I received a free copy of this book from the author in exchange for a review, so here we are!
Actual rating probably at somewhere between 3.5 and 3.75 stars. Just barely shy of my idea of a 4-star book.
So, the book. I actually enjoyed it more than I had originally thought I would. The plot was really interesting and I definitely enjoyed the premise and the whole idea of their mission: to find their "twin flame soul mate" and help bring love and hope back to the world.
I like that, despite their idea of their being soul mates, it wasn't something instantaneous or a perfect relationship that never required work. Even when they found their soul mates, they weren't sure-fire things that they just accepted and rolled with, they were something that required as much effort as anything else.
The couple things that prevented it from being a 4-star book was that some parts just felt a bit too rushed and the story seemed to jump around a lot. It felt like a rough-draft at times, which was upsetting because it was, overall, a very good, quick read.

This book had many qualities and aspects of it which were intriguing to me: I loved the idea of the astrological signs each being manifest into a person, all with the basic attributes of their star sign. I loved the idea of fated mates, united with the mission to bring love to the world (though that idea grew to be a bit fantastical as I read on).
I thought that the dynamics of the twelve "siblings" would have been a nice little piece, though they just served to confuse me as I continued to read the book. Also, we didn't get many interactions with the whole lot of them (mainly just a smaller group consisting of a few of the men and only a couple of the women). This was a bit disappointing.
Among the many aspects that I disliked in this book also included the idea of soulmates, mainly because none of the characters seemed to act like the title meant anything (Father married someone else, who wasn't his Twin Flame, though he was still in charge of helping Pisces find and deal with her mate? Um... NO).
Also what I absolutely detested was the overdramatic denial of the bond between Pisces and Antony (on both their parts). They're both in their twenties and they were angst-ing like a couple of adolescent children, always running from the other and getting upset when the other did the exact same thing! The fact that Medhurst tried to make this seem like an acceptable and normal thing to do by calling it a 'stage' in the 'harmonising' process just angered me even more. It was pathetic and pointless and that's all there is to it.
On top of this, I had no idea as to the actual role of the Dysfunctionals (what the heck kind of name is that, by the way? REAL terrifying) in this story. To me, they seemed only to serve as an annoyance and an interruption to the angsty crap we were all trying to enjoy. They didn't seem like an actual threat. Nick was just plain irritating and every time he confronted Pisces, it was like he was trying to explain his actions to her, almost meekly trying to persuade her to his POV. Nonsense, the whole lot of it.
The overall execution of the plot and the character "development" fell flat and came off as largely underwhelming to me. I wish I could consider continuing on with this series (just because the Zodiac angle intrigued me so much), but seeing as how all the other eleven signs must find their Twin Flames as well (and likely take up an entire book to get over their reservations and accept their "Mission") I cannot bring myself to continue reading. I have no patience for eleven more books of angst-ridden self-denial BS before we finally get around to kicking some Dysfunctionals arse. To all ye who choose to continue on, "Good Luck."

First off, even as far as romance-dramas go, this one has a rather cheesy premise: The world is starting to lose faith in love and there are entities who have an interest in keeping that so. It's never clear who these are and what they stand to gain by forcing love out of the universe. So 12 people are born with the mission of finding their twin flame or soulmate, and inspire more such couples to get together. It starts to sound greatly like propaganda by married people to force everyone else into coupled-up states, never mind rationale, reason or individuality.
But the book redeems itself because of the characterisation of the protagonist and her 11 zodiac siblings. Pisces is not a strong person. But to anyone familiar with the rudiments of astrology, she embodies the sign perfectly. Pisces is probably the hardest sign to characterise since its people are supposed to 'have all the signs within them'. But this book perfectly etches out the confusion, the heightened sensitivity, the need for space, the intuition and the surprising individuality of the sign. It also does a fair job of fleshing out Cancer, Scorpio, Leo and Aries (prominent supporting characters). From an zodiac viewpoint, I'm not sure why fire and water are allied so closely when astrology tells us it's earth and water that are natural allies while fire and air tend to bond. But I'm willing to overlook that as part of the fictitious universe that the author has created.
The book also does a marvellous job of tying you into the whole series by strewing various clues about upcoming books (Aries, Scorpio). I will want to read the others simply to experience a fictionalised version of each of the zodiac signs.

this is without a doubt the most ridiculous book I've ever read.

