book that had me on the edge of my seat because I didn't know what was going to happen from one minute to the next. This was a really good book that held my interest from the very first page.

I haven’t read many books centered around undercover officers, so that automatically added an extra layer of suspense because you’re constantly waiting to see how everything will unfold once the truth comes out. Dima and Maeve had that forbidden romance element, but despite everything working against them, they were still undeniably drawn to each other.

There was a good mix of drama, betrayal, and secrets throughout the story that kept things interesting. I do wish certain parts had been fleshed out more, and I especially would’ve liked to see more interactions between Dima and the other motorcycle club brothers to strengthen those dynamics a bit. Still, overall this was an enjoyable read that kept me engaged.

When I saw I love a good BLP Series, I mean it with all of my heart!!

I have not read a series by the authors of BLP that I didn’t love every book in it!! And this book is no different!

Laquana wrote the hell out of this story, if you love triller romances then you will love Maeva and Dima’s story!! It will have you on the edge of your seat, trying to figure out what Dima is going to do! And if they get there happily ever after.

So go ahead and add this book and series to your TBR, you will not be disappointed!

Okay Laquana!!!

This was a great read! I’ve never read a Laquana Brumfield book. But I plan to read the entire catalog! Mississippi native here, so when I saw “Jackson, MS”, “Jackson State University (Thee I Love)”, and “Jacktown JUs” I knew then I had found my girl! I’m glad Dima made the right choice and Maeve stuck beside her man! I was a little unsure if they would make it at first! I was also surprised to know Bishop knew Dima beforehand and had history with his parents! Read it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

You’ll never Guess!!!

This one right here almost took me out!!! It definitely didn’t turn out the way I thought it was. So I must thank the author on this one… It goes to show you the people you think you know you really don’t know at all. And pay attention to that gut feeling when something don’t feel right…. It also shows you you have to get to the root of the hurt in order to completely and fully heal properly. Great work. Keep writing and I’ll definitely keep reading!!!!

Hmmm

Maeve and Dima were both caught between a rock and a hard palce. Dima due to his circumstances and Maeve because she fell in love with the op. What I loved is that people weren't as sneaky as they thought and the truth reared it's ugly head.

Jealousy gets you where you try to send others.

Living Life On The Right Side

Laquana, how much I enjoyed this read. The fact that you showed love from a different angle was a nice refresher. I enjoyed seeing a father's love how unconditional it is. You also gave us a look at how things work when choices need to be done it isn't easy but or needs to be done. Good read🤗🤗🤗🤗

Love will prevail!

The things we will do to get ahead in our careers. For Dimi that meant going undercover and infiltrating a biker gang. What he didn't count on was falling in love. Then his focus shifted to the things we will do for love. I liked the twist and turns of this story. Glad love prevailed.

I love the way the characters carried the story!!!…This was a complete story with no questions to be asked!!!…
I was wondering why Dina’s daddy was so anxious to get at Maeve’s dad!!!…Only to find out that he had an affair with Dina’s momma, I was NOT expecting that at all!!!…

Loved It

This is a great read, I love undercover storylines! Maeve thought something was right with Dimitri, but she couldn't ignore her emotions! Family can sometimes be your worst enemy, Dimitri father was a miserable being! I loved how things ended and hope to see more.

Loved it

This book was very interesting. I can't believe how far Dima's father went. He got exactly what he deserved. I am sick happy for Dima and Bishop's daughter. He truly loves her and that move to a LA was a great one for them. Great Read!

First MC book to read where the main male character was a Fed! Loved Dima and Maeve but honestly despised Dima’s dad Detrick. Had no regards for his own flesh and blood. His dad learned that when you do evil it comes back on you!!!

Dima was an undercover FBI agent who was supposed to be working to take down a motorcycle club until he messed around and fell for the leader's daughter. I was worried about how this was all going to workout but thankfully it did! Maeve and Dima got their happily ever after without having to compromise their values.

Different prospective from the norm in this series. The turn of events gave the dramatics to all of betrayal too.

The chapter characters not looking anything like the cover characters in this series is blowing me. This was not one of my favorites from the series unfortunately.
