Welp… PLEASE be aware that this book has abuse of a baby while she’s pregnant! She literally took sleeping pills and overdosed on them while she was 4-6 months pregnant! She literally KILLED her child and said the most horrible things about wanting it to die while she pregnant. I couldn’t believe this author wrote this in her book! She has a lot of miscarriages happen, but to have the FMC actually do these things towards her unborn child literally messed with me.
This story was a waste of time. It was the exact same thing as their other story. The EXACT same thing. Repeated over and over and over. I have never hated a FMC the way I hate Amalie. She annoyed me so dang much I wanted to jump through the screen and throttle her. She is so annoying and immature it’s RIDICULOUS. The only difference between this story and the last is he actually gave up the other woman to stay with her, I’m actually shocked the author made this happen. It also started to PMO because I thought it was going in the direction of Ezekial catching feelings for Amalie. Like WTF. I HATE when the author has them switch roles and sleep with their brother’s girl. It ruins the entire book.
I really wish her stories were like The Bastard’s Bride again. Her writing for that series was top notch, she doesn’t right the same any longer.