so. first of all, the story itself is a unbelievable weak copy from Joss Stirlings soulmate. That's it. Pisces, is annoying, completely stupid, naive, dumb, and did I mention annoying? That's all you need to know about that.
second of all, the reason I wanted to read this book, is the twinflame subject. being in a twinflame-proces/relationship myself, and having come across a lot of Bull online, I was curious to see where this would go. perhaps that was my mistake, to think there actually would be a book out there that accuretely described some of the things you come across with a tf-connection.
I could not have been more wrong. so if you're interested in this book because of the tf-subject, just don't. run away from this one, unless you need a good laugh.
first up: a twinflame and a soulmate are not the same thing. it was really annoying to read about 'a twinflame soulmate' since that would basicly compare to 'a firefighter baker'.
second: when you meet a tf, you know. You just effing know. There is no doubt between 'Anthony of Daniel?', that was ridiculous. a tf can not be compared with any other person, it would be comparing your child with some strange neighbour kid, and having no idea which one is yours. bullshit.
other wildly populair misconceptions being abused in this book:
miss pisces claims to be in a running stage, while not knowing who her effing tf is! how the hell is that even possible?! and surrender? seriously? you've learned to surrender by reading a book (!!!) you do not even understand?
her tf is running because he was busy with his work?
and they kiss, and poof 'harmonising state'?! seriously? there was no love at all in this book, until the end, and all of a sudden he is the love of her life, the one, her tf, harmony and happily ever after?
it just didn't make any sense at all.
stages where mixed up, reasons for certain behaviour, like running, or even kissing didn't add up.
overall conclusion:
Rachel medhurst has heard something somewhere about twinflames, googled it, and used some quote's in the most innapropriate and illogical parts of a bad attempt of a book.
so if you've met your tf, don't do this.
if you haven't, don't do it either. for those who actually are in the proces, it can be hard enough being missunderstood, don't add to that by reading something that couldn't have been farther from the truth.
one star, because I couln't do a zero, and I do have to admit that screenshotting certain parts and sending it to my tf was fun, and we had a good laugh.

DNF 71% (I just couldn't stand the flat writing any longer)

How disappointing
I kept turning the page thinking that there would be some point to this book... sorry to say I didn't find it. I should have DNF at 30% but I wanted to believe that the initial idea of characters with powers related to their zodiac sign would lead to something. but when there's a decent fight scene, the author would skim over it or have the characters running away.
Pisces has a gift, she can breath underwater, but did she do anything with it, no we'll other than jumping into the Thames when she gets into trouble... she's probably full of fieces or trash when she wades out!
The book waffles on constantly going nowhere. I there's no real plot, ok 12 characters need to find their soulmates, but having these 12 characters introduced all living together with mummy, they were like 12 yr old not 20 yr olds. whinging adolescents, boys shagging anything they wanted, sorry no explicit sex scenes.
There's too many characters and our baddies the 'dysfunctionals' OMG that name... then the long winded, twin flame soulmate even though it was only mentioned 8 times it still grated on my nerves, the baddies were so blah, just there to interrupt the angsty emotional seesaw.

This was really exciting and I'm excited for the series. It is a very interesting topic, 12 children, each for a sign of the Zodiac.
Pisces was a great character and totally relatable. Antony was a great "other half". I am a chase girl, so I love to have a great chase that leads to love, it gets me every time. There was good set up for the rest of the series and great potential characters. I will not lie and tell you I can't wait to read my Zodiac sign's story, however it will probably be a while, since my sign did not have a prominent part in this book, but regardless it was a really engaging start to a series.
My small hang ups were some jumpy parts in the story, I would have liked a little more flow AND I wanted a little more content. These small issues didn't really make a difference but personally was just my feelings towards the flow/content.
I'd love to continue reading this series. A big thank you to Rachel Medhurst for providing me a copy for review.

Sorry for posting my review so late!
Firstly, I would just like to point out that although I rated this book 3 stars, Rachel is a fantastic author. The writing flowed perfectly and was very well written from start to finish. Unfortunately, this book was just not my cup of tea. I liked the ideas that are present in the story and I think that they had so much potential, however I just feel like they were not explained fully. Maybe I just need to read the rest of the series to understand fully?
I thought that Pisces was annoying, which was a shame. I guess books with female main characters are not for me!
I would recommend this book to teens of ages 11-17.

This is a magical read about 8 witches and their fated mates and a curse! There’s some action, adventure, excitement, family drama, kidnapping and so much more. Fab storyline with some great characters and I cannot wait to read more!

