Bishop

Eastley was front and center during a traumatic event at the hospital where she worked. She tried to get past her fears, but between being jumpy at the slightest sounds, heightened anxiety, and the nightmares, she was at her wits end. 💔 Deciding to move back home where she could have support was the answer. However, with her brother KD, being the president of his motorcycle club, his house was a revolving door of people, with loud talking, loud music, and engines revving all times of the day and night. She is experiencing all the same issues, just in a different location. 😤 Until….

Bishops story was good.
I liked the idea and the author's execution. The nurse's fears and the trauma she experienced was handled gently. The love story moved at the pace befitting for the storyline. 4.5 stars...

I hate bathrooms now.
I’ve never been so annoyed with a bathroom in my life. This was a good story. It did have a lot of potential but small things made it less enjoyable.

I loved me some Eastley and Bishop. Their love story was filled with love and healing. I believe these two absolutely needed each other to heal completely. The way Quentin loved on Eastley had me smiling hard and rubbing my feet together. I absolutely admired Eastley and the way she handled Quentin's grief about his wife. She was more understanding and patient with him. I couldn't get enough of these two. Tracy Gray is becoming one of my favorite authors because her stories get to me every time.

Eastley is a nurse, a great one at that, and her bestie nurse rikkia been close since they met in the nursing program. After a horrible hang war, it was rough on so many nurses, including rikkia and eastley, and she ended up calling her brother, and he told her to come back home .
Bishop was very proud of his self-defense studio to help women and children cause he absolutely hated anyone preyed on others who couldn't defend themselves, especially on senior citizens.
Kobey Davenport, who is his closest homeboy, and they were celebrating eastley Homecoming. Everyone loved her She was kobey and the clubs little sister in their eyes well some saw her more than that & KD didnt like that.After losing his wife he definitely kept away it was the biggest loss for him.
The way it doesnt start off at attraction or moving forward to quickly even though they known eachother for long time he just never saw ber like that and him slowly trying heal after his wife its been 3 years but its still hard on him & it was so sweet how he offered a room at his place so eastley can heal without feeling overwhelmed.
I loved how it spoke on bishop faith especially how it helped him mourn his wife in healthy way instead of going down dark path and he never judged anyone or his brothers if they didnt have faith in god or not he just wanted beable help guide them and pray for them whenever they needed it. My relationship with religion has always been on and off ,good and bad it warmed my heart the way everyone looks for bishop for guidance .

I get why he felt guilt over it, so many things probably going through his mind and confusion as well, but yet it's not at the same time. But its definitely time for them both to knowledge their feelings for each other, and she understood he needed time and grace so he could do this correctly.
I love how mr bishop always backs up his son he understands teagan parents felt certain way well teagan's mom did which eastley understood but at same time he going be happy for his son and I doubt teagan would want him be alone forever .
When bishop said this , “You can have all the time you need to process, E. I’m not trying to stop your flow. You just gotta . . . you just gotta do it here. At our house. I don’t like the distance. I don’t like the thought of you processing your thoughts with so much distance between us.” ]

This was such a cute and sweet love story. Eastley moved back home after experiencing something traumatic and ended up reconnecting with her brother’s friend, Bishop…well, Quentin to her 🩷
Bishop had pretty much stopped living after the sudden loss of his wife, and I really loved watching the two of them slowly find their way back to life together. Their romance was definitely a slow burn, but it developed in such a natural and heartfelt way. I especially appreciated the author’s realistic portrayal of what it can look like to love again after loss and how complicated it can be to reconcile the love you still hold for a deceased spouse while opening yourself up to someone new.
The relationship itself felt mature. They communicated honestly, the emotional push and pull made sense, and I appreciated that the conflict didn’t drag on unnecessarily. I also liked that even though this had a brother’s best friend vibe, the brother wasn’t overly possessive or weird about them getting together because that aspect of the trope usually gives me the ick 😭
Writing-wise, the story flowed really well, and I enjoyed the dialogue and banter between all of the characters.

