Easily understood process with great explanations.

The book broke the process down into sections. It also gave variations and a lot of great reasons for why things are done.
Excellent resource.

Starter sourdough

Excelente easy piece of work for anyone wanting to bake real sourdough bread. A most in any serious baker or traying to understand principles of sourdough starter cultures

Start Up

This is a great book. Why? Because it gave a ton of information on making the starter, variations, types of ingredients and even a bit of science. The recipes were easy to understand and follow.

Great information.

Great information helped me realize what goes into this and how long it will take. I will probably but my starter first. Maybe try after i can make good bread.