Okay so you know when you go on tumblr and you see all those posts about the zodiac signs and their typical personalities and what they would be if they were trees? Yeah? Because of those posts, I've always been interested in the zodiac signs and astrology, because of how I can actually relate to what they were saying about my own sign. So I've been looking for books that actually focuses on the zodiac signs with maybe awesome powers and just plain fun fantasy.
Then I found this book, and I was so excited because 1. It's a book about the zodiacs and 2. I was a pisces so I was sure that I could relate to the main character 3. It's a romance novel and I do very much enjoy romance novels
But boy was i wrong. I am so disappointed with this book.
There were so many things that just didn't sit with me.
1. Main character
Since the MC is a pisces, I thought that I would relate so much with her but no, she just came off as plain annoying and stupid. Also it's been established so many times that she usually gets gut feelings (I can relate to this one tbh) but never listens to them. But why? What bad thing could possibly happen if you listen to them. I mean we could've skipped all this debacle. Another thing is that apparently she's the first one that is able to find her twin flame but it never got established why?
2. Plot
I've known from the start that this book is about finding the MC's soul mate. But there was still hope in me that they would have some kind of powers. So I started reading this book and from the start it's been established that she can breath underwater. Pretty cool right?? Nope, it just means that she would have a few trips in London where she could jump in the River Thames for some stupid reasons.
So okay you have to find your soulmate/twin flame, I'm down with that. But when the MC is so hellbent on finding her soulmate that she becomes stupid and almost gets raped by a stranger then it's just frustrating to read.
Then she meets this guy, Daniel, who's so obviously the enemy with his stalker like skills and his suit and she stills goes with him despite what literally everyone else is telling her otherwise.
“The universe worked in a concise synchronistic way and that was why I had thought that he could be my twin. However, the others thought it was Antony, so now I was just confused.”
(Not a spoiler because the excerpt is literally: "Antony crept up on me and caught me unaware...he was nothing like I'd imagine my twin flame to be") also by that you'd know that the Daniel guy is suspicious.
And then there's the whole soul mission and the dysfunctional, like don't even ask me because I don't even know myself because the freaking MC doesn't know!!!!
3. Writing.
There were so many repetition about what the mission is (or what they aren't telling us) and what the dysfunctional is (same as before). It was like the author was just trying to reach a certain word count for that chapter that she had to repeat things?
Also contradictions! For example, and one I really almost pulled my hair out for,
“When I said we’re all going to live there, I meant the boys,’ Scorpio said.”
And then literally a few pages after,
“Come and see the house." And “We’ve set up a pretty amazing place. You’d have your freedom there.” And then “Just come with us”
It felt disconnected at times especially when she starts a new chapter like it would've been in another place and another time that sometimes I got confused. Hell I didn't even know they were living in London till about chapter 3/4.
4. Romance
The thing that I hated most about the romance in this novel was the running thing. So apparently it's normal for one side of the twin flame to do a 'runner'( maze runner anyone ;)) and the whole push and pull thing just got tiring after like the main guy first did a runner. Also they got disgustingly annoying toward the end, like hello you are walking into a battle stop shoving your tongue down each other's throats???!!!?
5. Side characters
This one I was really disappointed about. Apparently the zodiacs were split into equal groups of 6 of boys and girls. And like I said before, I wanted to see more of the powers each one had. But we only basically got to know Aries and Leo(guys) and a bit of Caner(girl). So Aries can make a fireball, leo can do what exactly?? And cancer can turn herself into water, okay. There's also Scorpio who lifted a lake out of the ground, pretty much the highlight of this book. But what about the rest of the zodiacs you say? I don't know we never met them, aside from one liners. Also why were the girls so stereotypical? Like they didn't do shit during the whole thing and when literally the rest of the boys were discussing what they were gonna do about their kidnapped father, they pull Pisces away to talk about boys. Whyyyyyyy???????
I don't know I guess I just expected so much out of this.
Tl;dr: about a zodiac named Pisces, who needs to find her soul mate and goes a whole lot of shit instead of just listening to her guts. So many why questions throughout this book tbh.

