Night After Night
Lauren Nichols’ life will never be the same again.
Twenty-two year old Lauren Nichols is celebrating her college graduation with a two month long cross-country roadtrip. But things take a wrong turn when she finds herself in the back of a van, hooded and headed to God knows where in the middle of the Nevada desert.

Lauren could do little more than nod, and he did not demand the words. Good thing; she lacked the strength to push them out. Blake turned her face to his, and Lauren blinked as she strained to focus on his face
“How… how did you know?” she finally managed.
“Know what?” he asked.
“That… that this was just what I needed?”
He sighed heavily and pressed one finger to her mouth. Lauren was too weak to suckle his skin, but Blake parted her lips and granted her the taste of his flesh. “Saw it in your eyes,” he said. “No other way I would have laid out that much cash for you.”
Those words alone should have been the shot of adrenaline to bring her to her feet and start her running. But she was weary from the events of this strange day, and his embrace was strong and sure.
“Happy with the purchase?” she murmured.
“Absolutely,” Blake said.
Curling closer to her, he grabbed her face and peered into her eyes. “And there’s no way that I’m ever letting you go.”

Dark Motorcycle Club
Story = 4 stars
Hotness / sex scenes = 4.5 stars
This is a dark, intense read. It is definitely not for everyone.
Lauren is a 22 year old woman, who is taking a road trip alone. After she has car trouble, she finds herself a victim of human trafficking. Lauren is placed on an auction block, where 2 bikers are trying to outbid each other for her. Blake wins Lauren in the auction and takes her home with him. Blake is a tattoo and scarred biker. He can be ruthless and will not hesitate to take out his enemies. Blake stops Lauren's multiple attempts at escape. But Blake also protects her from Eric, another biker who is trying to hurt Lauren. Blake lets her known that he will never let her go.
Night After Night is the first in the series. My only complaint is the editing/proofreading. I hate to have to mention it, but it became troublesome at times. This is why my rating is 3 stars. Otherwise I really enjoyed the story and will mostly read the next story to see happens with Lauren and Blake.

Had promise
This had promise but was just too choppy for me. Maybe after the first book it will catch a rhythm that works.

This book does nothing more than glorify human trafficking.

I won't finish the series. Didn't get the attraction. It wasn't built up enough to me just seemed like she would take.hot sex from anyone but Drew.