This book is about both Bishop and Eastley on a journey to find their peace and happiness again. They ended up healing each other with the love that developed between them. The emotional journeys that they both went through made this a book that I highly recommend.

I absolutely love a BLP Series!!! And this years MC series is no exception, if you love Motorcycle Clubs, you will definitely love this series!
Bishop and Easley’s story was so beautiful writing by Tracy. She opens your eyes on how difficult it can be to truly heal from surviving a traumatic event and also healing from losing a loved one. And that is what I loved the most about this book, how she used their story to help us understand what others are experiencing and how to support them.

Phenomenal Read!!!
Absolutely loved this one. Live after loss and learning how to heal and taking the right steps towards healing together is an amazing story. Loved Bishop’s connection to God and him becoming the Chaplin and the MC crew creating a position and space for him to still be apart of the crew and to help others. And although Easterly had plans in which she wanted her life to go in ultimately God had other plans for her life. So happy she took the journey to go back home and begin her healing process to her love journey through her healing process.. This read meshed together remarkably wee and seamlessly. Keep writing and I’ll definitely keep reading!!!

I Want To Heal You!
Tracy G never disappoints and this time was no different. The different drama and trauma Eastley and Q went through were crushing and tugged at your heart strings. Like always she the ending is beautiful. You see the growth, healing, and steamy passion as well as love. While Eastley was calm and soft she refused to be a victim and not overcome her grief. Neither was she going to live in anyone’s shadow or compete with the past. Q had to make some life altering changes and decide to open himself up. Loved it.

The beginning of this book scared the mess out of me. I was just like Eastley, stunned into silence. That was rough but I am happy her brother opened his door to her. She needed that security and Quentin understanding her deeper need was even better.
The journey of healing they took together was beautiful. It only take for someone to be your peace and you have the ability to take steps that looked hard to handle.

I enjoyed this read from beginning to end. I loved that Quentin was able to find love after loss and that Eastley was able to heal from a traumatic experience. Thy found those things in each other and became each others peace. This was an easy read without an excessive amount of drama.

five stars for good writing
The writing was good per usual. I had a major issue with the way the wife was almost idolized. There was way too much focus on that way too much explaining on that as if moving on was not right I admire the maturity show, but I wish it had been a bit more moving on.

I know the author mention that this is her first motorcycle book well I think you did an excellent job on it well written will put together. It also shows where after the loss of a loved one you can also get love back again I thought that was very romantic and making people feel like they can have a chance after losing a loved one. Great job Tracy.

OK Read
I liked the fact that the author talked about PTSD, because that’s what Eastley was experiencing. Having to deal with a traumatic event and having the support of her family was exactly what she needed to overcome her struggles. Quentin was the perfect person to help her with her issues and she helped Quentin to love again after Teagan.

A great read! Loss is tough enough,but when you compound that loss with guilt, it becomes overwhelming! Bishop and Eastley men came into one another life at a time that was destined by almighty! I loved the ending!

So Damn Good!
Thus boom was so damn good..I lm glad that Eastley honored Teagan and respected her place in Q's life. Im also glad that both Q And E was able to help each other get through their trauma!

2nd Chance At Love
This was a great book about personal trauma of two people. Bishop lost his wife , Easterly experienced gun shots.
These two people needed Grace and peace. Guess what they provided this to each other. I loved this story so much!!!!

I am so happy for Eastly. She found love with her brother's good friend. Bishop is definitely a keeper. He was really broken after his wife died. Eastly came into his life at the right time. The both of them needed each other. Great Read.

Black Love 🤎
This story encompassed the magnitude and beauty of black love. It spoke on themes of grief, trauma, healing, and embracing new paths. Quentin & Eastly came together as old friends with a natural attraction for each other, and through communication, honesty, and leaps of faith, they found forever. This was another hit that I enjoyed listening to. Easley and Quentin's story of healing love was refreshing. Dealing with trauma and grief does take a toll, and these two were able to work through their issues and build a strong relationship.

Eastley and Bishop both had struggles that were hard to see from the outside looking in. Tracy Gray wrote relatable characters and showed their growth. Highly recommend.