But we only basically got to know Aries and Leo(guys) and a bit of Caner(girl). So Aries can make a fireball, leo can do what exactly?? And cancer can turn herself into water, okay. There's also Scorpio who lifted a lake out of the ground, pretty much the highlight of this book. But what about the rest of the zodiacs you say? I don't know we never met them, aside from one liners. Also why were the girls so stereotypical? Like they didn't do shit during the whole thing and when literally the rest of the boys were discussing what they were gonna do about their kidnapped father, they pull Pisces away to talk about boys. Whyyyyyyy???????
I don't know I guess I just expected so much out of this.
Tl;dr: about a zodiac named Pisces, who needs to find her soul mate and goes a whole lot of shit instead of just listening to her guts. So many why questions throughout this book tbh.

So much potential wasted. I loved the idea of the zodiac and a twin flame soulmate they had to find, but this book failed to deliver.
Pisces is wishy-washy. She's fragile one minute and a badass the next. Sometimes she wants a hug and other times she hates being touched. This girl has so many issues I can't even begin to explain. Antony isn't any better. He's perfectly normal, doesn't blink an eye at all the supernatural crap that keeps being thrown at him, yet he runs when he finds out he's Pisces soulmate.
Which brings me to the worst part of the story: the running. What the hell? There's no reason for it. It's ridiculous and childish. The author couldn't come up with anything better? "Oh, I think I'm falling for you, let me literally run away down the street to get away. Hey, maybe I'll jump in the Thames and chance suicide to get away!" ???? So stupid. Just so so stupid. Pisces’ mission: To fall madly in love with her twin flame.
The problem: Pisces doesn’t know who her twin flame / soulmate is.
Even bigger problem: Some shifty characters are hellbent on stopping the union of two souls.
Was it wrong for me to care more about the bad guys than the good guys in the story? Perhaps the ambiguity of their purpose adds to the mystery, and I like mystery.
Pisces appears to be in love with the idea of falling in love, and her quest to find her twin flame borders on obsession. Perhaps I don’t have a firm grasp of the concept of soulmate so it doesn’t appeal to me as much, but I like the thrill of the chase. There’s plenty of running away, running around, and simply running. But it does get a bit repetitive and predictable.
For a short read, it has too many characters and some of them contribute little to the story progression. I understand all the brothers and sisters (named after the zodiac signs) had to be mentioned because each of them will have a story of their own, but it feels that they were just “forced” into the story.
The book has an interesting plot but it needs a bit of tightening up. Strangely though, despite the shortcomings, I find the story entertaining. I’m curious as to how the next book in the series will play out, given that each of the characters has the same mission.

This book was slow, redudant and I found it a little silly. And I don't mean silly in a good way. It is the first novella in the series at about 163 pages. I would classify this book as YA astrological romance. I totally made that genre up. You can use it. :)
The premise is quite original but the story itself falls short. Their mission is to find their soul mates. There is an oppsoing force that doesn't want them to for no other reason than 'I don't want you to.' I was sorely let down in this. There was no real mission. Just to find you true love. That is not enough for me, I need more. My little sister may have liked this book. I found it elementary and inconsistent. Pisces find Antony but he runs away. Then he comes around and she runs away. Pisces By Rachel Medhurst: I’m glad I got this one for free, I don’t think I would have paid for it. It was ok. Essentially Pisces is a story about a group of young men and women searching for their soulmates, it’s their mission in life to unite with their perfect match against the wishes of the Dysfunctionals to bring more love to the world. Each child in the family (not biological siblings) are names after a zodiac and have special abilities. (I.e. breathing under water or creating fire from their hands)
I can see the appeal and the draw that some people would have, I unfortunately did not feel that pull. I won’t be picking up the next in the series, but that doesn’t mean you won’t like it. I felt the characters were erratic and jumpy at times. Several were just so out there it was hard to wrap my head around the storyline. But… I didn’t have the terrible urge to put the book down either. I liked the dialogue and some of the action scenes.

I really wanted this book to be good because of the concept of the different horoscope signs. However, I felt like the book was confusing. This book follows Pisces, specifically, as she tries to find her "Twin Flame". A twin flame is essentially a soul mate, which I didn't get why the author had to try to rename this concept. Also, the push and pull in the love story got annoying after a while. My biggest issue with this book is that the whole conflict/bad people in the book are trying to stop people from falling in love and finding their twin flame. There is no basis as to why. I wish the author had thought of a better reason behind why the twin flames could not get together, one that was more creative and could evolve throughout the rest of the series. I loved Anthony though! The scenes between him and Pisces really pulled me in. I gave this book 3 stars because its not all bad. It was an alright book but not terrible.

