Excellent concepts distilled in a logical manner.
Personally, I felt like the historical lessons shared of our our U.S.A. Financial systems and Federal Reserve policies evolved was fascinating. Maybe this was simply due to my lack of knowledge of these events, but they are powerful and relevant to the book.
His CAPL + D.R. structure to me is worth pursuing. (Cashflow, Appreciation, Protection, Leverage + De-Risking).
We had an initial call with Coach JV's team that my wife had set up. I was not aware of his philosophy or viewed any of the YouTube videos, though my wife had. Due to this fact, I was asked to do some homework before we have a deeper discussion. So I ordered this book. It's well worth the time and i'm looking forward to a meeting with his team tomorrow.
