I CANNOT recommend this book enough to EVERYONE… Even if you’re not big on the LOA, the 5 habits listed and fully described in detail are still worth reading and incorporating into your life.
I couldn’t find any recent information on Mr. Tomasso, but he does have a webpage that you can access from the back of this book. Looking into who he is or what he does/did, I’ve gathered his passion lies within the realm of teaching people how to do things- easier; from LOA to thesis writing. His Amazon bio lists him as an author, filmmaker, and entrepreneur.
This is by far the BEST ‘How to LOA’ book I have ever read. The author articulates 5 helpful habits in this book, with a relaxed voice and uncomplicated instructions.
Normally, books on Law of Attraction (IMO) say the same things and take a REALLY long time to say it. That was my expectation going in; that I’d read the same tired and boring information, with no real clear advice or new perspective of how to apply (it) in real life, etc. Thankfully, that was NOT the case with this quick & to the point, e-book. I only wish it was offered in paperback format because I would buy one for everyone I know… luckily, however, at the time of this review, the book is available for free on Kindle.
The Habits covered are as follows: Habit 1- Emotional Awareness, Habit 2- Meditation, Habit 3- Ease, Habit 4- Appreciation, and Habit 5- Letting Go. My absolute favorite habit, covered in Habit 1, and has helped me immensely, is the practice of just journaling every day, answering the question, “How am I feeling?” And it’s not that I haven’t read that before elsewhere, but it’s in how the author has laid out and thoroughly explained the how & why of doing this that has made an actual difference in my life.
Another habit that I have adopted into my life is the practice of putting myself at EASE; which in the way Mr. Tomasso puts it, it is truly just that easy and it feels so good when you remember that little fact and how to put it into practice.
And throughout the short book, there are little gems of quotable content, like this one I love from Habit 5- Letting Go, “… when you feel some version of negative emotion, it’s not time to pile on the strategy. It’s not time to force yourself to a positive place. It’s time to let go.”
This book goes further than the typical format of most LOA books, where the common message is “Just let go and think positive thoughts”. It instead explains in detailed, laymen terms, HOW to put yourself in a place where you are then able to “Just let go and think positive thoughts.” That’s why if I could I’d give this gem 10-stars if I could. I love (it) and refer to (it) often.
Book : Law of attraction habits Author :Chris Tomasso Pages :37 Edition : Kindle
This book is like a practical handbook for anyone who is already exposed to the idea of law of attraction.
Subtitled as 5 Habits that super charge your manifesting habits. It explains them in depth as to how to practice them and the practical difficulties we come across while trying to use the law of attraction.
1)Emotional awareness 2)Meditation 3)Ease 4)Appreciation 5)Letting go
Definitely a good book for everyone who wants to manifest using law of attraction.
The law of attraction:- yes its all about attraction. But what kind of attraction and from which. I will tell you all of this in my review. This book has five main chapters 1. Recognising your thoughts 2. Mediation 3. Ease 4. Appreciation 5. Letting go
First of all universe is our connecting medium. It gives us what we desire the most. Universe is always there to help us. But to get the help first we have to recognise our thoughts. Thoughts are very powerful. What you think is what you become. Many people do not recognise their thoughts and live in non harmonic state. So first thing we have to recognise. Whatever you are feeling just accept it and write it.
The second thing we have to do is meditate. Meditate means try to focus. Just declutter your thoughts. Lets the unnecessary thoughts to go out from your mind and focus on one emotion or anything which you desire.
Third step is ease. It means relax. There are many mediums to relax. Like watching your favourite show, reading your favourite book playing with your dog or cat or it could be anything else which you enjoy. Sense of joy gives you a sense of relaxation.
Fourth step is appreciation. I am grateful that today i am able to hug my mother. I am able to go on my job. I am able to meet beautiful girl. Yes appreciate everything which you think must be appreciated. We in our daily life have so much to appreciate which we have taken for granted. But when you start accepting something as little as this you will feel more happy. Life is all about feeling great for every little thing you have. Fifth step is letting go. Sometimes emotions are so strong and hard that you cant resist them. You want to get away from that but they keep coming back. What you can do in this situation. Only one thing let the emotions flown through your body. Lets says you are sad because you lost your potential client. Rather thinking like that write its ok if i lost a client, i will try to have another client tomorrow. In this you are affirming your negative feeling into a positive channel and also you accepted it.
So this book is all about the think process. I hope my review is helpful for you.
I was a bit hesitant to read anything regarding LOA, but the author broke down pivotal steps involving emotional awareness (and relief) that I resonated with. This is about getting yourself in a calm place before trying to manifest anything. Most people (myself included) would use (or attempt to use) LOA tactics and principles from a place of anxiety. This book teaches you why it's so important to have a solid foundation from within (and gives solid & realistic tips on how to go about it in a way that's natural to you) before anything else.
I enjoyed this so much I went ahead and started the next book.
Short, sweet and to the point, this book offers an introduction to personal practices that allow the law of attraction to work for you.
The author doesn't offer an easy solution - he's honest about the inner work that goes into manifestation, especially the harder habits, like letting go of outcomes when things look dire (it's no picnic, and I can appreciate his honesty about it).
This is a quick read, and is designed to set the reader up to buy his full book, but it stands alone nicely. It's a solid start for those interested in LOA.
This is definitely more of an overview handbook. Although there is some practical advice here, these steps alone probably aren’t going to get you far. There are no journal prompts or exercises to help you through each of the 5 steps which is really my issue. For what it is though, it might offer a few new tips to those already familiar with law of attraction.
I’ve been following the LOA for 5 months now. I’ve manifested many things, but others are really hard for me. Partly because I want them so badly and my limiting beliefs. This books you practical steps to follow and gives clear examples of how to implement them in your life. Give it read.
This book was quick to read but I found it quite helpful. I went back and re-read several sections to really soak in the meaning, to absorb the advice. This little book had, by far, the best explanation of letting go that I have ever read.
Finally understand the Law of Attraction and the habits that helps me implement it as an action. Absolutely brilliant, a must read and implement type book.
I really enjoyed the steps listed and explained in each chapter. The process of how to implement each habit is extremely helpful. These habits will allow life change and happiness.
Well, this is my first reference on Law of Attraction(LOA) and I must say as much as this sounds surreal, it feels like obvious too! Albeit, in a mysterious and non-scientific way
A cliff’s notes version of the deep stuff. Much of it can also be found in the longest surviving and most circulated book in mankind’s history to date.
The fact is ,it was a very short eBook but made its 5 actionable points very simple to understand and apply. Nice read on your commute on your way home.
A good book about 5 simple habits to benefit from the law of attraction. I feel that the habits have been over explained. But the book is still very useful.
These 5 habits are helpful. Does take a little bit to get used to. But once it is learned. It comes quickly and easily. Knowing this helps accept the process.