Where to even start with this story. It was weird. Then just when it could have started to get food again...it got weird. The concept of it, is, well...doable. I don't get the powers though. Really?
Also, I was kind of excited to read about Gemini (since I'm a Gemini), but he was nothing like I know Gemini's act. So I was disappointed with that.
And the part about Nick and Daniel...was just...strange. I understand that you have to have something to break the couple up, but Nick didn't even do a good part with that! Like "oh, I'm gonna kidnap you and force you into Stockholm Syndrome. Oh, wait that didn't work. So how about instead you come with me and I'll release your mother, and you can take her

The plot and storyline sounds very interesting and action packed I would say but it wasn't anything like or what I expected. It was a very emotional read with the back and forth the same questions being asked. The main characters were overlooking what was so obviously in front of them but it's apart of the push and pull process that I honestly really didn't understand why it needed to be happening. The female lead was so standoffish, with her intense desire to be left alone and to finish and understand a mission that she wasn't accepting. The male lead was very infuriating with his double standards and contradicting personality he gave me whiplashes practically with his hot and cold behavior. The supporting characters were very fun though and amusing, I felt this book's description and storyline was more exciting sounding than the actual book itself.

Young adult genre that is not supernatural I would say more sci fi-ish. it's hard to put this in a category but it's definitely a romance.

don't get me wrong the book isn't awful its ok, I didn't mind the main character but she annoyed me a bit so did the main lead I loved Aries tho.
storyline was kind of ok, it's all about these group of twelve star signs finding their twin flame ( soul mates) and bringing love into the world but there's a group ( ain't there always) who like the world to be miserable so they are trying to stop them uniting.
it's not a long story I read it in one sitting and I did hope for that something more but unfortunately never got it.
overall recommend for young readers who love romance

I received an ebook version of this book for free in exchange for an honest review....and then promptly forgot about it being on my kindle. For like, a year. Oops.
And, honestly, it wasn't great. The beginning was really abrupt. Like, I know it's good to start with some action, but it felt like there should have been a few pages - if not maybe a full chapter - to get to know the main character would have been nice. The characters were kind of meh, and the story line was kin...thin, if that make sense? Some elements of the story were over explained, where other things were not explained at all.
All that being said, it wasn't a bad book, per sey. Just not all that good.

I got barely into the first chapter and I was already done with this book. I just couldn't read it.
Something 'shocking' happens, we barely find our feet with the characters and there was all this attitude and unpleasantness and at the same time events happening that you don't understand, and I get that it might have been an attempt to both show and tell but it didn't work for me. Too much angry posturing from everyone and it is not written smoothly. I don't like the characters. Interesting idea plus trying too hard plus poor writing means I cut my losses and ran early.

Some good action scenes and the atory line was good and has potential but what bothered me was the fact that this is a book about soulmates and it took them too long to figure it out then they were in denial about it and then they kept running from each other. When they did get together i felt like it was out of nowhere with a lot that wasnt resolved anf left unsaid. This felt more like a regular relationship than one of true soulmates.

Sorry, didn't like this storyline at all. It needs more of a kick ass storyline. Plain love story doesn't cut it anymore unless they are fighters which the lovers are not even though one is supposed to be a bodyguard. Even though siblings have supernatural powers doesn't mean bodyguards leave their charges.

I loved the concept of this book. It started off strong however I didn't feel the connection of Anthony and Pisces . I liked her character. It was just a lot of running away but not really connecting the two in order to pull away like they did.

I thought this book was pretty good, there were somethings that could've been better but I think it mostly hit the mark. I absolutely love the twin flames concept and I've never read anything pertaining to the concept outside of fandom discourse so I was pretty excited to read a novel centered on this. I mostly liked how the author approached the twin flames concept, it wasn't a perfect representation but I could see what the author was trying to do.
This book is centered on the Zodiacs, which are a group of siblings who are created to find their twin flame to help the world believe in love again. Their purpose was to help establish the balance between good and evil. This particular Zodiac is Pisces. I don't know anything about astrology so I don't know if she was true to her sign or not but I found her to be a sweet girl, but she was often moody and unsure of herself. Everyone kept saying how intuitive she was but we really didn't see that like Pisces never trusted herself or her feelings. A part of the twin flames concept as I know it is that you have to spend time with yourself and heal before you can accept your twin and I didn't see where Pisces did that at all. Pisces' twin is revealed to be Antony, her guardian/bodyguard. I liked Antony, he was a sweet guy but I didn't get a ton from him. As with Pisces, Antony didn't really stand on his own and we don't see him spend time with his feelings and work on himself because for most of the book, he was desperately afraid of commitment and we don't know why. I think everything was more about the couple than the characters individually which was disappointing.
I liked Antony and Pisces together. They had a lot of chemistry and you could feel their connection. I liked that the author didn't paint the twin flames concept as a perfect, fairytale relationship because it isn't. The twin flames relationship is complicated and I think Antony and Pisces accurately reflected that. Neither of them were ready for a relationship of this magnitude and they both ran from it. Their feelings for each other confused them for most of the book. I would've liked to see a gradual acceptance of their relationship but they fought it for so long, when they finally did come together it was all at once and it felt like it was happening because the book was about to end. I liked Antony and Pisces together but I didn't quite feel the magnetism and they never really felt drawn to each other as twins are supposed to.
The main weakness of the book is the fight between the Zodiacs and the Dysfunctionals, their adversaries. Their wasn't any real tension here because the leader of the Dysfunctionals wasn't that scary. Knowing that these people are created to prevent the Zodiacs from uniting with their twins is supposed to add a sense of danger to the book but it doesn't at all. The fight scenes were boring and the main villain, Nick was kind of lame.
Overall, I didn't hate this book and I'm interested in reading the sequels.

Some of the reviews make me wonder what book they read, or whether this one has been rewritten. From the beginning, Penny is retrieved from her vacation from her “siblings” who are only related as descendants of the Salem witches. As I read it, they were brain-washed early on to focus their whole existences into procreating the Salem witches. Penny wants to rebel occasionally, but she is monitored by cameras, surrounded by her 4 brothers, and coddled into complacency. Frankly, I almost put it down....but I trusted the author. Penny doesn’t know better. She grew up in a cult and lives a prophesy. Her predestined mate is obvious, her evil nemesis, Nate, is stuck in the same repeating pattern, except he remembers all the past lives and grudges. It is sad, really.
I realized right away that the theme is absolutely awful. Many readers love the idea of a fated mate, one who you will immediately swoon over. Penny knows she and her siblings must find their matches or good magic will fade out and only warlocks’ evil magic will win, I think. Really, is their magic any more evil in nature? Book 1 doesn’t say. Because Nate has a real grudge rooted in history, I can see why he uses a small militant group to thwart her, chase her, kidnap her, threaten groups of strangers....it is quite a ride, super-fun and entertaining.
Since this is book 1 of a series, many questions are left unanswered.
What would make this enjoyable, addictive novel great is a plot twist. The warlock, like the other side of the coin, should be the fated match. You don’t have to love him. You don’t have to like him. He needs to accept that you love and loved another, and you need to accept his pain. Empathy. But that is not the fate of Fate. Fate, by its entire nature, means that you have a plot purpose you cannot deviate from. Cursed to live this fate, all Penny, Nate, and Anthony can do is relive the details until they can find a way out of this spinning teapot.
I really feel for Nate. He is stuck as the bad guy, never getting a love, his goal in an HEA novel is to get a memorable punch in before he is knocked out. He is the jilted lover, and the victim, but he has to take it out on innocent descendants forever. Sad, really. And he knows it. I mean, no evil guy is going to say he is the evil guy unless he knows and is resigned to his position. It kindof reminds me of “The Princess Bride” in cheekiness.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel; we see it. We just don’t want to spend 7 novels on it.

Her emotions rule her and are her strength. Her intuition is rarely wrong.
Her father comes back and informs her it is time. She is ready to find her twin flame. She must find him before the Dysfunctionals stop them. Her mission is to find her twin flame and bring more love into the world. Unfortunately it’s not easy and the battle between good and evil is about to continue in this life time.
This is the first book in the Twin Flame series. It is a unique idea. I like the zodiac tie in. In fact the title was what first drew me. I’m a Pisces. So as the story evolved I was fascinated at all the characters and why they were there. I loved the dynamics between the characters. It had a definite sibling feel. The race to find your soulmate was a bit overwhelming. Pisces is the first to embark on her destiny. In fact she is surprised at what really happens. She thought it would be different and easier. It becomes a battle, not only between her and the dysfunctionals but her and her twin flame.
The story is full of betrayal, frustration, uncertainty and love. It was a good combination. However I did think Pisces acted a bit immature at times. She came across younger than twenty. Other than that it was a good read. I give it a 4 out of 5.
